Zoom is a good tool we use often in our business

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to use. No need for extensive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
A real lack of customer support. When you are able to speak to someone they don't act like they really care about your problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to meet with our students on one platform

What do you like best about the product?
We were quick to utilize zoom at the beginning of the pandemic to switch our programming over to vertual. The use of breakout rooms was pivotal to the success of the programs and continues to be a key staple for us. It works when we need it to!
What do you dislike about the product?
The shift for free users to be limited to only 40 min on 1:1 calls made it really hard for staff who just wanted to take internal conversations over zoom to do that without having a time limit. It was a big shift for the staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been helping us shift our company to a virtual capacity for our day to day work allowing for coworkers outside of the one place where we have a main office and when we run programs it allows us to serve people outside of our immediate community

Easy to use and Connect

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and connect. When other company sites have been down I have quickly logged into zoom and sent out to others in minutes. I have never had it disconnect or lag when using. I highly recomend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. When you have the full version everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves us being able to connect with clients and colleagues easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and secure. You don't need a lot of training to learn how to use it

Zoom allows us to reach our donors from around the world and keep them engage
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes two people to probably manage an event properly

Seniors have a hard time muting and unmuting and turning the camera on and off.

Being able to host events during the pancemic

Being able to see each other

Being able to host hybrid meetings and events.

Doing quality events without having to spend much money

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so helpful for me when I'm working with prospective clients. Having the ability to share my screen (or for them to share their's) is a huge benefit in communicating what my software can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a negative experience. The program updates itself, most of the time I don't need to prompt it. I do wish it would stay logged in even if I switched devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to work from my office as opposed to being on the road all the time. I also appreciate that it converts to my client's timezone automatically.

Dependable and easy video conference software

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have breakout rooms is extremely helpful. The chat and Q&A panels make it easy to host webinars without opening mics
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like except the way panelists have to enter a webinar. We have a recurring webinar, but the link to the webinar doesn't work to allow panelists in anymore. They need to enter using a specific link sent from the event setup, which creates a little bit of confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to have face-to-face conversations and also allows us to do full company updates that are recorded and available for people who could not attend the live event.

Reliable and easy to access tool for connecting with others

What do you like best about the product?
It easily integrates with other programs and apps like my Google calendar, website and more. Many of the basic tools are helpful and I appreciate that you are always trying to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes too many features and updates and can be hard to keep up with it all. They're not always useful to me. Also, sometimes troubleshooting or finding the right feature or setting for what I want to do can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect easily with parents all around the world. It's a platform that almost everyone is familiar with and is easy to create and send links.

What do you like best about the product?
I administer Zoom meetings for several groups, and each contains people of varying technological expertise. Zoom has an easier learning curve than other video solutions we've previously attempted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there are sometimes upgrades added to Zoom that are not well-communicated to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have people from across the upper Midwest able to attend meetings when in-person attendance is not an option.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom's integration with Outlook. It allows for very easy virtual meeting scheduling. Using Zoom i am easily able to coordinate meetings and training sessions with my entire team, whether in the office or working remote. THe integration with Outlook especially allows for Outlook calendar updates and easily shared invites for scheduling purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
I have heard concerns about Zoom's privacy, however this has never been a significant concern for me. I don't have any concerns of note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training sessions with the team are easiest done on Zoom. Previously I would hold meetings around a projector or large screen TV, however everyone would squint at the screen unable to see. Using Zoom i can share my screen and everyone can easily see and follow along during training sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so helpful being able to meet virtually while still retaining full interactive/engaging features that would be necessary for an in-person presentation. Use this regularly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall works very well. It does seem to take up a lot of hardrive usage for me though – makes my computer sound like an airplane when I'm saving out video for archiving purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines meetings for me and saves me a ton of time. Also gives me the chance to work with clients worldwide rather than being limited by location as before.
