Meetings for Non-profit organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a zoom meeting is easier than others
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom bombing that disrupts meetings and annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting space for anyone and everyone to join important business meetings from the comfort of their home. It benefits me the most since I can work remotely, saves on commute time and office space and resources.
Zoom has been a game-changer during this time when meeting in person hasn’t been an option.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is super easy to use, and working with older clients, it is great that we are able to make things accessible and meaningful with limited technical knowledge necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Zoom for classes, and it can be very difficult to manage letting people in from the waiting room, muting and unmuting, and overall Zoom management, all while actually trying to teach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us to serve our community year-round, regardless of the ways that COVID-19 impacts our work. We are also able to serve more people who may find themselves unable to attend in-person because of health, convenience, or other factors that otherwise would have kept them disconnected from us altogether.
Solid video platform for personal and work meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an effective video-sharing platform for personal and work meetings. The connection is almost always more solid than Facebook Messenger, Skype, Google Meet, or Facetime. I rarely have audio or visual problems. Also, most people know how to use Zoom already; its ubiquity is a solid plus.
Sharing video and sound is easy and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's webinar features are pretty expensive. There are better solutions for mass webinars. Zoom should reduce pricing for webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hold English classes over Zoom; my students are able to join from across the world. It's a simple, easy solution for my international students.
Also helps me host business meetings for 50+ people.

Best Video Meeting Software
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely easy to use. Out of all of the video conferencing software I use, this one seems to be the easiest for people outside my organization to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
The continuous updates seem to disrupt the software to the point that I am constantly being forced to log back in. This can be stressful when trying to join a meeting quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a video confrecnecing software that is easily accessible by the various customers I work with. The meetings are easy to access and are easy to navigate.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to adjust the settings so every other time I go in to create a new meeting, all my favorite options are already there making it a very quick process.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I create the meeting on my work computer but click the meeting link on another computer, it doesn't recognize me and I have to resign in. This was confusing for a while as it's in small lettering and I thought for a long time that I had to use the computer I created the meeting with in order to go into the meeting as the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure about any problems that zoom is having/solving. I believe I use the account for very simple meeting types so I haven't had any issues that would warrant solving.
ZOOM is my #1
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the interface. I've had no issues connecting, inviting others and sharing my screen as a user and as a host. ZOOM offers the best user interface, in my opinion
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the time limitations are frustrating. I work with a non-profit and the time limit really placed a hindrance on how we could use the tool to help others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work 100% remotely. ZOOM allows me to be 'present' even when I'm not.
It allows me to pull others into my work and collaborate even with miles between us.

Stay Connected via Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and even the free version offers many features you might only expect in a paid subscription. Free is always an excellent feature. I have found Zoom easier to use than competitor apps like Google Hangouts and Skype. It's a great feature that you can invite guests to participate and they are not required to install any client software nor create their own Zoom account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The selection of default backgrounds is limited and not always intuitive how to import or where to find additional backdrops. Privacy is always a key feature and the ability to "mask" your surrounding backgrounds affords a small level of privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only real problem I've encountered is after 18+ months of isolation, many people are opting to meet in-person because they feel Zoomed-out. Another issue I've encountered and I'm not convinced it is a Zoom issue, but using a third-party microphone and camera are sometimes difficult to use if not set as the default microphone and camera.
Great for Meetings and Collaborations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with a free account you can have a 40-minute meeting. It's great for those smaller companies that are smaller and cannot afford to pay for a membership. I also love that you can do breakout rooms for those who need this feature. It sure was. helpful during the beginning of COVID to have this so we could continue to meet!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the frustrating thing was that I added a user and then my main user meetings would not work. (Sorry that might not make sense.) I had to delete the new user for my original user on the same account to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to still have our meetings with everyone. During COVID, it was the only way that we would meet especially since we have quite a few people who are in the high-risk category. All of our regular meetings could still go on.
Zoom is very nearly intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
The upside is that I can have several accounts for several different emails, and use chat and sharing seamlessly. Recording and saving recorded files is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be tough to connect to different scheduling apps and it took a long time to figure how to connect it to Acuity to generate invitations with a Zoom link built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me take classes for my Master's degree online and provides flexibility in learning and teaching during health and climate crises. That's been helpful for me as I can work from home.
The best of online connection
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ways that Zoom continues to improve its platform. Breakout rooms that people can choose to enter, emoji reactions, sound shares of great tunes, and fun virtual backgrounds make for a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could screenshare what to do in the Zoom platform in order to teach folks how to use it. Taking people through the steps to set up breakout rooms is especially hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now live in a world where remote work is common and sometimes necessary. Zoom offers a way to connect and work effectively. Sometimes it's even more helpful to work this way, especially when needed to all work in one document.
