Best virtual platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable and offers tons of features that makes meeting virtually really easy and fun
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about zoom

It is solving the problem of meeting people that are not in proximity to me and to meet with groups of people at one time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with my team with ease (regardless of where they live in the world) and work out projects that are fairly complex because everyone has the capability to contribute through the co-host and share screen options. The whiteboard sharing option is also an added feature that has been amazing in creating concept maps that help our entire executive team sync up. Some partners have Microsoft Teams and its limitations when compared to Zoom make me so confused as to why any company would choose the Teams communication platform over Zoom.
Easy to use and great for music
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is widely used, so I rarely have to explain it to my team members. Zoom is great for music lessons and other music applications because of its "use original sound" function that doesn't clip music frequencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Zoom was a little more stable on mobile or poor internet connections, including an option to automatically go to voice-only if the bit rate becomes too restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to connect my rural clients and team members to national and international clinicians and thought leaders that they would never have been able to access without Zoom.
Best video conferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and rarely has any problems. I much prefer Zoom over its competitors. It has strong servers and continues to improve. Very intuitive and easy to navigate different settings and actions. I like how it easily integrates with Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
gwdiuThe free session time is 40 minutes (although we have pro accounts). User interface could be a bit more user-friendly. I do not have a hard time navigating, but some improvements could be made for those who are not as tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
gwskdahsKJDGJGSADZoom is great for conference calls and for sharing screens. All of the features are great and it makes it easy to effectively speak to people from across the glob.
Zoom for Seminars and classroom
What do you like best about the product?
Great opportunity for teaching seminars, breakout rooms for deaf and experiential groups, features to record, and other fun features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to see and hear in breakout rooms without going in for education purposes. Not, able to chat privately with someone in breakout room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid we turn our inperson seminars to online . It was fabulous for that and meetings. Also, private therapy sessions .?
Zoom is the perfect platform for online meetings. It gives me my own boardroom.

We can get our team together even those that are remote. It is super easy to use and has alot of features we utilize, like the breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We have been very happy and have not run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot of our employees are now remote workers...and this enables us to be together.
Zoom Helps Our Motorcycle Chapter Officers to Stay in Touch and Plan Out Events
What do you like best about the product?
Our motorcycle Chapter Officers all have day jobs and are spread out making it difficult to find times and places to meet in person. With Zoom, we can all get face time with one another after our day jobs and discuss Chapter business in the evening from the comfort of our homes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is any downside to using Zoom other than it's always nice to be able to greet each other in person with a handshake or hug. Sometimes Officers are not at a computer and just need to dial in with their phone. This seems to be a source of difficulty at times (i.e. trouble figuring out dial-in number and Zoom meeting id).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our Chapter Officers to meet more often to discuss business. We can meet more often and more conveniently, and for short or long periods. We don't have to travel an hour for a 20 minute meeting, or cancel a meeting due to bad weather. Zoom allows us to stay informed and not have to rely on email, which often does not have all the details, or gets misinterpreted or lost.
Meeting place you need in a time of turmoil
What do you like best about the product?
Great place to help with meetings it has really opened us up to be able to talk to others and keep in contact. Also great way to share with others. Other places have been less then responsive or even helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the free service, the alloted time can sometimes feel a bit needing and wanting. Once you pay for service then it works better but audio issues can sometimes happen also. The chat function could be better where it could be more like a side pod and see what people are posting live versus it needing to cover everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to host a meeting especially nationwide. The benefit is that everyone can more easily view what is going on. This has helped with being able to interact with more folks from their phone to their laptops, tables and even televisions

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to connect with my team members from across town or the country. It makes collaboration so much simpler. The breakout rooms are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection issues can be a problem, usually, It's just lag time when the internet is a little dicey.
Also not entirely happy with the mobile use for some of my collegues.

When everything went into lockdown, I was still able to communicate with my team and plan events. We had an extremely productive year in 2020!
