One of the Best Video Conferencing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendliness and easy user interface and experience make Zoom one of the most used platforms for video conferencing, meets, online classes etc..One can easily start their online video meet at zoom even if they haven't used Zoom before
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the collaboration within zoom, I would love to see zoom provide a in-built document/screen share, where allowed people could collaborate at the same time. It would add more purpose to the concept of online conferencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am attending online classes over Zoom. My tutor (an online learning platform) schedules the classes every 4 days a week from an urban location, while it is now easy for me at some Rural location to be the part of the same without any major concern.
Zoom - Helping me take virtual classrooms possible
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to start up the application for teachers and students. It is quick and robust and I have used it on multiple platforms - Iphone, Ipad, Desktop, Laptop without any hassles. Its whiteboard feature is very convenient and creates a full classroom experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an annotate feature that if not applied is misused by students. Zoom should rather provide a super feature to the presenter to control this by default. I'm aware that zoom is working on this with Zoom webinars but I work with simpler Zoom meetings for a full student-teacher interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID period, a lot of teaching went online and Zoom greatly helped us create a full virtual classroom that has been extended for more than two years now. All of the students are able to join, navigate around features and the whiteboard feature has almost everything a modern classroom should have. I've exploited all the features to make my teaching quick and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the most popular and widely used software out there. It is very user friendly and easy to use. It has various awesome features which are very useful for video conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtual background feature are not that practical and doesn't look very professional. It needs more refinement and update. In the free version there is a time limit on meetings which i don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped us build strong relationships with clients during the pandemic. By using zoom we are able to connect with each other and grow the business in a positive way. It is an easy and affordable solution to connect with people remotely.
Using Zoom for Meetings and for Team Communications
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom chat at my agency to do all of our day-to-day communications and share files, links, etc. We use both the desktop and phone app. I have used slack and other comms apps but this works well since most of our team meetings are also in Zoom so we don't have to use 2 different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could add our external clients to Zoom chats but it is only used for internal team members to communicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us communicate quickly while working remotely without having to clutter each other's email boxes. Definitely helps us be more productive.

Zoom was the first video conference application I have used in my life and that because of a pandemic (seriously man).
Loved this app very much because I could attend college class from my home and also communicate easily with friends for Fun.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I used this, it was a transformation phase for video conference apps as Covid 19 just started, so that time faced few issue like call dropping, video lag, audio not clear sometimes.
Maybe this glitch has been fixed now by the team, but this is what I faced at my time.

Zoom is solving problem of many organization ad they can manage their office work and meetings by sitting anywhere in world.
For me, its benefitting because my younger brother use this for his online class.

What I like the best & most about Zoom is the ability to screenshare & record. I use this a lot in order to create How To Training Tutorials for our Clients & Vendors! :)

I do not think that there is anything that I dislike about this application. So far everything works for me & my Teams as needed & required! :)

I occaisionally have connection issues with the Zoom application as opposed to the web browser meeting application. Most of the time, I am not able to join a meeting by simply using the installed application that has been installed on my computer.

This is a good application to connect with a group of many people.

As per my personal experience zoom is best to conduct huddles if we are working from home. most famous feature is like to interact with far away persons in a single meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't face any issues yet , but need to Improve ux/ui which is low quality and voice or network issue is more than other apps. so please solve this on major priority

If a team is on leave or any team outing and some emergency meeting came so the best application is zoom to connect with the meeting. it benefits a lot to interact.

Zoom meetings allow breakout rooms which are very useful in hosting virtual events and managing crowds

Zoom free version has a 40min timer which automatically ends the meeting and the participants have to rejoin making it a hassle and their pricing plan is more expensive than their competitors offerings

zoom does not allow to schedule a meeting through google or Microsoft calendars which need to be allowed with a plugin

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the simplest apps to use. It is very beneficial to students and learners as it contains so many useful features and has multiple ways to join to cover everyone like you can join with the link or ID, the choice is yours. The Audio is very much clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quality of the video is very poor. Sometimes the link from zoom doesn't work and that once cost me the introduction from my teacher last year when I was in high school.

Zoom is making it easier for people to communicate online in a formal way. This has helped so many people during the time of Covid 19 as many things could not be discussed in contact and it will continue helping as it seems like the world is evolving to more online activities now.
