What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me connected to my clients and associates. It is pretty easy to work with. I like the recording because it is fast and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
It stopped opening and logging in automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It kept me in business during the pandemic because I could and still do my sessions by zoom. Plus I don't have the travel expenses, gas and clothing expenses
Very useful service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to teach private and group lessons to people all around the world, and talk to friends and colleagues about things without travel or risk of exposure to viruses or other health hazard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service does not work well, often, I believe, due to poor internet connection at one end of the connection. Also, sometimes, with music things, the connection remains but the sound cuts out in an effort to get rid of background noise that is actually the music. Even with original sound on with good settings this can happen at times. Since my business deals with music, this can be a detriment, but it doesn't happen all that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to teach lessons in all kinds of situations. Saves on travel for people. Lets me teach workshops to people all around the world live.
Great Tool for Community Building
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share screens, change views easily and keep our meetings private with a waiting room are key functions of zoom. I work in nonprofit / charity and the ease of getting and using Zoom are important in order to connect with many different types of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is if you have longer or larger meetings, you need to subscribe and the cost could be a barrier to some in nonprofit area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to meet through continued health threats. Allowing at-risk or vacationing members of our community to continue to participate with the in-person community.

What do you like best about the product?
Just being able to connect with multiple people remotely. Sharing screens and helping people troubleshoots things is also really helpful. Starting out in the pandemic, we toggled back and forth between Zoom and Google Meet and found Zoom to be much more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly real particular things for very particular instances. For someone who schedules meetings (executive assistant), I would love more permissions such as assigning host duties in advance to non-paid account holders. I understand why I can't do that, but when a host is needed, I have to attend and transfer duties, so that is still happening regardless.
My supervisor has enabled me to schedule meetings through her account via the zoom webpage, which is great. I'd love for that ability to schedule meetings be enabled in the google scheduling app. I very much enjoy scheduling through google calendar, but can only create a zoom through google calendar with my own account and not my supervisor's.
I would Love Love LOVE an anonymous Q&A in the zoom meeting platform. We purchased Zoom webinar just for this reason, but found it isn't as engaging for the meeting we also want anonymous Q&A for.

not sure? I definitely like how they are working towards new modifications and they make it known. I also like that they offer trainings either live or recorded to refer to.
Can zoom help me trouble shoot hybrid meetings with multiple screens in person? Dumb logitistical things like that.

Over all it is very good for my use as a music instructor

Sharing screens with my students. I can share my iPad screen and write out music in real time for my students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Share an iPad and write out music in real time. Interface is really good as well.

Being able to teach during COVID. Also I am now able to teach to students out of my area.
Helpful for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use zoom for meeting that need break rooms or when there are several people that need to be in the meeting at once. The ability to easily mute is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes audio isn't great - hard time connecting Bluetooth earbuds. Also a better way for blurring the background would be helpful in many circumstances. I would also like an option to play music while waiting knothera
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure if I know of any problems that zoom is currently working on that would be helpful to me and my team. I am not sure if they could creative with the way we send invites or not.
Zoom is one of the most user friendly web meeting applications available.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has some of the most useful features when using it for all of your web meeting needs. It has an easy-to-adapt interface and there is little training needed in order to operate this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there might be some improvement for when people are using the mobile app. I have had several experiences where users that are trying to log in using a moblie app have issues with the permissions and cannot connect to the audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to more quickly and efficiently interview candidates for our business. We staff all over the state of Pennsylvania so it is imperative we can interview candidates and be able to see them and interact through an interview using zoom.
I chose 9: because Zoom is the only virtual that has worked so well with what we need it for

*i like that you are able to create your own settings within setting up a meeting; but also the easy layout is what works for a lot of people here within our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about zoom; it has never given me issues; teams on the other hand. Awful experience & we use Microsoft for a lot of things. Don't change; maybe add more backgrounds on greenscreen lol

Zoom benefits me and my colleagues daily whenever we need to schedule a fast meeting and we all cant make it to one place. It definitely benefits us, and it keeps getting better

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to be productive for meetings. Many times I've spent an entire day on a meeting that was only an hour or so long. The other 6-7 hours of the day were spent traveling unnecessarily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome if there was a better way for Zoomers to know if they were on mute or not. I cannot count the number of times that someone (sometimes it's me) is trying to talk and doesn't realize that they're muted OR someone is talking and SHOULD be on mute and is not! Maybe if an oversized, ghosted icon would appear on your screen to indicate that you're muted, that would help out a lot of us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems can be solved faster now using Zoom since the time that used to be spent on the road (or in the air) can begin being addressed more quickly because of the ability to pull virtual meetings together easily, then instead of traveling, time can be used to solve the problem!
Zoom is a great App to have online meetings in most of time
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and you can set up meetings with many options.
What do you dislike about the product?
You could not have a group cloud space like MS teams to share files and keep all the conversations in the group. Every meeting is a new meeting.

I hope that Zoom can make sure that people in China can connect the meetings that I set up in the US. My students in China have difficulties connecting Zoom meetings that I set up sometimes.
