What do you like best about the product?
I currently am enjoying the virtual backgrounds and the ability to have a standard "room" that people can log in to
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with audio mostly hearing through my airpods or being picked up using a podcast mic I have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
meetings are helpful; I'm now doing sales calls using that platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a call with a large group of people for a long period of time. The ability to record calls for reference is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ability to share screen can be a bit confusing. Also while sharing screen the menu often blocks a portion of the screen that I need to see. Would love if the menu was retractable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to have conference calls with many clients at a time from any location.

What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency of native integrations to calendar apps and other automations that simplifies my business operations. Everyone uses it so the interface is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough video storage space and mid tier packages for growing entrepreneurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me solve the problem of taking meetings in places that time would not permit. Gives some personal touch beyond the the business phone call.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is the ability to attend meetings without going into an office or anyone else space. Its easy to access for my attendees by using a phone, desktop, or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is sometimes the connection isn't great. When it goes out it seems that my attendees lose valuable information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of the problems Zoom is resolving. I receive emails stating updates are done.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface with my calendar. I also like the control I have over guests, such as when they are admitted to the meeting, I can mute everyone and easily host breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used other services and for video conferences I find Zoom easiest to use both as a host and participant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can collaborate with people in real-timereguarless of location

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for clients and customers to log in easily - ease of use for the customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not intuitive and confusing for me - things keep changing - for example, now the student comments are turned off in chat by default and I have to remember and manually turn them on each time I host a meeting of webinar - it's annoying that the defaults change without allowing us to choose.

Teaching remote classes, events and workshops

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Access for all. Admin use.
The ability to customize content and share your screen.
It allows for more options during meetings.
Similar to competitors but Zoom now has a stronger name/brand recognition in this market space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time limits.
Toggling through multiple screens to see all of the "faces" on the call is a hassle.
Have options to reduce the size of each video window so that all panes can be viewed at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is keeping people safer and more efficient by allowing work (and meetings about work) to take place anywhere with an internet connection. We have become more efficient with our time management due to Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integrate a team that are working remotely

It would be nice to have an easier way to set up a meeting to be run by someone else.

Our office has moved to partially remote, and zoom makes conferencing easier

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful that I can preset what my meeting needs will be. Fairly intuitive with easy to use help links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything I dislike about zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quick and easy to set up a last minute meeting and invite people. They arrive quickly and off we go to problem solve.

Not their fault

What do you like best about the product?
Normally works well
They fixed the security issues I had back when everyone started using it
Easy enough for my senior clients to use
Like it better than Skype and GoTo from years ago
What do you dislike about the product?
Every few times chrome updates (seems like biweekly now) they disconnect the extension for zoom so I am not able to send invites from google calendar
Very annoying because Zoom does not believe in customer service/tech support being available
Have to do it through chat and takes 2 weeks (how long it took to find the problem I was having with blurred background) to get a tech support person to actually screen share where if I could just get a live person on the phone, it would be done in 45 minutes (how long it took when I called in to cancel my auto-renew and the lady felt bad for me and helped walk me through finding the extension)
I remember in the early 2000s lawsuits of internet providers throttling other providers services and maybe Zoom needs to do that since google is pushing their "teams"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an insurance agent, I no longer drive 40k plus miles a year to meet with clients
Not being face to face, I can only verbally explain what I am talking about
With Zoom, I am able to screen share Summary of Benefits and Illustrations to help the prospect better comprehend what I am proposing
