Zoom has been a lifesaver for our church community.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps us to have a clear and safe connection. We are able to break into small groups and pair up even when remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sounds is wonky or we have interruptions, but I think that is more about internet feed than zoom

Making it a safe place to meet and not allow outsiders to drop in

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to have my virtual business. Without Zoom I wouldn't be able to meeting with my clients nationwide and would be limited to meeting in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't much to not like. The only thing that can happen is it will stumble a bit between the audio being from my headphones or computer speakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has become the brand in video conferencing and therefore I know that any of my clients (even those not tech savvy) will have experience with a zoom account.
The pioneer of video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It is the speed and its well known presence. No need to download zoom for clients they can join through just a link and on web also. Compared to competitors, best is the interface for video conferencing. Participants can record the session, add apps for business cards, minutes etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version comes with 40 mins only, though google Meet comes with unlimited time. Moreover, there is no presentation and live together immersive module. I would like this to be added with ability of polls and Q&A.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Got famous during times of covid. But easily solves the need to do video conferencing, presentations across borders with multiple people joining in at the same time with now ability to add apps too.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can pause the screen when screen sharing, I love that you can send reactions while people are speaking. I love that you can annotate the screen as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that when I switch screens on my mac (changing desktops) while I am screen sharing, the video controls pop up and deactivate what I am doing (so I have to switch screens, wait for the video controls to disappear and then click on the screen I just switched to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with customers and internal employees. It connectes us without needing to meet in person and allows us to demo and share content with the audience.
Use Zoom ALL the time!
What do you like best about the product?
It works well every time we use it. It allows me to connect with clients that I would never have been able to serve previously. The ability to conference is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can slow displays when live-sharing the internet during a Zoom meeting. It could be a little better at lower its use of bandwidth to allow for on-screen demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed me to take clients all over the country whereas previously, I had to stay wherever I could travel to locally. Now I'm able to focus more on a niche to serve clients in my specialty instead of just having to be a generalist.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Zoom immediately when I launched my marketing agency. So easy to use, makes in-person meetings obsolete and allows me to hire the best talent from anywhere in the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really have that much negative things to stay about Zoom!

I can work from anywhere, travel, so family & friends and never miss a beat in my business.

I like the accessibility of Zoom. Most of my clients have no issues with getting connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with Zoom personally. Occasionally I have connectivity issues or audio issues, but usually that is foxed by simply restarting my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When COVID first arrived, my company pivoted to virtual sales meetings with clients. Zoom was our tool of choice and has allowed us to give the clients an alternative way to buy insurance.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, even for new users. It feels like you are actually in the same room. I can move and shrink the screen so I am looking at the person speaking and they see my eye contact, I am not looking down. I love the screen sharing capabilities, the ability to share video and share computer audio, I like the whiteboard function and want to use it more. Security is easy to manage, especially through the waiting room. Breakout rooms are easy to create, use, move between. Large groups and small all work well. I like that I can rearrange location of people in gallery view. I like the alternate backgrounds and the ease of creating my own. Oh, and enhance appearance function!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not one thing that i can think of. I wish more people knew how to enter meetings and invite to meetings simply using meeting ID, rather than having to move a link from messages on phone to e-mail on computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to interact with people who are hard to get to - whether it's location, health, or timing. I can work from wherever I am, have been able to make money without travelling, and feel more connected to people in my own life as well.
Zoom is a time saver.

I can meet with people everywhere and save time and energy not having to drive to many locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. I have used other virtual platforms at the invitation of other people with whom I meet and I prefer Zoom. So much easier to use.

I started using Zoom pre-pandemic to meet with people across the country for Bible studies. I started using for meetings with teachers after school to save time and gather more people together. The pandemic opened the door for virtual meetings and staff training. It saves time and increases productivity
Great experience in all platforms using Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom to set up confidential appts and also to be a participant in many workshops/meetings/etc. and have had (mostly) positive experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem is when either myself or the other involved has had less than adequate wifi bandwidth to support the Zoom platform

I am unaware of any problems with my Zoom account and/or Zoom functions.
