Easy, professional, and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I most enjoy the ability to easily host meetings with clients or classes with groups whenever I want, whether I open and start right away, or plan ahead. Zoom makes it easy to plan ahead or roll with the punches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call-in feature doesn't work for people who need to use their phones to dial in and participate in calls. Often they'll be unable to unmute themselves and the host can't do anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me easily connect with like-minded people all over the country and the world. And I love that it's not dependent on access to a social media platform like Facebook or Twitter.
Great for hosting lectures and classes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to have many people and discuss matted together. It is easy to send a a link and log in with ease. It makes meeting and communications so easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that I am able to have many people in the same chat. We are able to hold our lecture. The safety of people only logging in with a passcode makes me feel safe in the meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to switch host during meeting. This helps me when we need to break into groups for a meeting. Making up more productive and not have to restart the meeting

How easy it is to share live stream and recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to purchase smaller upgrades to the recording allotment. The given amount is small and the upgrade options are massive and expensive to begin with. So for small business or solo business owners it can be a bigger step than desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home with clients all over the world. This platform makes it possible to access a broader base of clients. This is helping me grow my client base and giving greater options as far as how i do business

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, and allows participants ease of access. It can connect so many people, whether near or far away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the cap allowed for more people and I would love it if we could use Zoom in congruence with other platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook. An embedded Zoom tool would be advantageous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to connect with people in a conference format, these people would be difficult to reach otherwise. Additionally, Zoom greatly reduces overhead costs which is quite helpful for me as I launch my small business.
Zoom is secure, safe and reliable. I have used Zoom for my small business for over 2 years.

No need to share personal data, safe, secure, raise hand feature. hide camera features
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the chat should have an option to add photos /files I do think the style could use an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to attend classes for my business program, I am able to conduct business meetings and I am able to take on clients from all over the world. It helps me have an online business
Zoom helped me stay in business.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule my meetings in advance. I appreciate the ability to share my screen and PowerPoint. These features allow me to present professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is working with Seniors who do not have Zoom installed however, I encounter that less and less. I am satisfied with the amount of clients who have Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides a healthy, safe space for me to continue to serve my clients. I have been able to serve customers in multiple states. This has greatly impacted my business.

I like Zoom's flexibility within the features. I'm pretty sure that 'touch up my appearance' may be my absolute favorite feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any personal dislikes, but I have talked to a few tech people that mention that zoom does updates without giving notice.

Zoom has been a staple since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. It has solved our communications issues while allowing us to be productive and safe. We have not missed a beat.
Zoom is the Choice for Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to log-in to, even if you don't have an account. Zoom is user-friendly. Zoom is reliable for sound and video quality, especially over other options for video conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to understand all of the settings when setting up a meeting. I would like an easier way to start a meeting for someone other than having to log-on and switch hosting inside the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We meet remotely from all across the nation and it keeps us from having to travel to gather for meetings. We are able to save chats & record meetings easily for record keeping, too.
Wonderful Product to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how zoom allows me to share my screen with potential patients, and invite other group members in for family sessions. I have found this product to be incredibly helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I think zoom is incredibly helpful for Mental health community and has made it more accessible for people to seek care. Being a therapist, I found this product incredibly useful and beneficial. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't noticed too many problems with Zoom, every now and then there's a technical error or a glitch, but that seems to be few and far between. I generally have no complaints at this product.
Zoom saved my annual workshop!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a songwriter who co-writes nearly every song I write. For me Zoom is practically like being in the room with someone. It has made it possible for me to continue being productive during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
With big groups, seems like it is almost impossible to keep everyone on "Mute." I sure wish Zoom could figure out a way to keep everyone else's mic from being muted as soon as another person's gets activated. That can make things messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In 2020 when the world came to screeching halt, the first thing I did was sign up for a Zoom Pro account. To serve the songwriting community of aspiring writers, I began hosting free weekly classes on various songwriting topics. We did that for about 3 months once a week just to keep people connected. And then, since it was clear we wouldn't be able to have our annual workshop in person, we planned and executed the whole thing on Zoom over a 4-day period. We held over 40 classes, a competition, a live concert, panel discussions, an award's ceremony, and even an after-party. We could not have done any of it without Zoom.
