Zoom Webinars Solved My Electronic Meeting Challenges

What do you like best about the product?
I was initially anxious about using the technology and the process of conducting an electronic meeting and I have to say, Zoom support was very helpful and it was incredibly easy to start using Zoom for professional meetings. We found that Webinars are the optimal solution for our needs and everything just works! The robust features allow a small group like ours to manage an electronic meeting without an additional host. Reporting functions are very helpful for tracking attendance too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the pricing structure/licensing requirements seemed unclear initially, sales support was quick to assist. I also was initially disappointed with not being able to retain the chat messages, but now see that feature has been updated. There has really been nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed us to improve our engagement with our community and to provide an option for folks on the go to participate and stay informed. Zoom has also provided our Board members with the ability to participate when there have been logistical or COVID related difficulties.

Helpful and convenient!

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling a meeting OR just starting a meeting right away. being able to record and share the steps we were discussing in the meeting and then the recipient being able to review the discussion and make additional notes and refer back to our recording has been very helpful and a way for me to support my agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle with the Audio or screen sharing, but it is rarely a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of not being face to face due to travel, health or expensive gas but still provides a level of being personable. It makes it easier to work from home when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is easy to use and in more reliable on slower connections than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to use Zoom for presentations with other remote co-presenters without the dreaded "next slide please".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom made it very easy to pivot to doing meetings digitally and staying connected with colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the content sharing options it helps create a productive connected experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate paying for webinar options. I wish I had options for presentation at any paid level.

Zoom creates a gathering space. Helps me have a higher touch virtual experience in business and community building.

What do you like best about the product?
Covid brought out the best in Zoom. It has enabled more collaboration, both in business and other relationships, than was previously imaginable. I do not go more than a day without jumping on a Zoom. Its competitors always leave me wanting to return to ZOom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sharing remains slightly more complicated than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has markedly reduced unecessary travelling.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom seems to be the most familiar platform for virtual meetings and events. I love the breakout room and polling functionality for hosting events and larger groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't encountered many shortcomings on this platform. If I had to mention an opportunity to better the platform I'd say provide a real-time chat feature for technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me and my team to host a variety of meetings and events for our target population that is simple to use even for those that aren't that tech savvy. A few simple instructions and everyone's in.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to host video hangouts with members of my membership website as well as connect with new and potential customers. It's so easy to use and allows me to share my screen when offering troubleshooting support services.
What do you dislike about the product?
An ability to send the link to a web page that you are sharing on your screen, directly through chat would be nice. Also a "markup" tool for screensharing would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a quick and easy way to connect with my customers. The ability to video call potential customers builds trust and shows professionalism.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to teach my courses and record it. It makes online presentations effortless. Its a staple for online businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
With the record feature, the video recording quality is poor. There is often green disturbances in all my videos that requires me to use back up programs

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has changed my business in ways I could not have imagined. My business has grown so much in the last 2.5 years. I have been able to reach more clients, make more impacts on people's lives, and grow my network of professionals to support my business. Zoom has also made it so much easier for me to keep in touch with family and friends throughout the pandemic. I love all the features it provides - screen share, chat, breakout rooms, streaming to Facebook, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we could stream to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube at the same time, and have branding, banners, and titles as part of the stream. Streamyard is another software I use that allows for that, and I use that to stream instead of Zoom for those reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connections with people - I am a home-based online service business. It would be sooo much more challenging for me to connect with people both in my region but also internationally without Zoom. It allows the connections (clients, potential clients, networking partners) to connect with you much more personally than just by phone or email.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows our clients to come together as if they were sitting right here in the office - smooth tech platform and flawless integration for easy connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a bit of trouble adding paid seats to the account - had to call the help desk a few times before someone could walk me through the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandemic related - many of my elderly clients are more comfortable still not meeting in person - we have been able to continue "face-to-face" meetings and keep up our tax planning sessions.
