What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very versatile tool that helps my team attend client meeting, internal meeting, office hours and webinars
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing policy could be better. The UI to share the recording as well as replay needs improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been the most reliable and stable video conferencing tool I’ve used, especially when you’re juggling customer calls across different regions, networks, and time zones. The audio/video quality holds up well, screensharing is smooth.
It also makes customer engagement easier - quick scheduling, simple joining links, and features like chat, recording, and screen control help us run more structured and productive calls.
The AI summary feature is a huge win. It captures the key discussion points, decisions, action items, and next steps so we don’t lose context once the call ends. That makes follow-ups faster and cleaner, and it’s especially useful for sharing learnings with people who couldn’t attend - internal partners, leadership, or team members in different shifts.
It also makes customer engagement easier - quick scheduling, simple joining links, and features like chat, recording, and screen control help us run more structured and productive calls.

I love how Zoom Workplace keeps chats and calls all in one place, which really helps with organization and saves time. The built-in calendar is great for scheduling calls or meetings, allowing me to view and manage everything without needing a separate tool. I also appreciate the integration connections with other productivity apps like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Sheets. The initial setup was smooth and quick, requiring minimal guidance and making for a hassle-free experience throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some menus are confusing for new users and the app can be a little lagging on older devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace organizes chats and calls, saving time. Its calendar manages meetings centrally without extra tools, and app integrations enhance productivity. We switched to streamline communication.

I think Zoom Workplace could improve the interface and add more good features. I'd like the addition of customized features and more stable connections.

Limited free meeting duration and occasional connectivity or performance issues when network quality is low.

Zoom Workplace solves communication and collaboration barriers by letting teams meet, share ideas, and work together in real time no matter where people are located. This benefits me by making it easier to stay connected with colleagues, reduce the need for travel, and quickly address issues through instant meetings, screen sharing, and chat.

What do you like best about the product?
What I highlight the most is the stability of the video calls and how easy it is to join a meeting with just one click. I really like the screen sharing feature and the new AI tools that summarize what was discussed in the meeting, which saves me a lot of time taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the free version feels limited by the 40-minute limit, which forces long meetings to restart. I would also like the resource consumption on the computer to be a bit lower when using virtual backgrounds or advanced filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has allowed me to eliminate the barriers of distance both in my training and in my work meetings. It solves the problem of lack of presence by offering a stable video connection and real-time collaboration tools, such as screen sharing and the use of virtual whiteboards. The greatest benefit is the time saved on commuting and the ease of recording sessions, which allows me to review important information later and improve my daily productivity.
Easy Setup and Handy Background Blur for Home Classes
What do you like best about the product?
I believe it's how easy to set up. And not only that but for classes, for example, if im taking a class from home (which I do very frequently), I can just use the feature of putting a background or just making it blurry so they don't see what's going on in my house haha.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it to be more creative, I just find the app so simple and vague (design speaking). Apart from that, I believe it's pretty great :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I'm away from work for example, and I'm working remotely. My bosses are usually not checking up their messages, but we do have our schedules like aligned with Zoom and I can just send them an invite! I really like that feature as well.

What do you like best about the product?
You can connect other apps to interact with your audience and create subgroups. The image quality is good for recording interviews, and the material can be used for YouTube or other media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve had a good experience with Zoom so far, and I honestly can’t find any issues worth sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create a dedicated space to work with clients and journalists for many purposes, such as interviews, workshops, and presentations. It’s also a great way to record videos for videopodcasts or other materials we need for owned and gained media.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Zoom Workplace, especially for our agents and staff who aren't tech-savvy. It's great that our agents on the road can join with ease. I love the presenting options that allow us to present our content. Personally, I like the filters, which help when I'm not feeling up to video standards or in bad lighting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while the links do not work, but that may be a connection issue, not a software issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace lets our whole team join coaching calls remotely, it's easy for non-tech-savvy staff, great for agents on the road, and offers good presenting options. I also enjoy using filters on days when I’m not up to video standards or have bad lighting.

This makes meetings less stressful and more productive. It is very easy to use. Anyone can join a meeting with just one link, without technical confusion. I like how quickly meetings start. There is no long setup or loading time, which saves daily work hours. The chat and team messaging features help keep conversations organized and easy to follow. Screen sharing works well and feels smooth, which helps a lot during presentations and collaboration. It works well on different devices like laptops, mobiles, and tablets, so work continues anywhere.

Some advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may feel limiting for small teams. The interface can feel a bit crowded when many features are enabled at once Long meetings can sometimes feel tiring due to continuous video usage. Managing large meetings takes practice, especially with many participants. occasional updated change layouts, which take time to adjust. Notifications can feel too frequent if not configured properly. Offline functionality is very limited.
