Our experience with Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a very good product for our die design reviews. Our designer is not local so it makes sense to use a product like this. It helps coordinate with the customer as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a tough one to answer because I do not have anything negative to say about Zoom. We haven't run across any issues. Once we learned our way around using the platform it became very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This portion will resemble the answer above. Zoom helps us plan and execute our tooling/die design reviews. If we ever have an issue anywhere else, we can schedule and jump on an immediate Zoom. Zoom is saving time and it helps to have that "face-to-face" so to speak.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to talk to anyone in the world, and I can share my screen and use the whiteboard easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the other person has a bad internet connection, they may not be able to hear or see me well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to have meetings without leaving home, and it saves me time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows people to work remotely and keep in touch with relatives. I aldo like the features are are available such as virtual backgrounds. Overall it's just perfect for my needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
That it takes a lot of data, and sometimes I have to close some websites in order to run Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly improving to make it better and safer and more secure to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and the instructional videos are very helpful when training new users
What do you dislike about the product?
That our business has to put in a 2 step verification code. I understand it is to protect us, But 90% of our office is remote and 50% of them can not access the email that the code goes to and therefore they can not log in to host or start meetings and Then I have to sign in and start the meeting for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Please tell me how to take off the 2 step verification. Otherwise zoom works excellent for us

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, easy to schedule, easy to change and adapt to needs
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. We have used it for all things from screen sharing to just quick meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to do in person and people to be remote at the same time. This has fixed our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom because its simple to set up and always clear communication!

so far I have not found any downsides and I have been using zoom for over 2 years!

Zoom allows me to meet up with clients and colleagues when it is not possible in person or for various other reasons!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tools to calibrate the view. Whiteboard and screen sharing are also useful. I like how it connects with my Google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The short meeting lengths of a free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a consultant and teacher, and Zoom enables me to meet with clients all over the world.

Zoom Got Me Through COVID-19!

What do you like best about the product?
Before COVID-19, I was an infrequent user of Zoom. When we began to have forced lockdown, Zoom allowed me to keep in contact with colleagues, friends, and family. Who would have thought we'd find a way to make Christmas celebrations special over the computer? I attended meetings, happy hours, events, and yoga class; and while we are back to a little bit of in-person work, I have found great uses for Zoom when it comes to working remotely but having "work parties" in my Zoom room. I invite colleagues and friends to join during a certain time period (sometimes 2 hours, sometimes 8!) and provide the soundtrack and we just work. No chatting except in the chat box, and it provides a great source of fun and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of us would say we are "over" Zoom meetings. Sometimes, I'd have to agree. Just as with any technology, Zoom is not perfect. It's limiting for events because you can only see so many people on the screen at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me connected with colleagues who work in different cities and states, allowing board members to join board meetings without the cost of travel, and can be a great solution and a quick fix when there are scheduling conflicts that arise with ever-evolving schedules, pandemic precautions, etc.

Best Virtual Meeting Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to collaborate with business, personal and non-profit volunteer colleagues. It can be used by those who are tech savvy or those who are not. It also integrates with social media platforms for ease of sharing. The recording option is also very helpful for those who were unable to attend the meeting or if a video is needed to upload onto social media platforms when they change their rules and procedures until staff can update on their policies and procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see with Zoom is those in attendance don't get the in-person social aspect where you can eat refreshments together, shake hands, hug or give door prizes for event attendance. But, not many people are hugging or shaking hands at this time, so Zoom is the next best thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we could not get together due to the pandemic shut down, people were still not comfortable coming together and conference rooms were taken, we were still able to do buyer and seller presentations (real estate business), children's recorded bible classes, children's ministry meetings (non-profit/volunteer) and be prepared for service when the time came for live interaction.
