Zoomin' to the future
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use. I also think it has one of the best group video conferencing setups, encryptions, controls, and features. It's share screen feature is reliable and the participants panel allows for easy participation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it has all the features I need. When I worked for an association management company, and COVID happened, we hosted all our annual meetings using zoom and zoom webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed group gathers to continue despite shutdowns and distances. I have been able to have language lessons with my tutors in Myanmar. Jehovah's Witnesses, a large client of Zoom, used Zoom for 2.5 years to continue meetings of worship all around the world. We continue to use it so that the elderly and infirmed can participate

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is how accessible it is to everyone. The ease of use and key features lets us run staff, business and marketing meetings as well as teach classes. It got us through the pandemic, and continues to be one of the main business resources we rely on to connect and move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any online platform, there are sometimes glitches and there are times it's not easy to find a resolution to simple issues, like previous meetings not saving, etc. That being said, those are minor compared to the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've continued to improve the functionality and features so that it's always easier and there's more options to navigate when hosting zoom calls and meetings.
Consistent performance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to host calls with a group of people (or 1:1) for coaching, training, podcast interviews, etc. The performance is consistent and the need to troubleshoot is almost non-existent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have calls with people who aren't very Zoom savvy and they depend on me when they have trouble getting into a meeting. This usually happens when I'm already hosting the call and am unable to troubleshoot with them. I'd love if Zoom had an easy way for inexperienced users to get help quickly when they have trouble getting on a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My customers are all over different time zones and I love that I'm able to meet with them face to face for important conversations. The ability to use Zoom has changed my business in the last two years as I've had the opportunity to interact with my clients in this way.
Well functioning platform with a variety of options
What do you like best about the product?
Security and the ability to control who and when enters the meeting. I also enjoy the high quality sound and picture and the various ways to share screen or documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we need a password, sometimes not - even though we have disabled it from the start. I wish to have the option to pre upload clips or docs to the zoom meeting prior to starting it to make sure everything works. Also would prefer seeing the screen and camera view when I share the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct ability to meet people right away, great calendar integration. Video and audio quality great for podcast material. Altogether I enjoy the platform while it doesn't lead to major cost.
Free + Convenient App That Saves Time andTravels
What do you like best about the product?
Time and cost saving in many ways. It has saved transportation time and the cost of gas or plane ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inconsistencies of log in. Most times I can log in with a link. Often times I've had to key in the info to log in to meetings. There have been security issues that allowed bombers in a couple of church services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the option of off/on camera. There are so many times when I've rushed to squeeze in a meeting and did not feel that I was presentable. Thanks for that, and the option of "Zoom Makeup" enhancements!
Love Zoom for so many reasons
What do you like best about the product?
I love that is so easy to learn and use. It's easy for the host and for the guests. I can jump on any time with someone for an impromptu meeting. And hosting a large meeting is as easy as a small one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to using Zoom. I do wish the webinar version was less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I host relationship classes as well as political meetings and a women's group on my Zoom account. Zoom makes it easy to do this and it's relatively inexpensive to use.
Makes meetings great!
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to connect with co-workers in 13 states. It has saved us a lot of money vs travel costs and we are as bld to connect more often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish camera stayed on automatically. I hate seeing lots of black screens.

Increased communication. We are able yo connect quickly and chat vs typinn a bunch oc emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for my online team meeting and any impromptu meeting. It’s a life dan business changer. Thank you Zoom! It's so easy to connect and Crystal clear quality. Love the screen sharing feature.

I like everything. If I need to mention one, maybe it can have more emoji features.

It solve my online meeting place needs.
Reliable virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to join a Zoom meeting from any device by simply clicking a link. Startup is always quick and I love the ease of navigability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection gets wobbly and the video and sound will freeze, lag, or distort even when I have full coverage or service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bridging the distance between my clients and me. I can meet with people in multiple states and time zones, whether or not they have an office. It's great for my productivity and allows me to be super flexible and serve well.
Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I am a Youth District VP and take theology classes, both in which Zoom has been the source of communication. It's been such a blessing being able to use this platform since people from various states are able to join each meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the free trial would be longer than 40 mins. I think an hour would be better, however I do understand the business aspect of giving a 40min curtesy leeway. (Thank you )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with zoom, none so far. But again it provides the convenience of not having to travel and those who cannot drive do not have to worry about finding transportation
