Convenient and Efficient for Meetings with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace very convenient because it allows me to video chat and privately chat with someone without needing to switch to a different platform. I also appreciate the one-hour limit for meetings, which is more than enough for a productive session. The voice command feature is really nice as it lets me operate hands-free and complete tasks easily. Additionally, I like the room connector feature, which is helpful during my internship when the HR and tech teams need to exchange information. The initial setup was very easy, just a simple download and login, and it was good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface, it can be made a bit more engaging. Yes, like make the buttons more animated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes video chatting convenient, allowing private chats without switching platforms, and offers a one-hour limit that's effective for meetings. The voice command feature is great for hands-free operation, and the room connector helps us easily communicate and exchange information during work.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace very easy to use and safe. I like that there are no problems, and I appreciate the ability to turn video on and off. I particularly like that I can use it for virtual consults, which is super helpful for our patients who are out of state, as it dramatically reduces the need for multiple appointments. The setup was very easy for us, and everything works really well without any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace works well for virtual calls and meetings, and it supports breakout rooms, polls, reactions, and chat. I find it very intuitive to use, and overall it performs reliably. It can also be used as a phone system for an organization, and it can integrate with an organization’s existing phone system as well. Deployment is straightforward: it’s easy to roll out Zoom to all PCs, or users can install it themselves. I’ve used Zoom many times over the last five years, and it has consistently worked well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few downsides I’ve noticed with Zoom Workplace is the way it installs. If Zoom is installed to a user profile, it doesn’t require admin access, which is convenient. However, it also won’t update until the user launches it again. As a result, the user’s version is often out of date, which can be inconvenient. This is also a concern for IT security teams.

Zoom allows virtual meetings, calls, or classes to take place remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.

I've been using Zoom Workplace for the last five months, and the experience is awesome 🤩. It provides various features to work on a project, and I haven't faced any problems 😍. It's easy to search for documents or any files. What I like most about Zoom Workplace is that there are no bugs. The AI features are a major standout because they are functional. The initial setup is highly intuitive, too.
