Pretty good choice
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is way better than Teams or any other video software. It's easy to use, it has great video features, It also is pretty intuitive to navigate. The interface is also pleasant to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's extra steps to invite people to zoom calls and sometimes you can end up in the wrong room. It's not easy to correct that once it happens. Also there are some issues linking people in via iMesage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy for our team to meet clients face to face without having to travel. It is saving us $10,000 a month in travel costs. It is also helping us stay healthy

What do you like best about the product?
Working with small business clients necessitates the use of virtual software like Zoom - unlike Zoom competitors, Zoom's market saturation has allowed us to easily schedule meetings with clients without having to take them through a repeated tutorial on how to use the software. It's, in turn, allowed us to reschedule a lot of in-person meetings to be virtual meetings saving the team a ton of time (and headache) when it comes to commuting. 90% of our meetings should be emails, but in the event the client insists on a face-to-face, Zoom has become a desired alternative for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
When something doesn't work right, it works terribly wrong - I've seen issues with mostly audio, but if a client is unable to establish a connection - it's very hard to assist them. Not entirely sure of the workaround - perhaps some prompts during setup (or if someone has initially configured the system incorrectly) to guide users to effective meeting tools like visual and audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is majorly assisting us with time optimization by allowing us to meet virtually with clients who, prior, had become (regrettably) accustomed to forcing us into in-person meetings even when an in-person meeting wouldn't have resulted in any additional accomplishments. I love offering Zoom as an option for clients. Not sure they're equally as happy, but my fuel consumption definitely is.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, we were able to maintain services to our families across a multi-county area. We were able to "put eyes on" parents and the children in their homes, assuring them that we were still available to assess and respond to their needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom APP on PC takes up a lot of resources, cannot use other applications while in a Zoom meeting, especially while sharing a screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most unique feature Zoom is solving, comparing to other teleconferencing solutions, is that Zoom can make international conferences with a good voice and video quality
Easy user platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom integrations with other platforms makes scheduling calls and meetings much easier. The part I like best is that attendees don't have to download the program in order to have a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin features are difficult to figure out, but there are plenty of training videos on the Zoom website to answer your questions and get you the solution you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure of any problems that Zoom has currently. I know in the beginning there were connectivity issues, but now I have no issues with the program and the platform.
Zoom is there for all of your business meetings in a safe, secure virtual environment.

Zoom is not only a recognizable and trusted name in the industry, but it is very user-friendly. Zoom makes it easy to connect with people from all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backgrounds are wonderful on Zoom. However, the backgrounds have image jumping. For example, the black of my office chair visually glitches which can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being on the east coast in the film industry, I have meetings with directors, producers, and distributors who all need to meet from all over the U.S or sometimes worldwide. Zoom allows us not only to meet visually but to share videos, pitch decks, etc., with each other in real time. We can post links in the chat or send a message to one person directly.
Best Video Conferencing Option There Is!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. It's so easy to create an event and share the details with clients. The quality is always 100% clear and spot on. The sound quality is perfect. I love all the extra features if you need a different background or something. Just LOVE!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't think I have any dislikes about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting me to my clients face to face is a HUGE asset to my business. Quick hello via face is so much better than an email or phone call to discuss important wedding details. Plus being able to screen share and review documents together is incredibly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It works cross-platform on my Windows laptop, Mac desktop, and especially on my cell phone. It's simple to use and the telephone option makes it simple for non-technical people to participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. I think it is very fairly priced and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT solved the problem of networking during the pandemic. It allowed me to stay in touch with my referral partners and help me get new clients. It also enables me to work with clients and vendors in multiple locations saving time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can be connected on any device and get the best HD video quality. I am most impressed about recording our sessions and being able to reference back to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a company, I have not encountered any issues that have slowed down our business. Maybe by working on setting time zones and reminder calls. My company has zoom meeting with other time zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly upgrading the latest updates without the hassle of me manually doing it. The upgrades allow us to use the app to its full potential. This also has helped our business grow.
Still the Industry leading Platform for Video Conferencing & Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Having tried many of its competitors, Zoom remains the gold standard for ease of use, integration, scheduling and collaboration. And its video resolution is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the additional control over the appearance of the lower-thirds, otherwise nothing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to extend the reach of our adult-education programs, and creation of evergreen content, especially in a pandemic environment.
