Zoom's Still Got It
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom since 2014 long before many people even knew it existed. Even though I have a backup, I use zoom as my go-to platform. It is consistent it 99.9% of the time, and recording is always successful. I've had a few of the other platforms that people use fail when you need the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that they no longer allow you to copy from the chat. Clicking and being able to go directly to a site is great. However, sometimes you need that information to use somewhere else. They no longer let you copy, not sure why it makes no sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me an easy way to have meetings with clients globally. It doesn't matter if they're local or thousands of miles away the experience for them is the same since I'm online for my business, this is very important. I know I'm going to have the same consistent experience with Zoom
Zoom works great and is extremely easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to schedule meetings, admit participants, sound/video is normally clear with little interference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have tried to send invites and invariably they go into a Black Hole. So, I have to copy and paste on a separate email to send for each scheduled meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to COVID and multi-state 401k clients, Zoom allows me to conduct education and trustee meetings from my home office at anytime of the day.
One of the Best Tools to have for your Business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and funcitional Zoom is to host our team meetings. Being able to all gather on the same video call makes it really easy for us to run our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we see a lag of video with the audio sometimes, not too often, but every now and then. We use the desktop and mobile version and it seems that it happens on both platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are times where the team can not meet in person, so with Zoom we are all able to communication with our video cameras, which helps not having to cancel our monthly meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become part of the daily norm of post-pandemic work life. I like that every person I meet already has Zoom so that no one has to download a new software just to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to Zoom is that there is a monthly cost if you have meetings over 45 minutes long. There is other software out there that is free, although not as robust as Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes collaboration across the planet possible. There are members in my company that work remotely in a different state and we are able to stay connected through Zoom.
Private piano lessons on Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Teaching piano lessons on Zoom is pretty user friendly. Most people are familiar with Zoom already and have it downloaded. It can be used on any device and people feel comfortable with it. If I used any other app, people get uncomfortable simply because they haven't used it or aren't familiar with it or it's not easily available on every single device.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's way too difficult to turn on original sound for music lessons. It should be much more user friendly and it should be labeled music mode because a lot of teachers use Zoom for music lessons. Tablet and phone users shouldn't have to sign out of Zoom to turn on original sound and then sign back in and turn it on again. Just make it always available. Also, I had to create my own user friendly instructions with pictures to guide students on how to turn on original sound on a tablet or phone. Zoom should've made videos and instructions for me. It's too complicated and if I'm already paying for the service, Zoom should make instructions way easier to find and much more user friendly. Zoom needs to include an update to allow chromebook users to annotate and use original sound. This is a huge flaw because a lot of students only have chromebooks and it makes it much more difficult to teach if they can't enable original sound or annotate but everyone else can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching remotely! I couldn't do it without Zoom! Specifically, I love that it's easily available on a wide range of devices and most people are very comfortable with it.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I found Zoom really easy to use. Just not as the host but also for participants that are not as tech-savy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to save the chat box along with the video. From what I see I have to record each separately and download each separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great way for our team to meet together. We have multiple offices and Zoom helps us meet easily and see each other like we are in person but not.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. It allows you to quickly setup recurring meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see different button placement for users who access zoom calls on their phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to have a large body of users connect with me in the evenings with top quality images and sound.
Easy, professional, and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I most enjoy the ability to easily host meetings with clients or classes with groups whenever I want, whether I open and start right away, or plan ahead. Zoom makes it easy to plan ahead or roll with the punches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call-in feature doesn't work for people who need to use their phones to dial in and participate in calls. Often they'll be unable to unmute themselves and the host can't do anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me easily connect with like-minded people all over the country and the world. And I love that it's not dependent on access to a social media platform like Facebook or Twitter.
Great for hosting lectures and classes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to have many people and discuss matted together. It is easy to send a a link and log in with ease. It makes meeting and communications so easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that I am able to have many people in the same chat. We are able to hold our lecture. The safety of people only logging in with a passcode makes me feel safe in the meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to switch host during meeting. This helps me when we need to break into groups for a meeting. Making up more productive and not have to restart the meeting

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to purchase smaller upgrades to the recording allotment. The given amount is small and the upgrade options are massive and expensive to begin with. So for small business or solo business owners it can be a bigger step than desired.

Working from home with clients all over the world. This platform makes it possible to access a broader base of clients. This is helping me grow my client base and giving greater options as far as how i do business
