Zoom is still the best video conferencing service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom client works smoothly. Client software does not depend on other components, like Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific dislike. The only dislike is the subscription expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own and run an IT support company focus in Microsoft solutions. We use Zoom in addition to Microsoft Teams because of how easy Zoom works compared to Teams.
Easy To Use - Diverse Controls
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to schedule meetings. Sharing the screen is flawlessly simply. I love the option to record the sessions and to have the transcripts of the chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more control of where pepole are on the screen. If you would move people around to be in a row on your screen, and to pin them there. Instead of just the main speaker, or seeing everyone all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has brought my meetings into a virtual space. We used to do conference calls, but now we can share documents through the chat among any platform or operating system. It brings an ease of networking to our committee.
Never a Problem
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and very easy to use. Consistently works flawlessly with high quality audio and video
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints as I find the program works without problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since covid began I have used Zoom for numerous video business calls every week. Since using Zoom I have cut my travel costs and in-person meetings by over 90%
A Versatile Product That Will Stand The Test Of Time
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for many occasions, both professional and personal. It's an easy and equitable space for people to meet together. I love the ease of use and how it has become a pretty universal meeting spot for large groups of people or people who do not live physically close to one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options are not the most obvious or user-friendly. It can be difficult to figure out how to blur your background, share your screen, or just quickly invite a friend to the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is one of the biggest reasons I can operate my business remotely and do not have to worry about only meeting with people who can meet with me in person. My business is a podcast and thanks to Zoom I have been able to interview and record with people from all over the world without ever leaving my house.
Quick and easy to schedule a zoom meeting.
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is easy. Good video quality and sound quality. You can have as many folks as you like on a call. It can be recorded if necessary. Teams seems much more difficult to get on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the price went up. I dont use it that much anymore not sure i need an annual subscription. it would be nice to have tiered pricing. maybe a once a month meeting or 1-3 times a month or unlimited. etc.

Being able to have more than 3 people on a call.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use. I also think it has one of the best group video conferencing setups, encryptions, controls, and features. It's share screen feature is reliable and the participants panel allows for easy participation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it has all the features I need. When I worked for an association management company, and COVID happened, we hosted all our annual meetings using zoom and zoom webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed group gathers to continue despite shutdowns and distances. I have been able to have language lessons with my tutors in Myanmar. Jehovah's Witnesses, a large client of Zoom, used Zoom for 2.5 years to continue meetings of worship all around the world. We continue to use it so that the elderly and infirmed can participate

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is how accessible it is to everyone. The ease of use and key features lets us run staff, business and marketing meetings as well as teach classes. It got us through the pandemic, and continues to be one of the main business resources we rely on to connect and move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any online platform, there are sometimes glitches and there are times it's not easy to find a resolution to simple issues, like previous meetings not saving, etc. That being said, those are minor compared to the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've continued to improve the functionality and features so that it's always easier and there's more options to navigate when hosting zoom calls and meetings.
Consistent performance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to host calls with a group of people (or 1:1) for coaching, training, podcast interviews, etc. The performance is consistent and the need to troubleshoot is almost non-existent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have calls with people who aren't very Zoom savvy and they depend on me when they have trouble getting into a meeting. This usually happens when I'm already hosting the call and am unable to troubleshoot with them. I'd love if Zoom had an easy way for inexperienced users to get help quickly when they have trouble getting on a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My customers are all over different time zones and I love that I'm able to meet with them face to face for important conversations. The ability to use Zoom has changed my business in the last two years as I've had the opportunity to interact with my clients in this way.
Well functioning platform with a variety of options
What do you like best about the product?
Security and the ability to control who and when enters the meeting. I also enjoy the high quality sound and picture and the various ways to share screen or documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we need a password, sometimes not - even though we have disabled it from the start. I wish to have the option to pre upload clips or docs to the zoom meeting prior to starting it to make sure everything works. Also would prefer seeing the screen and camera view when I share the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct ability to meet people right away, great calendar integration. Video and audio quality great for podcast material. Altogether I enjoy the platform while it doesn't lead to major cost.
Free + Convenient App That Saves Time andTravels
What do you like best about the product?
Time and cost saving in many ways. It has saved transportation time and the cost of gas or plane ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inconsistencies of log in. Most times I can log in with a link. Often times I've had to key in the info to log in to meetings. There have been security issues that allowed bombers in a couple of church services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the option of off/on camera. There are so many times when I've rushed to squeeze in a meeting and did not feel that I was presentable. Thanks for that, and the option of "Zoom Makeup" enhancements!
