What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is relatively easy to use and has helpful features such as screen and audio sharing, breakout rooms, live chat, and allows for larger meetings and is for the most part stable for all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times people had issues joining a zoom call because the Zoom link itself would not work, so they had to manually enter the meeting ID and password. At times the audio was a bit spotty depending on people's internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, the most helpful aspect of Zoom is the convenience it brings in being able to have meetings regardless of physical proximity which is invaluable as we continue to experience a world navigating a pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up a meeting, meetings run smoothly, there is chat, screen share, and you can even take control of meeting participant's desktops if your internet is fast enough. Having recurring meetings makes it easy to regularly meet the same people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen recording while sharing your screen could be improved and remote desktop control seems to require a really fast connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I meet with clients every week and zoom does a great job managing those meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive and easy to use. There are many ways to make the virtual experience accessible to all types of users. I appreciate the continual improvement of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could stream it into my social media accounts more easily for live events. I'm very tech savvy but have yet to find an easy way to do this. I want it to be clear and straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run an online business, so it solves the problem of face-to-face connection. I don't have to do conference calls, we can see each other as though we were in the same room.

Multi-Purpose!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can use Zoom anywhere- on my phone, laptop, or tablet. It is also so widely known now (as compared to before the pandemic) that most people are familiar with how to use it which requires less explanation on my part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it would be easier to navigate the options in settings (such as virtual backgrounds, closed captioning, polling, etc). It is not the most user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy for me to take meetings from afar and even teach remotely. This is wonderful because it saves me both time and money as I don't always have to commute.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really easy to use - it's super quick to set up a meeting and doesn't require a lot of forethought or planning
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it was confusing getting our business accounts straight. It would be nice if the link between the personal and business accounts was a little more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been essential in allowing us to conduct meetings since the pandemic when everything had to go remote. Being able to record feedback meetings has been crucial and incredibly helpful for our process.

What do you like best about the product?
Best video and audio quality and a lot of nice add-ons!
I like the break-out rooms and the ability to buffer your image quality!
I think Zoom out beats competitors in a variety of ways from its easy to use interface and paid and free versions make it accessible to a lot of different people
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the "share screen" interface is hard to navigate since it disappears quickly
Host and Non-Host privileges make it a nuisance for scheduling interviews with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is hybrid and remote, it's nice to have an easy-to-use way to communicate with the whole team!
Our teams are much more collaborative due to it's numerous add-ons and functionalities and it's updated a lot of the whiteboard functionalities that I know our product team likes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule, easy to join a meeting, not only can you join a meeting by using the link, but you can also use a meeting ID which is very helpful. invites can be sent via different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
the video chatting itself is sometimes difficult to find things and navigate, i.e. when the "screen sharing" option is turned off. IAlso, i dislike that you cant change the settings of a meeting after the meeting has started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to chat or meet with clients from different countries, also able to meet with many people at once without having to create a conference call. It helps business run more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom almost every day to connect with colleagues during remote work. It also is a stable, professional platform for when I need to set up a meeting with those at other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to change meeting settings -- such as adding polls, breakout rooms, and the like -- once the meeting is already scheduled or in process. I wish there was a more intuitive way to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me feel like I am in the room with others when that is not possible or preferable. I am able to share my screen and utilize other in-meeting features to meet most of my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is compatible with different systems and easy to set up. Doing bigger meetings is a lot better than most competitors. You don't get the background audio problems like some of the other products out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you scale up it does become a little expensive to use. I think the webinar feature could use some improvement. The windows version crashes sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy to communicate with all my remote employees and has been the tool of choice throughout the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that zoom allows for cross-form video conferencing and manages the data transmissions well. In addition I love the ability to easily share screens and chat during a conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be a few more options for the free tier experience. I think specifically the time should be upped to one hour for up to three folks connecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to host small group events with older folks who are keeping safe by staying at home has been the biggest problem solver. Having the ability to still visually check in with technology that is accessible to senior folks is essential.
