Zoom is easy to use, and essential in marketing and meeting new clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I have really liked the webinars. It was easy to set up and easy to keep it rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know any downsides but I would like to easily access all of the people that have ever registered for my webinar in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are all over NY state and so rather than drivng around which costs money and could potentially cost me my life in a car accident, zoom makes it so I dont have to go out to meet them. I can also meet with many people at once. And i can live in a place i want to live for other reasons rather than where my clients are.
Zoom is easy to use and perfect for teaching short classes
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity with which I can quickly create a meeting for one of my online classes and the fact that it is integrated with Eventbrite, which makes it easy to sell my classes there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it never remembers the information I've input the last time. All my meetings are the same so I'd love to just copy and change the date and title...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom as the mechanic for teaching all my online classes. During the first COVID lockdown this allowed me to quickly set up and manage my online teaching practice and that helped me to get through to the other side with my business intact.
Great Communication Tool for Meetings, Classes and Collborations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Zoom allows us to present in a large group setting, and also allows for breakout rooms for smaller group collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to be working fine for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped us to streamline our business in both time, and monetary expenses. We no longer have to spend hours of travel time, gas money, airfare, hotels, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with our team across the country and maximize our time in our day. We're able to run webinars and showcase demonstrations virtually from home. Most importantly we're able to build and develop relationships easier than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess my only complaint is that it's not integrated everywhere. I'm able to use zoom as a plug in on my Google calendar but not for any Apple devices calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with my team country wide. I run business groups in multiple different states. Previously I'd have to fly or drive to connect with these folks on a monthly basis to do things I'm able to now in 15 minutes over a Zoom call.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has given me a way to be face to face with those that are in other cities, and states. Yet, have that sense of the reality of them being in the room with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there would be something to change, it would be on the mobile side of it. I have people complain it's difficult to get the mic to cooperate with the iPhone, having to look up online and deal with changing settings, instead of just being propmpted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to have meetings with no interuption of concerns of sickness, or availability because of being on the road. Zoom has made communication accessible for all those involved.

We started using zoom in Mar 2020 and have enjoyed its ability to allow worship & hold meetings from home.

at first there was little support and guidance

feeling more comfortable with zoom, I feel the security is better and the new additions such as whiteboard. solutions are easy to find on google!

What do you like best about the product?
As a Wealth Management firm, Zoom has enabled us to create a national presence. While many firms suffered under the COVID years, we are able to strive primarily because of the use of Zoom,

Can be difficult for clients to navigate that hva enot used zoom

Video conferencing, reduction of travel time and increased productivity.
Zoom keeps me connected
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom lets colleagues collaborate from home, which reduces concerns about commuting, meeting scheduling, and exposure to COVID. We also appreciate that remote meeting is more accessible for all colleagues. Meetings tend to be more efficient than when convening in person, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside of Zoom is that meeting online definitely causes fatigue, so longer gatherings are not ideal in the Zoom space.

Zoom lets our team meet across the country and the world, and still get to see each other.
Most Efficient Virtual meeting space
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can come together to meet, and then we can separate into small groups virtually. This way, we can use it for any type of meeting whether it is adults, kids, pretty much any age group. We can have serious meetings, and we can also have fun ones. At our church, this became our number one platform during the pandemic and we continue to use it for all of our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike at the moment since it all seems to flow great. The only thing i have struggled with in the past is the sudden updates that then delay my meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving our "lack of time for meetings" problem. We no longer have to travel all over NYC to go to a meeting since we can do it via zoom. For our Sunday School and Youth meetings with our leaders, we can have a quick 30 min meeting instead of wasting one hour in travel.
Zoom is the best platform for web meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and easy to share your screen so others can see what we are discussing.

There is nothing I dislike about Zoom. It is super easy to use and access.

Our organization has many people from different locations around the state. Zoom helps us to have meetings very easy with each other.
