Zoom is easy to use for my team, and anyone we want to meet with
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature is very easy to use, and integrating it with Calendly and my Google calendar makes it easy to schedule and keep track of my meetings. I like the whiteboard function as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited cloud storage without additional fee. I can keep recordings stored on my hard drive, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet remotely with my team, and clarify communication.
Zoom kept my improv team fresh
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the go-to for easy-to-use-and-manage and affordable meeting apps. My improv team depended on it for the entirety of the pandemic. We enjoy it so much that we go back to it, even though we can now meet in person, because it's very convenient. Also, even though folks might think online arts presentations are not ideal, we learned how to make use of our screen space to great effect, and I also took an acting class for the Zoom screen across the miles. It really is a thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the app for iPhone for this use, as only 4 max people can be in gallery view. Not great if you need to see everyone at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bringing better connectivity and community across the miles for many creative uses. We were able to stay fresh in our art when stages were closed down.

Ease of use, Connecting to a wider audience, Removes geographical barriers - allowed me to continue working with clients during lockdowns, seeing friends and family
What do you dislike about the product?
That I now have to admit people. I preferred when other users could just enter the room with out me having to admit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom removes geographical barriers and allows me to reach a wider target audience. This means I'm able to work with clients all over the world, resulting in increased sales and revenue. It's also great for connecting with friends and family too!
Easy & Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward and user-friendly. Many resources online/ on the website for troubleshooting/ questions or issues others have encountered. Helpline is also very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, the connection is weak/ glitchy. However, this is more wifi related than Zoom. If there is a tech issue that affects a large group of customers the wait time can be a little long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to connect with colleagues or friends. Sharing the screen is very efficient for working sessions. I believe Zoom is working on expanding direct dials for outstanding countries as well, which will be useful.
Brought us closer together - totally worth it
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can add captions and share host duties. It's super easy to set up and manage breakout rooms. We use it for virtual family time and it's been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't honestly think of any serious complaints or dislikes. Sometimes I think there's too many security measures although I do understand why. Some of the instructions or interfaces could be more dominant or bigger on screen but that's just small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use Zoom for my business. We use it for virtual trivia nights and family dinners. It's been a great resource for keeping in touch with family from all over Ontario as well as my aunt in Australia.
Zoom - An Essential Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy and intuitive to use. It works well and does exactly what it is supposed to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that happened during the pandemic were too numerous to state. We couldn't have continued our business without Zoom. It brings people together.

Zoom is super easy to use, collaborate, and connect!

The only issue for some, is that you are limited to the amount of participants on one meeting with a free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a completely virtual company so without it, we would not be able to effectively communicate and work with our partners.

We used it during Covid and I've continued use it for board meetings. With zoom we don't have to meet in person every month. It's easy to use and works well for us and our meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving us time and money since we don't have to go to an office to have a meeting. We also use it to talk to our accountants during meetings even if they are in person.
Zoom Webinars Solved My Electronic Meeting Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I was initially anxious about using the technology and the process of conducting an electronic meeting and I have to say, Zoom support was very helpful and it was incredibly easy to start using Zoom for professional meetings. We found that Webinars are the optimal solution for our needs and everything just works! The robust features allow a small group like ours to manage an electronic meeting without an additional host. Reporting functions are very helpful for tracking attendance too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the pricing structure/licensing requirements seemed unclear initially, sales support was quick to assist. I also was initially disappointed with not being able to retain the chat messages, but now see that feature has been updated. There has really been nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed us to improve our engagement with our community and to provide an option for folks on the go to participate and stay informed. Zoom has also provided our Board members with the ability to participate when there have been logistical or COVID related difficulties.
Helpful and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling a meeting OR just starting a meeting right away. being able to record and share the steps we were discussing in the meeting and then the recipient being able to review the discussion and make additional notes and refer back to our recording has been very helpful and a way for me to support my agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle with the Audio or screen sharing, but it is rarely a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of not being face to face due to travel, health or expensive gas but still provides a level of being personable. It makes it easier to work from home when needed.
