Feature Loaded and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom has a load of features and they keep investing to make it better with each update they do. It's also very intuitive. So I don't have to take a class to figure out how to do things. I can just figure it out on my own. They also have great service. They have solved the issues I've had quickly and pleasantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the plugin on outlook was a little glitchy. I don't know if that's a Zoom thing or our cloud thing. If some how this already came included with Outlook that would be great but I guess that will never happen since they have Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've fixed and actively improve the security of Zoom. This is crucial for our organization as we have employees all over. Our performance with Zoom has caused us to be able to hire many remote employees. Thus we have increased our talent pool to choose from when looking at candidates.

Quick and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to learn than Teams, and provides phone-in options for better audio. Sharing screens is straight-forward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could press a button to have Zoom call me to join a meeting - the way Google Meet works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick meetings where I don't have to lose valuable working time traveling from place to place.

Zoom is the best option for your remote world!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is a basic application with frequent updates that make it even better. The functionality is robust yet incredibly user-friendly. It takes minimal training for our staff to be proficient in Zoom. It's also incredibly reliable and has hardly been "down" during the pandemic which is much appreciated!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we dislike about Zoom is that scheduling can get tricky with Outlook. I wish the integration was smoother and more user friendly for our Staff members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom brings us all together even in a remote/hybrid culture. Everyone knows to look for the zoom link on a meeting invite. It's transformed our world and connected us in a time of distance. We also use it when we're all in person to screen-share in conference rooms.

Easy to use - most of the time

What do you like best about the product?
Easy ability to click into a call without having to remember numbers or call ins. I like the ability to be able to quickly connect so that you can go about with your business on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links do not connect. You sometimes have to log out and come back in before you can make the connection. It would be best if it was reliable 100% of the time,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to share our screens and look at others while we are on the call to help us to have a more intimate discussion. It allows us to get to know remote customers and employees much better.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that can use it on a mobile device or desktop and that it makes it so much easier to have meetings with colleagues while continuing some of the tasks of every day life. Fairly easy to use and has the ability to record.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is inconvenient to schedule the Zoom meetings - sometimes it just won't cooperate. Also have to specifically click a button to allow someone else to start the meeting - if a participant has the link/meeting ID, etc they should be able to start the meeting when they logon rather than wait for other participants/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traveling to other states is not required which often helps when schedules are so busy - many times it would be difficult to get certain parties together physically in the same room but can Zoom and have a productive meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Not very many issues! I use zoom every day. I do wish that there was a better system in place for musicians, as the audio can be quite sketchy when students are playing instruments.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned previously, the audio cuts out when students are playing instruments. I'd also really like integration with iPad as a sort of whiteboard where I can demonstrate drawing things out in real time, while being on camera at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really paved the way for music lessons during Covid. Half of my students are still on zoom vs in person because of the time saving and ease of just jumping online from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Most people have experience with zoom, so asking folks to use zoom is a familiar experience (contrasted with some other video conferencing solutions). Additionally, having the ability to have a dedicated zoom room solution has been great to allow the hybridization of events and meetings that previously could only have been in-person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a non-profit, I wish there were more direct solutions to getting reduced fees/pricing. While we can work through tech-soup, the process is rather convoluted and would require a lot of work on our end that we don't have the resources to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a church, Zoom allowed our congregation to transition smoothly to meeting in a virtual, and later hybrid manner as the pandemic progressed. It has allowed our community to continue with the business and work even when we were unable to gather in person. Now, it allows people to be more engaged even while traveling or away for the winter.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use this platform, especially since I can easily integrate it into my calendar and create call invites quickly. The quality of the video and audio is great and the webinar add on works so much better than previous platforms we've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike that you can't host concurrent meetings, which seems like a shady way to nickel and dime by making people add new logins. You should be able to have multiple meetings under the same login. Perhaps a way to pay per concurrent meeting rather than having to make a second account?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remote is the new normal so Zoom is allowing us to be more efficient than ever by getting facetime with key organizations and partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. There a lot of helpful features such as virtual backgrounds and auto-noise canceling that make meetings feel more professional. The performance is better than google meet and skype
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not perfect. Auto-noise cancelling sometimes cancels my voice (although this is rare) and having a virtual background makes it hard to show things on camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping our team work remotely and communicate effectively. Whiteboards are effective and useful for showing things.

A Valuable Tool For Online Meetings and Interviews

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to record meetings using separate audio files for each user is incredibly helpful in the editing process of interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to record both a group video and solo user video in the same way they can record group and solo audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid the ability to communicate between coworkers and continue creating content via virtual interviews became incredibly important. Zoom allowed for both of these.
