What do you like best about the product?
The ability to navigate answering calls faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is pretty expensive, however the platform does deliver great service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows us to have a built in intercom to use and notify staff during our fire drills we have with staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has the best feature set and user interface is easiest to configure and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to keep up the the rate of change with Zoom or troubleshooting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides a reliable video meeting service as well as phone functionality. We use Zoom chat and webinar also. New users are easy to onboard due to the intuitive interface.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration into our Help Center, call monitoring, metrics are all beneficial to our team. Overall it's easy to use. Our agents use it daily for client calls as well as internal/external meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the recordings is somewhat of a task. You have to click on several tabs to get to the recordings. The reporting is getting better, but there are still a few areas that the maximum search option is 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes running our call center much easier than it was with our prior provider

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom workplace for a number of different purposes. Video conferencing, voice phone on VOI, shared workspace with writers and editors working together. So I don't have a "like best" I have several like best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internet speed needs to be fairly high to get b best results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My staff works remotely around the globe. Zoom allows to work together seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very efficient and all encompassing place to accept, and make phone calls at work from a work based number it also offers features that can be installed on your cell phone when away from your desk which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the settings features get moved too often. WE prefer top have written out directions and how to do things and often times these directions change before we get to use them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to text with the individuals we work with opened a whole new door for our non profit agency.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. As zoom has matured, using the system has not gotten hard or confusing. As a Zoom subscriber leveraging webinbars, large meetings, zoom phone and zoom rooms everything has a consitent interface making it easier on my users to adopt features getting on-boarded.

Customer support is very quick to answer any issues and address concerns. Centralizaed management, easy implementation, integration with well known vendors, replacement of hardware as needed all rank high on my list of pluses.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin I am not fond of adding gifs/memes/etc. One thing I often push for is that when new features are rolled out, they should be off by default and with an available admin control to determine whether to enable them in their environment. Generally the opposite occurs where features come available first with no admin control and can't turn it off until later when users have already started leveraging the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem solved was a remote and hyrbid workforce. Getting away from an on-premise phone/IM solution requiring VPN. Zoom had all the pieces together already for the sudden change and made a seamless transition to accomodate.

What do you like best about the product?
Transferring calls between phones and being able to convert to video zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app is not something I would recommend because it is glitchy

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate third party calendars such as Google and be able to manage it from the Zoom Workplace desktop app has been a massive win for our Customer Success and Sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I am an administrator and I haven't had any complaints since deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conferencing, Customer Support, VoIP, and screen sharing are perhaps the things we benefit from the most
