Zoom was an integral part of our transition to online for Toastmasters during the pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that zoom is used worldwide makes is the best tool for Toastmasters
What do you dislike about the product?
That features on an iPad are not as extensive as on a laptop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for a platform for Toastmasters. Despite my place of employment using TEAMS, we prefer to use Zoom for our corporate club meetings.
Best platform for meeting and training.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom saved me and my business during Covid. I have found that Zoom is more nimble, intuitive, and user friendly than Teams, WebEx, and the other similar platforms. I also love that I can integrate it with my Calendly account for seamless meeting coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom seems to be pushing out updates to fix the things that frustrated me early on. My only dislike is more on my client's preference for Teams. I'm sometimes forces to use Teams when I would much rather be using Zoom especially if I am the meeting facilitator or leading training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides an easy to use platform for me to be able to conduct interactive training sessions remotely. I am also able to schedule and facilitate 1:1 and group meetings with ease.
It make my presentations and LIVE calls so much easier

How easy is to find buttons and my way around the platform. Its very intuitive

That the camara quality is not the best. I feel i need to choose between making it easy for me but with less quaility

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Zoom is the convenience of meeting with my clients and teammates across the nation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The importing of a PowerPoint presentation that looses some of the fonts and alignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom is solving for me distance between my agents around the nation.
One of the best video conferencing tools I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to conduct large meetings for panels and for the entire company. Our company is over 200 people and we often host events that everyone is invited to. It's awesome that things very rarely crashes and we have all the tools we need at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app crashes mid-meeting. It can make it difficult for us to keep the meeting on schedule if we have to reboot the app and everyone has to rejoin the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote company that uses Zoom throughout the entire organization. Zoom helps us stay connected at all times. We don't work in an office so we don't have the opportunity for the water cooler chatting and socializing. Zoom helps us to remain social even though we're apart.
Number One for Live Remote Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and I love the integration with Google Calendar so that I can create meeting links from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm running late for a meeting and I don't know there's an update to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients remotely and schedule my meetings in advance with easy integrations.
Zoom is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to meet with several people at once from difference locations. I love being able to share my powerpoint presentations and screenshots. Zoom saves tons of time and gas money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes meeting face to face is more likely going to close a sale. Zoom doesn't always work from my cell phone. It can be glitchy. The basic program runs out of time too quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was a HUGE benefit during COVID when clients were not meeting face to face. It still gave me the opportunity to get in front of them safely. You can even do Zoom when under the weather.

I conduct 4 Bible study and mens groups. Especially during COVID, we were able to continue meeting each week. Since then we use it to include people on vacation or who live in other states.
Zoom Is Fantastic For Telehealth
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom is that it is easy and user-friendly! As a healthcare provider, I utilize the paid HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom. I can schedule my weekly virtual classes with my clients. I can create videos for my membership courses. I can record videos in Zoom and then download them to repurpose in all my social media platforms. Zoom makes my life easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, the quality of the video is not as good as I would like. The good aspect of this is that it does not happen often. I also think that internet connectivity is more of the factor than the Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves a lot of problems for me. It allows me to have a secure platform to maintain confidentiality with my medical-based fitness clients. It allows me to schedule virtual 1-on-1 appointments, virtual group classes, and record videos for my membership courses. When I am teaching classes, I can share my screen and record the class so that participants who could not attend "live" can watch the "replay."
Zoom for Telehealth
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the Zoom platform for the guest is very helpful. Kids and adolescents also appreciate the filters and backgrounds that can help create ease in starting counseling conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are technical difficulties (screen freezing) that disrupt the flow of the session. It does create some funny comments and screen grabs that help ease the difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to clients that are otherwise unable to physically come into the building for outpatient sessions. It has also helped us develop a better use of our meetings with people in remote locations.
