Gong integration with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely better than Teams. There are so many features that I don't see in Teams that I see on Zoom. The whiteboard option is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom does not ask if I want to join the conversation on mute and also turns on my video. There has to be an option for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super collaborative, offers a lot of functionality that Teams does not. Audio quality over Zoom is relatively better and clearer than Teams

What do you like best about the product?
When we work with clients, zoom provides nice quality video conferencing one to one, and many to many communication modes. Passing control of one machine to the other person over call is really great functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call duration only 40 min. We need to take subscription for longer calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In COVID time, when people are working remotely, ZOOM is one of the nest available medium for team meetings.

If anyone looking for a good offordable, video confrencing platform, Zoom is the solution
Still the strongest and most effective tool to communicate in the new working environment.
What do you like best about the product?
I believe breakrooms are the most effective tool in Zoom, we use them mostly during our bible studies to encourage interactions and communication, its much easier to engage in smaller audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the pricing structure when you are still a small organization, I believe one of the greatest improvements would be to allow people to participate without having to have a client installed on their computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped us integrate into the new way of conducting business, gatherings and others. We were terrified of the infrastructure we were going to need but Zoom showed us we needed none.

If you are at a stage where you can afford the service, its a no brainer. Otherwise, there are similar alternatives that could function for you!

I have used Zoom for a few months now as a meeting platform for my team. I was looking for a more affordable and easier to use alternative to GoToMeeting and found this. Zoom is an online conferencing tool that allows you to hold online meetings with your clients, colleagues and partners. With a reliable video platform and a simple interface. Zoom is an amazing tool, and has helped grow my business!
The perfect solution for the average person
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is most helpful because it is free for the basic features and it is simple! It has all the features anyone could need and it can be accessed on any platform. I also love that they are constantly adding new features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Zoom puts a roughly one-hour limit on their zoom meetings for free users. For a long time, they extended this limit for education institutions during COVID-19, but this has now been lifted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to easily connect with someone halfway across the world and make the meeting have functionality comparable to that of an in-person meeting! It is very professional and I use it for business!

What do you like best about the product?
It has almost everything you'd need for a video conferencing platform. What I like best is the simplicity of the interface, it has many options for screen sharing including sharing a single window or sharing the screen generally and it's really easy to invite members and admit them with multiple options. Also the security for online events and for doweling recordings as it requires a pass key for each recording download.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe one of the downsides is the attendee limit which is 100 for all plans and to increase it you'll need a special addon. Also for the free version it has many restrictions mostly a 40 min time limit then the meeting shuts down. I also find that Zoom kind of takes more bandwidth than its counterparts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making life easier for remote working teams, for online education and much more. For me I literally used it for every company that I worked for. I'd use it for meeting with team, my supervisors and board meetings. I also currently extensively use it for online educational sessions for my internship as well as for attending various online events. It's a life saver.

Zoom has a clean interface which can even help a beginner to understand its features and use it easily for his purpose.

In my opinion, the biggest problem with Zoom is that its plans are too expensive to purchase for a mid-size firm too.
A firm with more than 150 employees will find it very difficult to communicate through its free version as it allows only limited sign-ins.

During the lockdown, when meeting in person was hardly available, Zoom has been a savior for all of us to communicate with people, be it for the business work or some personal work.

Please make sure you have a good internet connection while using Zoom, as Zoom uses a lot of internet to process video and audio.
Also make sure that you have a device with proper configurations so as to ensure smoothness while meeting.

Zoom - Solving the Logistic problem of traveling for every Meeting
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing about using the Zoom app, is the fact I can make my presentations as if i am physically before my clients or colleagues. Note only that i get to make live notations...It is a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, I host most of my meetings, I think what i dislike is the fact that i can,t unmute participants, perhaps it is a drawback or just the way the app is designed. When i want someone to talk, i should be able to unmute the person, instead waiting endlessly, or being ignored by the participant.

Zoom is solving a lot of problems;

2. Creating the ability to have meetings at any time, irrespective of the location of the various participants.

Best for scheduling video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Zoom Scheduler is that we can directly schedule a meeting from Google calendar. We can also remind ourselves before the scheduled time so that we do not miss the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could have been better and could have been a bit more user-friendly. I also wish there was a separate software instead of the plug-in for the browser.

Using Zoom Scheduler helps me in the smooth functioning of my business since I can host a video meeting without any delay. I am also able to conduct online classes regularly in time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very good platform for virtual meetings; since the pandemic, virtuality became part of our lives and Zoom helped a lot to keep families, friends, and work connections connected. As an application, its ease of connection is good as long as you have the meeting link or ID.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I see is that it has specific meeting times and you have to reschedule it, therefore I use Zoom only for more informal things like passing the time and not as a remote work tool.
