What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly it is, as well as how smoothly it allows me to set up both in-person and remote spaces. The AI-powered summary, recording features, and the ability to create clip highlights are also aspects I really enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface for conference room iPads to be quite confusing. Features like Waiting Rooms and Chat often cause confusion among employees, almost every time they try to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been instrumental in keeping our team connected as we operate in a hybrid work environment. It makes collaboration much easier, allowing us to stay in touch no matter where we are working from.

What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the best virtual calls system I have ever used. No problem using on the App nor web browser.

Honestly it does what it says on the tin so no problems.

While Zoom Workplace is very effective overall, what I dislike is that some of the features can feel overwhelming or hidden behind too many settings. New users sometimes struggle to find the tools they need, and managing permissions or integrations can take extra time. Occasionally, updates change the layout or options, which requires a bit of re-learning. It’s nothing major, but simplifying the interface and making certain features easier to access would improve the experience.
