What do you like best about the product?
I've used Zoom for about 7 years now and I've watched it improve exponentially. I run a 7 figure online coaching business and I couldn't imagine my life without it. I have sampled other options and nothing is as streamlined and reliable as Zoom. Not to mention the world-class speedy customer support that is very thorough and very helpful almost 24/7
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about zoom is that I have to log into the website to make most of the major room setting adjustments instead of being able to make them in the app as easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My ability to hold coaching calls and sales calls makes Zoom priceless to me. Without it, I wouldn't generate revenue or retain it. This has led to exponential increases in financial freedom and business expandability.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to set up, share and link meetings via email, google calendar and even sending a text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm maybe having the option to turn on the chats as they come up? For example, have the message pop up on the screen so you can see them, especially if it is a DM. Often if someone DMs me in a large meeting I miss the message or get them late because it becomes buried. It think not everyone would like to have all messages pop up so having the option to turn it off and on and DM specific might be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home as an insurance agent. It allows me to connect with my clients digitally but still face to face. This greatly affects my business for the better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability of the features for backgrounds, the sound quality, and the low price for monthly usage. The ability to invite others to co-host is a plus too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the app. The Zoom updates are received without issue. I would like to see other options for connecting to other programs that integrate well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where do I start?! I like working remotely from my cell phone, computer, and iPad! It allows me to schedule meetings that are important to me. I also like the ability to send calendar invites.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which it allows me to connect to clients and interact with them in real time! It is like we are in the same room together and not all in different places!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the one thing I don't like is that in the past they gave the host the ability to mute and unmute participants. When they changed, hosts could still mute but not unmute. For educational sessions like mine, it becomes difficult because children can unmute themselves and interrupt unless I set it so they can't unmute which is difficult to manage when I need to ask questions and get answers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to save my career. When the world went inside, I wasn't able to do my job as a storyteller. With Zoom I was able to virtually go to schools, homes, and events to tell stories. Without Zoom I would have been unable to do my job, so it was a lifesaver!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly. Has access to great tutorials. Easy access to Microsoft Office and also to display youtube videos for class or group participation. Love the use of the groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Can even use it with hotspots. Everything was resolved if any issue surfaced. Have not really had any unresolvable issues. Nothing at this moment. I do love the spell check recently incorporated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to minimize travel time. Easy to schedule throughout the month. Especially liked being able to coordinate the scheduling. Can capture the highlights of meetings either through recordings or the chat feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom, and the built-in features that afford me with the flexibility to keep a dynamic remote session. Sharing presentations is extremely efficient and user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike that features to enhance interactions between peers are limited. Viewing participants' windows cannot be sorted manually or customized to maximize overview of the audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is granting the ability to reach out to audiences that would not otherwise be accesible due to distance gaps. Affords me to be more productive with people.

I like the personal link the most! It's easy to get a quick meeting started and invite others with no hassle!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've run into is when people are not frequent users of zoom and they need to do a software update before logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is much more functionality than ever before and it's just great. I love how in settings, you can set it up to allow anyone to be able to use the shared screen function andthe whiteboard function is also great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although RARE, few instances when I've attempted to share video when few hiccups at certain points were distracting while video playing ...Specifically clear sound- instability occurred 4 few seconds with video. However, HONESTLY ITS , RARE.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, I think the fact zoom seems extremely Customer Focused ...seem to Really Listen to needs of clients & endeavor to make improvements..My business work has most definitely been helped by Zoom amid the pandemic-a game changer!
Zoom works!
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to interview clients that I used to meet in person. Meeting in person was important as I often got visual signals that helped me with the interviews. I get these same visual signals on Zoom so my interviewing is not hindered by no longer being in-person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides for my purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see clients as I interview them. This capacity solves a major problem for me in my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to log in for the members of the club. It has features like screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we all get on they sometimes all talk at once and you can't hear everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For those out of town or unable to attend the meetings they can join in.
