Great tool for people in education
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the simplicity of it. Everyone was able to connect to zoom and the communication from customer service was fantastic. Every problem we ever had was solved and resolved quickly. We always really appreciated it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides were some updates weren't made known exactly what they changed. So some changes went swept under the rug and we never found out until later. And the updates came pretty frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of the inability of having kids on campus and we were able to continue class through using zoom. We wouldn't have been able to do so without Zoom.
Small Teams will benefit in efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it possible for me to be at home with my family and young kids more when I am a young professional. There is no commute time, and I can capitalize on nap time and save myself money in childcare. Meetings are often shorter because the time for small talk and pleasantries is often faster, and controlled by when the meeting room is opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can make it harder to build chemistry with new team members at first, and initially, that may take longer. There are fun ice breakers and team building exercises though that can still be utilized in this medium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has taken out multiple windows of 15/20 minute margins in a day because of how fast you can get from one meeting to the next. This can allow for your productivity to soar.
Essential for Todays Virtual Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Unlike previous meeting softwares, every time I open it up to join a meeting or schedule one it works. No clunky update process, the audio and video are usually spot on. I never have to wonder if Zoom is going to work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio preferences need some work. As someone that uses a variety of audio devices depending on the situation (headphones, speakers etc) there are times the audio gets stuck on a particular device and I have to manually change it. This is especially frustrating when I have scheduled a call and I get on with no audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us feel much more collaborative in a virtual environment. Working remotely can make one feel "on an island" and Zoom alleviates that. Being on a Zoom call or meeting doesn't feel stuffy or too formal, it almost as like the people I am working with are in the same room as I am.
Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Zoom is an easy-to-use video conferencing tool that does the job I need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection issues are frequent and disrupt the conversation. Unsure if this is Zoom's fault, but it's something to be aware of.

Zoom enables us to connect with our co-workers, customers, partners, and prospects in a virtual space.
Perfect tool for my Agency
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very reliable, and has all the tools we need at our agency to have meetings with prospects, as well as current clients. We appreciate the automated messages that are sent to those who are booked with us. As well as all the integration options
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to using zoom might be those few instances where a client has trouble connecting on the other end of the call, or we notice that audio or visuals are not coming through properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable tool that is familiar to most people, and easy to use. For us to have the meetings that are crucial to our business today. We also needed a video conference tool that can record all the meetings and store in the cloud.
Easy and Totally Functional

intuivitally easyto use. Very important for non tech people. they do not want to struggle, get training classes or read manuals

STRONG CONNECTION LONG CONVERSATION
What do you like best about the product?
I can connect with friends anywhere, and at anytime around the world m.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work when it needs an updates. It lagged a lot and disrupts the video and and speaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The raised hand feature. During a lot of meeting one need to raise their hand. Sometimes your physical hand gets missed.
Good for day-to-day virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom as a self-employed freelancer to run my business and meet with my clients daily. It is reliable and easy to schedule/update meetings virtually. Also, unlike GoTo I haven't had to download multiple versions or the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been on a few Zoom meetings lately that crashed -- hoping this is something the update resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been a helpful virtual meeting and webinar hosting tool for me.

Zoom in available free and can be used on many platforms from desktops to laptops to tablets and other smart devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom takes up a lot of power when it is being used on a device--particularly a smartphone--and is not always a sustainable platform for meetings of more than 120 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to do my job with my clients no matter where they or I am geographically located or what the time zone is. It also allows my clients to use many platforms to meet with me.
Great tool for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, quick, convenient and helps to make work more efficient with a team spread out across the us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop app will act a little weird and not show scheduled meetings. But usually a refresh takes care of that.

Zoom makes it easy for our team that is spread out across the country to meet easily on short notice or are regularly scheduled times.
