Great. Effective. Straight to the point.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is easy to schedule my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure at this point. I don't really have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that is being solved for me is being able to reach people from all over the world and work efficiently from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, not just for myself but also our customers. it has changed the way we do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tad awkward on the phone as opposed to the PC - could be just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility to clients - can work from anywhere now.
I couldn't start my own business without Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
I run an online weight loss program and without Zoom, my business wouldn't be possible. I run two calls a week and provide 1:1 support; I simply couldn't do it all without Zoom. All of my clients use it as well and it's so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly - there's nothing that I dislike about Zoom. It's SO simple and intuitive to use, I wouldn't change a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect with my clients as if I'm right next to them. I run a weight loss program and food is emotional; feeling like your coach is right next to you every step of the way is one of the biggest differentiators of my program and I couldn't create that sense of closeness with my clients even if I tried. They're located all over the US so Zoom is invaluable to me.
Zoom is one of the most effective modes of keeping communication open & clear.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to preschedule meetings with my clients.' I can manage the time I spend in a meeting. There is visual & audio communication. have a waiting room for clients. I can choose when and whom to admit into my meetings. I am notified when clients log into my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to cut and paste meeting information to send to my clients. An email should automatically be generated if needed. Naming and locating a recorded meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still able to see my clients visually, without having to meet them in an office space. I no longer have to pay the overhead for an outside office. I don't have to drive to an office. I don't have to dress from the waist down. I can schedule a meeting after business hours.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. We can add additional users and make others hosts to give more control. We can have other zoom users take control of screen for e-signing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be some trouble with tablet users or users joining via smartphone, specifically iphone products. It has trouble with giving control to e-sign documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for documents to be signed remotely without having to physically see the client. It works well for remote clients, and for clients concerned with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Love Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is as easy as clicking links. Most Of my customers have experience using Zoom and that makes it so easy to host classes. I also love the share audio option since I teach aerobics on Zoom and the new caption software is making my work more accessible for folks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to hide participants on the zoom main screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to connect with folks worldwide to teach. My work is pretty niche and having access to anyone with an internet connection broadens who can attend my classes!
Zoom does everything I need
What do you like best about the product?
Takes fewer resources than other hungrier apps, and gives me all the features I need in a clean, intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but I wish there was more documentation about their features. They have so many features that are not well known.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom lets me easily connect with people I want to reach out to. It's easy for both of us to use. Before Zoom, this process was not dependable or easy.
Zoom makes Video Conferencing EASY!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of sharing licenses, scheduling meetings, and sharing invitations plus simple interface makes Zoom intuitive and easy to use for people of a wide variety of demographics and tech savviness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute limit for unlicensed users proves annoying sometimes, but we are usually able to share licenses as needed within our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes meetings with colleagues, board members, and others SUPER easy, and SAVES US ALL TIME by removing the necessity for people to drive to one location, find parking in a busy urban core, and meet in person.
Students love zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, and the tools are very helpful in meeting with students and easy to share on my desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating polls could be better and more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
meeting with students in real-time, being able to share documents, share videos and recordings, office hours with students, whiteboard is great, and being able to record.
Smooth online conference experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive to use even for those technically challenged. The main functions (mic and camera on/off) are easy to access. For those using it for advanced features, like streaming, there are also related functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if the chat would appear in an overlay transparent window on the side (like in Larksuite Chat), and buttons will be popping up the screen not just in your camera image (like in Teams).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing multiple participants when streaming for Facebook/YouTube. Sharing screens and sounds.
