Zoom makes work and life much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly helpful in that I can now expand by businessnationally, instead of just locally. Being able to have meetings online has made people who are far away feel like they are right next door.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we often lose the "body language" and personal connection that is often taking place at "in-person" meetings. People are also more afraid to speak up, it seems, since meeting are so often recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easier for moms, busy professionals and people who otherwise might not be able to travel across town to a meeting, now have an easy way to work this into their schedule . By removing commute time, everyone can usually attend and seems happy to be there!

Nothing the platform is rock solid and use daily within the firm

Outstanding - it's what you expect from Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and the audio and video quality is first-rate. Most importantly, everyone is familiar with it. Even the least tech-savvy users can figure it out with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Zoom has always performed without fail for me. The 40-minute limit for free accounts is about five minutes too short, but the paid Zoom tiers are well worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not a problem... the thing that Zoom solves is how to maximize your time to meet with clients and colleagues without taking up half of your daily schedule.
A Life-Saver During this Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
1. The ability to meet with others, whether one-to-one or in small-to-large groups.
2. Consistently good audio and video quality--and nearly 100% uptime.
3. Ample features--such as chat, screen-sharing, recording, and break-out rooms (enabling dyad or small-group discussion within a larger group).
4. Instant access to global content: e.g, attend a training in another State or country.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is what comes with ANY videoconferencing platform: i.e., you still have a screen between you and the human beings you're interacting with. There is some loss of a felt sense of connection and other benefits that come with face-to-face, in-person encounters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I am attending a series of professional trainings critical to my business, which would otherwise require the expense and time necessary to fly to Los Angeles.
2. I am likewise participating in a clinical supervision group based in Atlanta, GA.
3. My personal therapist, who practices a highly regarded approach, is located in Minneapolis, MN.
4. A professional colleague, whom I met through a Zoom-based class, has become a close friend as well, despite her living in Nashville, GA.

Zoom has helped us meet more often when distance makes it difficult
What do you like best about the product?
The free version of zoom was always helpful and provided sufficient time for meetings. I had to upgrade to ensure meetings past 60 minutes would not be interrupted. I have no regrets about doing this and continue to find zoom helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not needed to use whiteboards or meeting rooms, but if I do, I do not look forward to additional fees. Upgraded fees and costs seem more appropriate for larger organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of my team members live a considerable distance from our hub. Offering zoom as a platform to review goals and debrief information has helped us meet more often.

Zoom is super user friendly and even our most technologically challenged
clients have been able to use it with ease. We love that the format allows us to screen share too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom changed the settings without informing users. This can be very challenging when we go into the program and do not realize it has been updated. It would be great to know in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach so many more clients and offer our classes on a worldwide basis. We are so much more productive and have been able to serve so many more clients. It has also helped us to generate new revenue.
Easy to use video call and easy to share what's on your screen.
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can easily log in to a ongoing call and participate. It allows to have your video on to see each other. It allows you to cohost attendance of your choosing which is a handy too if you need them to share what they have on their screen. That's really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly cost is a bit high consider the amount of usage. Some month I don't use it at all and to have to the monthly fees of $17, it can adds up to my monthly expenses. Limited storage space on the cloud for my recording even after paying the monthly fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allows me to connect with people and most important feature is to be able to share my screen live while I am on the call. It's also allows others to do the same as well which great when we all get together to share ideas.

I like the fact that I can call my contacts

I like the fact that I can call my contacts schedule meetings, also the webinars are awesome. I think the best part of it all is that I can talk with people in China from US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I have my team in front of me come on in that I can talk with anyone at work and keep a constant connect between offices. Also presentational layer is very useful
Always dependable and help is close by if needed
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Zoom to teach music lessons back in March of 2020. Like so many others, I could no longer do my work in-person and had to find a work-around. Zoom was a lifesaver for me. It allowed me to keep a connection with my students in a time when we all felt so isolated. But it has become so much more. It now offers the flexibility to teach remotely when in-person lessons aren't an option. It gives me choices! The whiteboard tool is essential. It allows me to teach hands on without being there. And the kids find it easy to use too. They can easily pull up musical pieces and make notes on them. Zoom has changed the way I teach music for the better. What started out as a band-aid fix during the epidemic became a useful tool that I now use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the volume is not consistent. That is problematic for music. Also, going from smart phone to a tablet to an ipad to PC is not as smooth as I'd like it. Tools are in different spots depending on what you're using and it's hard to envision if you're trying to explain to a student where a tool is.

Spreading the love of music
A complete workable platform , simple user interface for all features, I would highly recommend it.

The most helpful aspect of Zoom is its ease of use. Interface is simple!

I can't quite think of anything I dislike...it's been simple since I started using it.

Zoom solves the ability to interface with employees not present and more so, it has opened avenues for online revenue for existing and new clients.
