Quick, affordable, easy-to-implement solution to remote meetings/work
What do you like best about the product?
The widespread familiarity of Zoom was the main reason we selected it. Many of our volunteers and colleagues were already using it and those that weren't could install it for free but up and running with it quickly and easily. The fact that it was operating system "independent' was a factor, too. No fight between the Miccosoft Teams people and the Google meets loyalists.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major drawbacks with the the product. There was some confusion among some team members who found themselves with multiple Zoom accounts because they were using it for personal applications as well as work-related meetings and collaboration. Occasional upgrades and multiple versions had some issues. While the security needs are understandable, the need for more stringent participant verification made starting and monitoring meetings a little less seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially started using Zoom to address the need for remote meetings during COVID-19 shutdowns and quarantining and isolation of staff and members who had exposure or positive tests. Because of the ease and convenience of the applications, we're continuing to make Zoom participation an option for most group meetings.
It's so easy to use and popular.
What do you like best about the product?
How I can easily integrate it with my calendar. And how easy anyone can connect and we can have meetings all over the world at any time with anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the permissions that it asks from android users and windows users. Also how long it takes for the audio to connect. That's a little bit annoying. Sometimes we will have to mute and unmute an order to connect to audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with large crowds of people globally. No more driving to meetings and wasting gas and time. Whether it's a family meeting or a corporate meeting, everything is just one click away.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything. I would love to get someone on the phone. If I needed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Business is online, and being able to see my clients, have zoom rooms, do webinars, and do breakout rooms. It's a win-win.
Zoom is easy to use and explain to less than tech savvy
What do you like best about the product?
In using Zoom weekly for almost three years, we've only had a couple of technical problems. It allows us to connect to a larger audience easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality for sharing videos and screen sharing sometimes feel a little cluncky. For example, needing to specifically choose to share audio with a video every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us connect to members of our church who are homebound or on vacation and worship in a way that is interactive for those at home. It allows us to hold meetings without driving everyone into church during rush hour.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about using Zoom is that it allows people to participate in meetings from wherever they are. Over the past year of using Zoom we were surprised that we got so comfortable with it and were able to forget that we weren't in the same room together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only frustration I experience in using Zoom is with people who have spotty internet service--or who don't know how to use their own equipment to connect with our group Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to continue meeting with my group no matter where any of us might be. Even if someone is not feeling well, they are still able to sit in on meetings, get something from the discussion, and make valuable contributions to discussions and decisions.
Zoom is that rarity in the world of modern business: it just works.
What do you like best about the product?
I am not the most tech-savvy person, but I find Zoom's interface intuitive and easy to use. It's a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there is nothing I dislike. It's a positive experience all around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most obvious one is getting four people (California, Chicago, Orlando, and Washington D.C.) in "a room" at the same time. Zoom is cheaper than three round-trip plane tickets, more personal than a phone call or text, and much faster than mailing postcards.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a quick and convenient way for me to connect with my clients. It is intuitive and simple. My clients like the way that we can connect. I particularly like how lightweight the interface is and how it is able to maintain connection and usability of the computer when it is running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides with Zoom. Everyone has understood the interface and been able to connect. If I have to be picky, there can be an audio lag when trying to speak at the same time, but this is minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients as if they were there in the room with me. I like that it is such a respected and known brand. It makes it easy to recommend meeting through Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly and integrates well with other platforms. Most people are familiar with the platform and prefer it as well. I find it to be the most user-friendly across various devices and appreciate the mobile version as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connectivity isn't great when using video and audio, so I do not like to use it for recording purposes. When I use it for recording, I find that it will always get a little glitchy somewhere in the audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom keeps people connected across the world and is really user-friendly, integrating well with programs like Calendly and others. It makes it easy to stay connected and works well on Macs and PCs alike. The mobile app is also very easy to use.
The Best Way To Conduct Business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to interact with anyone worldwide! I love the ability to share my screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really think you should give at least one hour for the free package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inability to travel has been suspended and Zoom keeps me in touch with client and family.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to leave the house. Usually user friendly. It is feature rich. Connections are easy and solid. I love the face touch up feature and it is overall the best video conferencing g platform including teams out there
What do you dislike about the product?
The backgrounds do not LwYs work from iPhone when I connect to someone else's zoom session. Doesn't integrate seamlessly with calendars as I'd like. Background functionality should be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to attend trials and meeting and instruct virtually so I can continue working. I am more productive because I do not have to allot for drive time for find transportation.
