Now the defacto standard
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's such a widely used video call platform -- makes life much easier when creating events, or Webinars. I use it at work and my wife uses it for her home business as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls are quirkly. Most users don't understand calling in with their phone and using their computer video at the same time (feedback/echo). Chat would be better docking in an easy place when you press that button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems? As mentioned above, having a unified program to use, to start. Makes working remote so much easier for teams that are in the office and out of the office.

Zoom has been amazing, it’s thee red only way I could keep teaching my dance classes. I’m really happy with how it works, very few problems and they are always making it a better experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seems like it is more clear and smooth now, which is good for dance zoom classes. More dancers seem happy about this too! It has not increased.no, it has stayed the same
Definitely the easiest and most intuitive video meeting platform on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive platform where setting up meetings is easy to do. I integrate Zoom with my business Google account and automatically add Zoom meeting links when I create those meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way for sharing hosting capabilities for meetings. My business partner and I often have the same meeting and if one of us is unable to make it, the other one is sometimes not able to start the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting clients wherever they are in an intuitive and efficient way. We have been able to start a CPA firm virtually largely because we have been able to source potential clients and meet with them when we schedule work with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom allows me to meet with clients all over the world. Functionally, I like it more than Google Meet and Google Hangouts, which I've used in the past. I like that as a host, I can create waiting rooms, mute and unmute attendees, share my screen, record, and manage the chat easily. It's made hosting client calls and workshops a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom freezes on me and lags behind, even if I'm sitting directly beside my internet box. I also wish there were recording reminders to help me remember to hit record on important meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work 100% remotely. Zoom allows me to see clients face to face, even though we don't live in the same state. This helps my clients feel more connected to me and helps our projects feel more human.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use, very intuitive, and easy to set up. I use use zoom to tutor students from elementary to high school online. I love how I can share my screen for direct instruction and pull up a whiteboard for students to figure out a problem. As more people use touch screens, I expect to use more whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike. Great program/application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with students all over the country in real-time. Rather than limit me to only students in my local community I serve a much great population. Since I reside in NYS, I have students in New Hampshire, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, West Virginia, and Maryland to name a few.

Brings the whole world together. No need to travel and still manage my business efficiently.
Perfect for group calls and course recordings
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I love about Zoom is that I can record course content without anyone else being on the call, including sharing my screen or computer sound is necessary. I love how easy it is for group calls and that I can put participants into breakout rooms so effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it isn't that great at transmitting vocalisation, aside from speaking voices. I often ask my clients to make noises as they process their emotions or hum or sing and Zoom will often transmit the opening sound and then I can see they are making sounds but I can't hear what they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me connect with clients around the world easily and makes it really easy to record our sessions and then use them however I want to. It's also a widely used, cost effective solution for group calls - because it's easy to use I don't need to talk clients through how to join calls or breakout rooms.
I appreciate how zoom gives me access to things I wouldn’t otherwise get to experience.

I like that I get to participate in trainings and classes that I wouldn't otherwise have access to if it wasn't for zoom

Price increases can hurt my pocket. Can we lock in one price forever?

Zoom is solving my fomo when I feel I need connection to other humans and or to important content/events around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
It's features are intuitive. It's easy for people to learn who are uncomfortable with technology. The web based option is also very stable and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for as many people who use Zoom, the cost for a private monthly membership could be less. There is a lot of competition from similar platforms so Zoom needs to stay competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am on the board of a nonprofit for a state in which I do not live anymore. Zoom has allowed me to continue contributing to this organization. Also, during quarantine, the organization was able to continue its business safely.
Zoom has allowed me to scale my business and connect with more people!
What do you like best about the product?
It is the simplest video communications app there is! I can connect on my laptop or smartphone. I can share my screen, create breakout rooms, mute participants, and make meetings interactive and fun which is more difficult to do when limited to a meeting room.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it took a little time to find the perfect setup for a virtual meeting space, but since I've figured those logistics out - it's been full steam ahead!

Zoom has helped me reach tens of thousands of people without leaving my home office, whereas before I was limited to the size of the meeting room.
