Works well for our music studio

What do you like best about the product?
The annotate feature is awesome for online lessons for our music school.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio cuts in and out during a lesson.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to still teach a lesson when a student has to quarantine or doesn't have a ride to lessons. Also, we are able to continue teaching students who move away.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes communicating super easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the blur/alternate background filter. It needs improving. It doesn't look as clean as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so easy to attend meetings. No excuses anymore that "I'm out of town that day." And so easier to schedule meetings with a lot of people - no matter where they are.

Straight forward video platform

What do you like best about the product?
High resolution, background options, and the chat feature that allows me to ping people privately. I also like that I can pass the host easily, and honestly biggest thing for me was the easy change of audio and video output/input
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't have people join a room I host without me starting or letting them in. I coordinate interviews and only have a personal premium account so this is detrimental for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to continue working remote, meet my clients across the country virtually, and work anywhere because of the background blur and filters.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with others across the world from a straightforward application is just what the tech world needed. Features like chat and screen sharing are perfect for getting your point across and resolving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
When screen sharing, the UI (floating bar) is very annoying to manage and is getting in my way when navigating my screens and Zoom itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with team members across the nation.

What do you like best about the product?
While being the host, zoom allows you to easily manage attendees by muting them. Also, the breakout rooms for separate meetings are a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are not the host, hearing loud un-muted people that you cannot mute. It would be nice to mute individuals that are "not paying attention" to the noise they are making. Also, optimising sound when you share a video should automatically pop up. I always forget to check those boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed our business to grow while we are not sitting face to face as we usually do with both clients in our industry as well as agents in our office. We can now work across state lines, time zones, and around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and is available on all available platforms. My customer can usually join a meeting quickly and easily. The video and audio quality is usually pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more levels of subscriptions. It's cool they have a free version, but I pay because I need longer meetings. But really that is all I need. It would be nice if it was maybe $30 per year or something. I have way too many subscriptions as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients who are too far away to meet in person. Or it allows me to meet within a quicker timeframe. It also allows me to share my screen which is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and that so many people are already on zoom and, plus that zoom has improved the product over the years, love how the latency is so low, that is so important for high real-time engagment
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I need to sign in to the website to make some basic changes instead of using the app, wish everyone was HD by default, wish it was easier to get original sound turned on and off - seems a bit confusing and is so important, also wish I didn't get kicked out if I sign on with a different computer. I wish I could do more games within the app for engagement puposes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves in person meeting now being remote...more than that It works great for weekend seminars, which we do lots of

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to invite non-technical users to. There isn't a barrier for older generations for the most part. I can easily send a link to my parents to have them join sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Zoom most frequently for teaching. I wish there was an easier way to add multiple camera angles for the students/clients to see better, though I know some of that comes from the hardware being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got certified to teach right when the pandemic hit, and now I have a collection of people in many locations still able to join and participate. It has allowed for ease of spreading my knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ease of being able to sync into Outlook. I liked that it is easily integrated with different programs. For example, I use Greenhouse to schedule interviews, and I create zoom links within Greenhouse to send out to interviewers and candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you change a meeting, I don't like how it doesn't update in my zoom overview (main menu). I usually have to go back to the calendar invite and grab the meeting ID instead of just logging in through my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote interviews and this is great for business because we can interview candidates quicker and more efficiently. Being able to do interviews quicker helpw with offer rate acceptance.
