What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate. Fine age 10 to 90!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing has been a issue. The interface works amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a life insurance agency and have been working with Carriers to have zoom meetings count as in person with vertical signatures we have almost tripled production..
Business meeting and collaboration necessity!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows you a platform to hold meetings and use video to add the layer visual responses provide that a simple call cannot. The ability to present content and screen share are pluses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think features that were missing are steadily being added now like avatars and improved transcript options. This may seem minor but they give users flexibility to express themselves and warm up to video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need for increased meetings and setting team members with the shift to working remotely. The ability to increase engagement in the new working norm is key.
Works great for my purposes! Preferred over other video conference solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can spotlight other people for everyone, and I appreciate that I can request others to mute or unmute (individually or all at once). I can also join from multiple devices at once with the same login, so that I can use my phone as a camera device and my PC as a screen for viewing/hosting/ and controlling. I also like how it doesn't crop the video like some others (teams/meet) and lets you control what everyone can see. The ability to pin people on your own experience or switch to gallery view at any time is just great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything has been working great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to bring my experience of performing magic to everyone virtually and secure and controlled environment. I can customize the viewing experience for my attendees and small teams, large corporations and even families can join together to watch me perform magic for them, and interact with me and each other at the same time.
Easy and reliable service
What do you like best about the product?
The quick set up of a meeting, I can just click a button, copy the link and send it to friends or colleagues right away. I also like that you can invite people through emails or Google calendar invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free use time limit is too short for my personal liking. It usually takes 5-10 minutes at least for someone to join, so it already cuts into what time is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for video calls for work purposes. I use other video chat options for personal calls. Having a separate service for work purposes is useful. Integration of recording is great too for future reference.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom on a weekly bases. Never had any problems. The images and the audio are very good. Sometimes we have a poor connection due to the attendents phone connection

Would like to assign another person as the moderator, when I am not available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to resolve a problem with a live conference rather than talking with individuals on the phone or by email. Making the entire process of working with others easier
Best way to do telehealth for my clients!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is HIPAA-compliant! Having a HIPAA compliant platform for our clients is so important to protect their privacy. Zoom is so great because it allows opportunities for interactions between the host and the learner (screen sharing, hand raising, etc) and it can really help teach our kiddos social skills in these crazy post-Covid times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video quality is bad but that is likely due to internet issues as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to still complete my job duties as a BCBA and doing telehealth with my clients and their families. Consistency is key with my clients and having the option to still complete a session over Zoom has made the post-Covid era so much more accessible for all kinds of families looking for services! I know families who are accessing services who are over 2 hours away from an in-person clinic because of Zoom!
I effectively use Zoom daily for Academic Language Therapy
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency with toggling "Share Screen," and the annotation features allows me to provide instruction in the way intended, quickly, and with few errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all users can annotate from their end (if using Chromebook, for example), and would love for all users to be able to interact and write on the screen. This is more a device issue than Zoom features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I upgraded to the professional account to be able to conduct meetings longer than 40 minutes. I am currently satisfied with the accessibility and features of Zoom.
From team calls, recording podcasts, and making sales -- Zoom delivers, consistently with ease!

I love that Zoom is reliable. The features are easy for any member of my team to use, the updates and security have never failed me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to update Zoom before a meeting. I'd love to get an email about that prior to my next scheduled call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves everything that takes place of in-person meetings, saving me time, saving me travel costs and growing my business geography -- I'm in the Chicagoland, but thanks to Zoom -- my business clients are across the US, Canada and a handful in Australia too.
Reliable and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Simple to use and set up. Yes, I realize there are many other settings and choices. I pretty much keep to the simple conference function for business
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a little trouble early on with backgrounds not working on older laptops and PCs. We used green screens and everything worked fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immensely important during the pandemic when we had to provide remote learning services to 50-some individuals with varying degrees of technical ability. Continue to use instead of in-person meetings
Zoom Makes Our Business More Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can interact with people who are located in different areas and are able to see their faces. It is very easy to set up a meeting and easy to login to meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Zoom would make it easier to start a meeting that you are hosting. I have to go in and click several buttons to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of having to be in different areas close together. My attorneys can have meetings with a judge in one county and then quickly turn around and have a meeting with an attorney in a different county. It is a huge timesaver as my attorneys are not traveling as much. There is also the added benefit of saving the travel costs and expenses.
