Easiest way to connect online.
What do you like best about the product?
Regardless of age, everyone knows how to use zoom. The interface is easy to learn and understand. The biggest value it brings is how much time it saves me and my clients. Reduced travel time, more meetings, more efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love zoom! If I had to pick, it would be for zoom to accommodate all internet speeds. Maybe if someone's speeds are low, only offer sound and no video. The software should know how much to allow, to create the best experience for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce travel time for me and my clients. Allow for my time in both of our schedules.
Very easy to use. Quick Learning curve and doesn't slow down my computer like other applications.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use always is reliable and video quality is always usually good. Sharing a screen is easy and it just works. Zoom seems to be able to not bog down my computer like some of the other applications that we use as well. Regardless of what application the people we are connecting with, it just seems to get the job done. It's been a great tool to help us through covid and just as a day-to-day application to keep all our organization connected since we are all over the US without different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
video fatigue but that isn't something that Zoom can control. The other issue that we have ran into is just the new security settings that require our teams to have several layers of security. It seems to lose the ability to have a single click to join and all fo our users seem to have different experiences even though we set everyone up the same in the admin portal. Some folks are requires to have waiting rooms and it isn't the best experience for always having to designate an alternative host or have someone be a delegate to schedule meetings for everyone like an admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting me with prospects and customers to make business more efficient and cost effective. We still do a lot of our business in person but we are able to meet with multiple clients all over the world in a single day so that we can be more effective with our reach for our sales team. A big benefit as well is just the ability to be able to see people face to face while we are so far away.
Zoom is more business friendly (then the 'other' guy)
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share screens, record meetings, and have many people on a call at once. It's easy to join a meeting via computer or phone. It's relatively easy to set up a meeting and share the link with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen freezes or the audio cuts in and out. It would be good to have some kind of bandwidth test to make sure your internet is strong enough to allow you to share video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, Zoom helps me screen share so clients can see reporting and behind-the-scenes issues with their website. Many times clients are remote and it allows me to meet with them any time of day.
Zoom for personal and work use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty intuitive to use, and rarely crashes for me like similar programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Zoom now requires you to use a password to get into your meeting room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with family members across the country and to have virtual sessions with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule a meeting at any time with my team. I use this for 3-4 hour training sessions and it has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any technology there are hiccups, but I cannot think of anything particular to Zoom that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being benefitted by being able to train team members from multiple locations from either the comfort of their home or in multiple areas at once.

AI embedded, note taking features are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
As always, the administration navigation is very clumsy and not a good user experience. I usually have to Google to find what I need.

Zoom is easy
What do you like best about the product?
As long as your settings are correct, anyone could just join a meeting without having to enter passwords or codes which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see people with their blurry or cool backgrounds and I haven't taken the time to figure out how to do that. If it's not right in my toolbar when I start my call, it's not helpful. I don't want it all the time and wouldn't want to go change my settings constantly to switch it back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me connected when working remotely the majority of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really pretty simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While sharing screens, it would be helpful to not have to stop share then start again to switch from a browser window to a document for example. It also would be good if we could allow someone else in the meeting share their screen and have it go back automatically to the original sharer or host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to work from home and have staff meetings virtually. I also do training sessions virtually. It is helpful to have others see my screen when going over an agenda or answering questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom stands out from other alternatives because:

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a bit better. The record button is hidden in the "more" section which makes it inconvenient when making recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the best tool for sharing presentations with the remote workforce. It is also an excellent video content creator with its recording feature.
A necessary component to new hybrid workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is definitely my favorite video-based software because it is so easy to share your meeting invitations with others on the fly, with people outside the organization, and also with people joining by phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Zoom is it's limited integration capabilities with microsoft. We use Teams a lot solely because Zoom isn't connected with the platform. It would be much easier if there was an app embedded.

Zoom has become the "gold standard" of video conferencing and it has allowed our organization to easily meet with multiple other entities all in one place with ease.
