What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace can improve its overall app performance, as it sometimes feels heavy. The interface could also be more intuitive, especially when switching between meetings, chat, and whiteboards

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is about the video conference and Audio-Visual features, it is great and we can integrate the app with gmail Calendar as well. Being in the same zoom call we can create breakout rooms so that we can chat in different rooms.
Zoom is easily accessible with just few clicks
Multiple screen views to show just what is needed via share screen is awesome.
Recording feature has helped a ton.
The emojis which we can use now is amazing

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as we are using zoom from the start in our organisation. It has helped us a ton.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having meetups, cultural program, sessions on zoom for our organisation. Having breakout rooms and integrated apps like gmail have solved much of our problem with calendar schedule.
Multiple screen views has helped to show the just the right screen to the viewer.
Cross device flexibility is amazing as multiple users will get the same thing on their screen regardless of the device they are using.
Voice detection has helped us to understand who is speaking in a meeting to 20+ members.
Having a conference call daily on zoom is an awesome experience overall.

One of the best tool in the industry to use.
Easy and functional!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to schedule a call, there's the free version which allows you 45 min of a video call, or the premium one that can be as long as you need. Is perfect for team meetings, fast calls and you can also screen share if you wanna show something specifically. I've been using Zoom for years now, and is my to-go App when I need to have a call with my coworkers or even friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, when using this type of software requires having strong Wi-Fi, if not, sound or video may fail. Sometimes when using video the quality is not that good but it still works. Lately, Zoom has been acting weird, people in a zoom call can't open their mics unless the host gives them access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, I started using Zoom for all my team meetings, conferences, work meetings and even talking to friends when we couldn't go out. Now that all my team is based in another country, is great to have a tool like Zoom to have calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend having a premium account since it gives you unlimited time on calls which is always great working in a remote job.

Most of the concerns are addressed now. Making this more liter will help the users.

Seamless video conferencing. Options to create multiple breakout rooms to have numerous groups of members. Excellent chatting options are available. Easy to take up the control as host or to make someone co-host. Smooth screen sharing feature along with annotating option. Best way to conduct a meeting or online classes. The number of people to join at a time is magnificent.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the host closes the meeting by mistake, all the breakout rooms collapse without any notice. Whoever joins after some chats are shared is unable to view the chat history. I need to share the previous conversations to make them view. Rest everything feels alright.

Able to connect remotely irrespective of your place . Easy to conduct meetings, online classes, training sessions, or video conferences to meet your requirements. Smooth screen sharing feature along with annotating option. More than 100 people can join the meeting at a time.

2. the Limited number of participants can attend the meeting, and when required, we can upgrade it for more than 300+ audience.
3. We can change the background.
4. There is an audience raise hand option, where anyone can raise the hand, and the speaker knows that someone has some doubts / asks.
5. Host can completely control the entire session like they can mute/unmute any audience.
6. We can access this from the phone laptop tab anything, and it's not mandatory to have the Zoom app installed. It gives us the feasibility to access the Zoom meeting from the browser too.

1. Feasibility to record the session for our future reference is one of the best features of the app.

5. It is the best option for a company-level meeting, any webinar, etc. In my organization we use this app only!

Simple and effective videoconferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Simple user interface with lots of settings for configuration if needed.

Integrations leave a bit to be desired. Zoom Apps are pretty rough, and I wish there were better options for live whiteboardin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish there were more options for limiting the eligible audio and video devices. It has helped productivity, both through making remote meetings better but also making one-off sessions easy to initiate.

Improving and increasing integrations will help a ton.

We have been able to have remote meetings, and my IT team has been able to troubleshoot without being deskside.

Zoom has the most features and ease of use out of any remote meeting tool I have used.
Reliable Video Conferencing Software
What do you like best about the product?
As far as I can tell, there have not been any new features added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really should be a filing sharing component to the platform. That's why people use Teams instead, as it's really the only feature missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a virtual environment, without Zoom, we wouldn't be able to function as we currently do. Team meetings in my industry are critical, and Zoom allows us to maintain team connectivity even though we're all calling from different locations.
Zoom is vital for WFH
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Zoom keeps me connected to my team even when we are physically distanced due to WFH or differing job sites. It has helped my team feel engaged over the past 18 months by being able to see one another unlike email or phone communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the background blur causes someone's head to disappear entirely-no so good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using ZOOm to keep the team engaged during meetings. If we can all see one another, it helps us all not zone out during meetings (which is easy if it's just a teleconference). Another advantage is that you can see expressions, so if someone is confused or disagrees, you can generally tell by their face, even if they don't speak up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At least give it a try. Once your users get comfortable with it, I think that you will find it to be a helpful tool for keeping everyone engaged and FEELING engaged.
