The Best Virtual Meeting Software PERIOD
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about using ZOOM is the simple interface. The logic behind where the controls and settings are placed takes the user experience, puts them in the front seat, and helps them drive in real time. Tied with INTEGRATION DOMINANCE
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates seem to come at strange times, and I am never really sure why. Sometimes updates have affected my standard settings, so I have to adjust things to how I like them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to balance two businesses and both rely heavily on video. So having Zoom for both completely different businesses helps immensely!
Easy to use, useful features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so widely used that all my clients know how to access it and use it quite proficiently. I use the whiteboard feature frequently to create an agenda, illustrate a new concept, or have a client fill in a diagram I create. People love this way of interacting virtually and it is clinically useful as a therapist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features on whiteboard are a bit difficult. I like to draw, fill in, and then delete parts of a diagram to allow a client to fill in their own information after illustrating an example. I haven't figured out the best way to do this. I don't think other platforms do this in a superior way to Zoom though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hipaa compliant!
Very good and low cost service to meet with clients
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is that everyone of my clients has zoom already on their phone laptop tablet or whatever it may be so it's usually super convenient when I tell them we're going to schedule a zoom call to go over their project which is always extremely convenient. For those who do not have a zoom account it usually takes five minutes it's always super simple I'm able to walk them through it or they're able to get through it on their own and were able to set up a call within 15 or 20 minutes some of the best features is it uses your phone tablet or laptops audio and camera so we're able to visually see each other and speak pretty clearly and then I'm able to share my screen and vice versa which is amazing so I can get their opinions in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real big downside for zoom is the quality of course it's very easy to set up anyone can use it but the extreme compressing of audio and video makes it a lot more difficult to hear some people if they're not using a headset or if they're just using a laptop camera it's very pixelated and hard to see them and sometimes it's a little blurry but these are not that big of a deal it's usually a really good Work around it doesn't really matter too much Raible to get the job done however I just hope that for anyone new coming onto zoom they don't think that my company is unprofessional or anything because I look blurry to them or something and of course all the same reasons but if you're wanting to record a podcast or anything like that the high compression rate makes it Look more unprofessional for a podcast however it does work and again there are work around you can plug-in an external microphone which gives you better audio you can use a DSLR or a very high-quality microphone that makes the audio sound 1000 times better so there are workarounds but for default settings this would be my only complaint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing teachers to meet with students virtually clients to meet with project managers virtually and people that want to start a podcast but can't meet up with people because of the distance or whatever it may be they don't have the money for high-quality recording equipment they're able to use zoom so they are solving so many problems all at once I even had clients that are having difficulty understanding a script or something and we hop on zoom and I show it to them by sharing my screen we go through it a little bit more person-to-person using the cameras and having eye contact and that is something that you can't have unless you're in person which is amazing because I don't even have to leave my living room
Pretty decent platform for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, quick to set up and create a meeting.
Secure (at least I have never had a problem with their platform).
Pretty good video quality whether it's a PC, Mac or your phone.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cons: Does not give enough time on the basic plan for meetings.
Only gives 40 minutes and for anything more you have to upgrade.
Would be better if they at least allowed up to 60 minutes, and then anything after that you have to upgrade.
Also, there are no 15-minute increment time slots available.
Only goes by 30-minute slots. Otherwise, everything else I give 5 stars.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unable to give mouse control to people with iPhones and iPads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People who don't want to meet face to face will meet on Zoom so I can keep my business going
Zoom has been really great at keeping connected.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule meetings with Zoom. The functionality of Zoom has been very easy and pleasing. I like the chat, waiting room, and whiteboard features. I also like that I'm able to keep some privacy with background features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't have someone else host for me (who doesn't have a Zoom license) temporarily. I've had times where I was unable to host my regular meeting and I would've liked to be able to assign someone else to host it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is keeping me connected. It's allowing me to make meetings very efficiently that's safe. I'm able to do more in a day because I don't have to worry about traffic. I also am happier because of the ease of my day, thanks to Zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited on multiple screen sharing capabilities. Unless this is a feature yet to be found within my/our team experience. But this was honestly a difficult question to answer haha. Good work y'all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a high connection & streamlined communication while we embrace remote work as a team and business. Which elevates our ability to execute & overall productivity
Excellent site to connect for a variety of uses.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great site to connect. I like that I can monitor who is in the meeting and invite others on the fly if need be. Also, very collaborative, others can take over the meeting and share what they have. I also very much like the controls so I can, if needed, shut things down and be the only one able to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been conducting classes previously where people from outside the class were able to somehow get in and disturb the class. I'm not sure if that is fixed now, but it was a bother at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one word. communication. I can be one on one with a client or I can have a whole room and have a group session or class. So versatile. My business hasn't increased but that has nothing to do with Zoom. Zoom has been wonderful.
Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple. Both the meeting setup and use are self explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't find something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to bring in quality speakers for our Chamber on a small town budget. Zoom helps us bring the world to our small town. Plus, Zoom saves us money on travel.
Zoom has been my favorite of the online meeting spaces since the beginning.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the versatility, the ability to conduct a variety of activities, not having to download anything, and how quickly they adapted to changing needs during covid.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more options for larger conference-style meetings, including exhibitor spaces, moderator tools, and the ability to make meeting materials available outside linking them in the chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think there are several solutions that Zoom offers. The need to connect outside physical office spaces has become the most important during the last few years. The desire to see friends and colleagues, even if we can't be together in real life, has emerged as a secondary need. Phone calls no longer seem good enough to truly connect with people.
