All-around professional!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is constantly updating its platform and the features it provides for its users. For instance, I needed a timer function for a group I lead and with barely any searching, found that Zoom already had an app I could install that would bring this feature into the experience seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that my clients sometimes experience glitches with Zoom when they haven't updated the platform in a bit. I don't work with the most tech-savvy of clients and having them update and re-start Zoom can take precious minutes from their sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with my clients in a professional, reliable way & makes it easy for me to keep track of all the sessions & meetings I have on my calendar.
Excellent way to collaborate remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity... any of my agents who are technologically challenged can easily join meetings. I also like the ability to customize backgrounds. I do like that people can use their Gmail addresses to log in and we don't have to create a separate username and password.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the backgrounds, it sometimes cuts off part of my face. Most of the time I choose not to use them. During a zoom call where the presenter is doing a screen share, I wish there was a way to see all the participants instead of having to scroll through just 5 at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We still live in a time where people are very concerned about exposure to Covid and other contagious diseases. Zoom provides a way for us to stay connected without risking our health. Also, it is nice that we can have "face to face" meetings with people from all over the world. Meetings are so much more productive when you can see the people you are working with.

What do you like best about the product?
Resume allows me to engage with my clients face to face which ishighly important for what I do. Words plus body language are key to a successful engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's great to see my clients often there is a mismatch in the quality of video from one zoom to another
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because all of my work is remote, I can easily meet with anyone at any time with just a simple click
Great way to meet virtually!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was clutch for our business during the lockdown, as clients felt like they were still getting face-to-face contact while being safe. We have continued to use Zoom for meetings with clients who reside out of the area or simply feel that a video call fits into their schedule better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the dashboard can be a little tricky to manage and track scheduled meetings. We have a point person who understands it all well, but when someone unfamiliar tries, it's not always the most user friendly and has caused confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier for clients to feel like they are having personal contact with our attorneys without having to meet in person. It is much more convenient for many of our clients.
Solid and reliable for all web conferencing needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and connect. Easy for users to join. It's the standard for a reason and has never let us down! We use it every single week. More reliable than any other software out there
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the meeting invitation emails were a bit more compact, as it can be hard to navigate if you are just trying to share a simple link to someone. Maybe I am using it in an unexpected way though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our employees are remote, so Zoom provides easy communication and access even though we are states away. It helps boost morale being face to face and increases our bond as a team.
Very Good and professional tool. ALMOST flawless.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, easy-to-create links, meetings, invitations. Pretty much, all-in-one solution for our Conferencing needs. Also, great pricing blocks, pay only for the level of service you need. On the spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Zoom does with audio restrictions whatever it wants. For example, I set the conference to be closed-mic for everyone, and then 1 or 2 people come in with their mics open causing disruptions in the meetings. Not sure why, but Zoom allows this to happen even when we set the meeting to start with everybody on mute. Like I say, it's selective, not 100% start the meeting like that and the admin, me) has to mute them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to broadcast meetings and conferences, especially during the pandemic, when there was really no other alternative. Zoom allowed us to keep working with our seminars and groups from far away, when presence-only meetings were not possible.
Great, easy to use communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
Offers a great option for connecting with clients and keeping those meeting concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone knows how to use the platform and sometimes the connection can be iffy but really depends on internet so not a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me a way to connect and communicate easily with clients that located outside my local area.
Great for work conferences and recording video
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule meetings and send invites to the attendees. Recording is easy, and background noise is cancelled. It really easy to get others involved and share the information we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was free. I wish I could easily Go Live and webstream. It was a bit of a hassle with price at first but eventually found a discount that was good for a year subsciription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with people that aren't right next to me IRL. It makes it easy to record webinar like videos that we can post to social media, especially on YouTube.
Easy to use and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Like so many other small businesses, we had to pivot to remote work and remote meetings without much notice in 2020. Our teams were able to learn the platform quickly and become comfortable with it in short order. Zoom has allowed us to stay connected, work efficiently, and do our best work even under not-the-best circumstances. Now with employees in multiple locations (including fully remote), we use Zoom daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that gets in the way occasionally is Zoom launching slowly for some of our staff, but it really does seem to be a function of their hardware and internet connection as much as anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can bring various teams together for meetings and discussions about new projects, no matter where they are located. We also have used it for teambuilding and continuing education opportunities.
Excellent Tool for Meeting with Clients!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was a huge asset to our law firm during the height of the pandemic to allow us to continue to meet with clients remotely. This has continued to be a great tool for our office to utilize for family meetings to eliminate the need for everyone to travel to attend - which many clients are very grateful for as it allows all family members to be present but not have the time and expense of traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find it a bit tricky for some of our elderly clients to work with the computer for video meetings but they typically can figure out how to participate via phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves our problem of coordinating a date and time for multiple family members to allow for traveling and availability because with Zoom no one has to travel and it is a lot easier for people to carve out an hour of time instead of several days to travel in from out of state.
