Zoom Gets People In The Room!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is it's ease of use and the website integrations. I can easily link Zoom to my other business platforms without the worry or hassle that something will go wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike is the cost to add on Webinars. I believe that it should not cost as much as it does and the fact that we must still pay our monthly subscription rate plus the add on is a bit much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me solve my business problem by allowing me to connect and reach people around the world. I can host an event in the United States and feel confident that I will be able to host it with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to learn and use Zoom for multiple meetings for my congregation during and continuing despite COVID.
It is easy to schedule meetings and tailor the setup for our security needs. Everyone has been able to join without difficulty.
We can share screen for documents, photos and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the updates occur frequently and a tool's location may be changed. But this does not generally pose any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting online is preferable for some folks and we are able to meet that need/preference. It is especially good for out-of-town consultations. We like the interactive nature of the services we can offer online and the breakout rooms allow for more intimate sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is always there, with a click I can be in a meeting with people across town or across the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a chat option I'd love to see - I'd like to see the ability to save the chat AND to save the chat with "private" messages removed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of meeting people at a distance, and having to spend gas money to go to a meeting. If I have a zoom meeting with someone and they don't show, I can just do some work in another window

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use dashboard. It's attractive and approachable. The user interface is so intuitive. If you know how to use windows or android then you can use zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting can be a little hard. If you are not knowledgeable about making corrections through the control panel. It might be better if you had some tutorial videos to help users understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Your platform provides secure digital meeting spaces with reliable and established tech. I'm very productive on the platform. Zoom has allowed me to continue my business in this post-COVID.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Updates are current and "techy" stuff is at a minimum
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tough to get a tech support person quickly Also in the tech support chat sessions it is frustrating that they expect their chat personnel to manage a minimum of 3 separate chat sessions at the same time. I usually end up waiting a L-O-N-G time between responses from the person I'm chatting with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote working is so easy now. And the audio is getting better for remote viewers

What do you like best about the product?
The site and app are very convenient and user-friendly. I can easily share my screen with clients along with the chat feature to make meetings streamlined and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better filter options and file sharing. I also would like better video clarity/optimization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely with businesses all over the US and being able to have real facetime with these clients helps build trust and communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can use it no matter what platform they are on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I share screen with audio in almost every meeting. I often forget to check the tiny box at the bottom left, then have to unshare, go back and share again. I would like there to be a setting to "always share sound when sharing screen."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been teaching classes and lessons without having people come here in person. I reach a wider audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of video chat. I like the touch-up function Zoom provides. Also it is easy to create a break room for group discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The pricing for individual users. 2. Whenever I sent people a meeting link, I have to copy/paste it from "Copy Invitation." Wonder if you could have a personalized link that customers can tailor it to their own version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach courses online and in-person. I also conduct research with collaborators all over the country. Zoom is very helpful in making us connected and doesn't require a lot of learning in using the app. A simple click on the link allows others to join the meeting without downloading any software or re-configuring your computer.

What do you like best about the product?
Almost like in-person interaction, visual feedback is so much better than just spoken or emailed words. People are now very familiar with using Zoom and feel more comfortable in the Zoom environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a relatively strong internet connection. Participants will often freeze or disappear. It would be great if less bandwidth were required to run it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows for immediate interaction with people from around the world and US clients in a face-to-face environment. Meeting in person would be almost impossible and extremely expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to join a conference call from anywhere. I especially like the ability to reach out to others on calls privately to connect through chat. I find breakout rooms a great place to get to know partners during larger calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Accidentally leaving your mic on. This is user error. But SO many people do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Zoom calls heighten productivity and keep people focused. It has allowed our staff to work remotely and still be connected to partners and other staff. I also see the community we serve benefitting from large zoom calls. Many of our constituents are small business owners who cannot attend community meetings. Zoom allows for greater participation.
