Zoom is the Best Platform for Business Meetings and Training

What do you like best about the product?
The engagement tools in Zoom are very sophisticated and keep participants active! It is very difficult for individuals to fall asleep when there are so many tools that they can use (i.e. annotation, video, camera, whiteboard, chat, breakout rooms, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my favorite Zoom tools can also be a challenge. I love using the annotation tools, the challenge is the annotations bleed through to other pages. I am hoping this is something that can be fixed in the future, but it is not a show-stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can teach corporate workshops not just in the United States, but in nearly any country where the participants have internet access. I have also been able to save my clients a tremendous amount of money on travel expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to annotate the screen is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it were easier to locate the log of meeting participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With continuing safety protocols, it is great to be able to hold class meetings virtually when it is necessary to quarantine.

Zoom was what I needed when I needed it !

What do you like best about the product?
When the pandemic hit, I had just been elected president of our resident association, around 350 people, and we needed a way to connect people who were confined to their apartments. Zoom was just what we needed to allow people to see each other without masks and ask questions. It allowed a group of seniors to keep from feeling isolated during the worst of the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does require someone to have computer access to use the link, but this is a small price to pay for allowing those who can connect to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is now allowing me to connect with friends and family all over the world as well as giving our residents another way to attend meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Even for the unfamiliar person or novice, it's a easy as sending a zoom link invite. The person clicks and zoom! They're in the meeting. Zoom easily integrates with other CRM's
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to create booking rooms from a mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us work throughout this pandemic and seemlesly communicate / run team meetings with employees

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most about Zoom is the ability to go deeper and deeper in terms of the features. The backgrounds are phenomenal and ability to touch up is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike about Zoom is that if I go live, I can't go live via Facebook and Youtube at the same time. I have to choose one or the other and I wish I couldn't do both and more at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We conduct job interviews via Zoom and require applicants to give presentations. Zoom is allows that in a multitude of ways through customizations and screen sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is pretty intuitive. I use it with people of all ages and comfort levels with technology, and it seems to be pretty easy for people to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I find a bit strange is that when you are sharing a screen with participants, the zoom view defaults to not being able to see any of the participants or the chat. I think I have changed it so that I can see the people, but still not able to see the chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me meet and network with people all over the US, and all over the world. I have been able to achieve more through these meetings than I would have been able to do over the phone or with other conferencing software.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely user friendly - minimal troubleshooting needed on any device. I can use it on my phone without any troubles. It's easy to send invites and keep track of meetings. It's easy to plan ahead as well as easy to jump into a spontaneous conversation. I love the ever evolving updates what had added more opportunities to make this an interactive virtual space.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about Zoom! It's my platform of choice personally and professionally. I've tried everything out there and Zoom takes the cake in every category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me stay connected with everyone in my life. It helps me work collaboratively with others. It helps me facilitate conversations between small and large groups. It helps me create learning spaces for people across cities, states, and countries. Zoom helps me do what I love: create space for transformative conversations to happen without the constraint of location.

Going from Impossible to Possible

What do you like best about the product?
The process of setting up a Zoom event is straightforward and easy to understand. Meeting clients face to face as well as sponsoring workshops and other in-person events were the cornerstones of the success of our organization. Before the pandemic shutdown, I had never had any experience with Zoom. In a very short period of time, we were able to replicate the components of our client support and educational programming as well as serving a larger number of clients. Additionally, we were able to enhance the quality of our offerings. Many components of our pandemic offerings will continue as Zoom events far into the future. Zoom we're here to stay
What do you dislike about the product?
Often people forget which email they used when they first signed up for zoom which can be time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy to hold face-to-face meetings, job interviews, board meetings, staff meetings and successful fundraising events with little io no overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
Billing is easy and secure. Reminders about upcoming meetings are quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. The software works great!

Makes demos super easy - for me the recording function is great. And I can easily find all of my recordings in the cloud!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to meet with our members virtually in a feature-rich environment that has only gotten better over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I understand they are a necessary evil, the security features are annoying at times. But the inconvenience is worth the safety the platform provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the pandemic, our church meeting rooms were booked to capacity with many conflicts and a lack of availability. We were planning to build a new building with additional classrooms, however, Zoom virtual meetings have made that unnecessary.
