Capable video conferencing, great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, intuitive navigation. It's been the one platform you don't have to screw around with for ages trying to get it to work on your device or download things - easy to just open it in whatever web browser is available. Easy-to-manage account settings, simple to change/upgrade, add on features, etc. Video is high quality, and I haven't had issues with it cutting out all the time like other video conferencing platforms I won't name but rhyme with Meams. The Beauty Filter is appreciated. Handy little features like gallery view, hiding participants, breakout meeting rooms, etc. I also like the integrated chat, it's useful not toggling back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I can complain about is the 40 minute free meeting limit (from my personal Zoom usage, we have a paid corporate account) but I know y'all have to make your money. Also, sometimes the high quality video can bog down our work servers if a ton of us are on at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a reliable alternative to our corporate standard videoconferencing platform when it inevitably conks out every second day.

Best video communication software

What do you like best about the product?
I regularly have video meetings on Google Meet, Teams, GoTo Meeting, and Zoom. By far, Zoom is the best of all those, IMHO. When Zoom, I encounter less connectivity issues than the others. I don't have to use a certain browser to make it work, it just works. I really like the background options as well as the video filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a paid Zoom account, but I do sometimes get invited to Zoom meetings with people on the free account, which is limited to 40 minutes. There's no warning, the meeting just ends, which can be tough. One thing I like better in Teams, is that it pops up a 5-minute alert when the designated meeting time is nearly over. I would love to see that added to Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all know how the pandemic increased demand for video conferencing. Zoom meets that demand quite well. I have been able to regularly engage with people all over the world as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can meet with anyone worldwide. It has truly made our business more successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like everything nothing to dislike so far and we have been using Zoom for over 2 years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, since we have been using Zoom, we have not run into any problems.

HIPPA Compliant with great features

What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited time to meet and the features: share screen, chat, and whiteboard. I am able to interact with my clients and keep them engaged. Zoom has been beneficial to my business during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes. I have not had any issues utilizing zoom. When I have questions customer service was available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I could not meet with client's due to COVID, zoom was vital to business being able to effectively communicate with my clients without security issues. Being HIPPA complaint eases my mind and helps with confidentiality .

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how seamless it is to connect Zoom to my calendar and send out invites to emails. Meeting with prospective leads and clients is easy because I know Zoom is more universal with most having the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
An application is needed to participate so there is no joining from a web browser. The other thing is the many add-ons and extras they offer. I'm not sure where to begin when looking into these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom benefits me by bringing individuals together in a meeting to discover if they are a good fit. Questions and answers allow me to decide this thanks to Zoom.

Best virtual meeting software!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use and does not require a great deal of technical knowledge to understand it. Further, even though the free version only allows you a set amount of time by default, it will still let you exceed it if you are in the middle of a meeting. My agency uses Microsoft Teams occasionally to meet with other sister agencies and it is very cumbersome when compared to Zoom. In fact, there was a training a couple of weeks ago that was using Microsoft Teams and we needed to group chat. The Teams platform would not allow us to group chat for some reason, so we opened up another meeting session on Zoom and were able to chat simultaneously while attending the Teams session.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike; however, if I had to name one thing, it would probably be the lack of additional licensed users or any special permissions for group managers once you have a licensed account. I think the group managers should be able to utilize an interchangeable license to meet with their specific groups, rather than having to purchase several additional licenses. I also wish there were a few better controls for forcing people to become muted, rather than it being dependent upon the version of Zoom they have installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was a lifesaver when the COVID-19 pandemic first started. It allowed us to work and meet remotely and allowed my nonprofit association to enter the realm of online trainings. By using it for online trainings, we were able to host several quarterly events throughout 2020 and 2021 that permitted us to reach not only analysts in Florida, but also law enforcement analysts throughout the United States and in other countries.

Has Worked Perfectly Each Time

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use as I've had no problems with scheduling virtual meetings and no issues either with invitees joining, either via their computer or by phone. Another feature that I like and is very useful, is the ease with which I can either share my screen or allow anyone to share theirs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is a lille bit annoying, and it might have to not being very familiar, is that if the host hasn't started a recurring meeting and I try to join, it tells me that the meeting had been scheduled months back and will not allow me to start it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any issues that are being solved by Zoom, or that I have asked them to solve.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, and really compatible with all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time restrictions. Would like to use for longer periods with out paying monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many people I need to speak with either live in a different city, state or even country and it allows us discuss and problem solve with out meeting. Not only discuss but show work and share notes and files during the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I can meet with clients form all over the world. I also use it to record videos I upload to YouTube. Most of the professional trainings I take are on Zoom and I really enjoy the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I cannot think of anything I dislike. Perhaps I would prefer if we could do webinars in the plan I pay for. I'm not up to that tier yet but I would like to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to rent an office. Being able to meet with relatives who do not live near me. Being able to work from home saves me a lot of stress and money. I don't have to commute.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the hosting abilities, to be able to control the access of participants. I also like integration with calendars and email. The recording properties are great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are many. Maybe the ability to record a gallery and iso record at the same time, or to be able to record in HD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting and interacting with people not in the same physical location while not losing quality.
