User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to schedule meetings. I have never experienced any technical issues with any scheduled zoom meetings. I especially like that my zoom meetings are recorded where I can go back and listen when there are questions about what may have occurred during a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downside to date. I started using zoom professionally during Covid-19 and have continued to utilize it for meetings where it is hard for individuals to attend in-person meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems with Zoom. Some other organizations have stated that they were getting logged off at 45 minutes but that hasn't occurred with any of my meetings
Easy to use, great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easily accessible, quick set up, familiarity with the product, many tech skill levels that I work with are able to use Zoom easily without problems
What do you dislike about the product?
Users don't need an account to use Zoom, but many of the non-native tech customers I work with think that they do have to have an account and this becomes confusing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work remotely from anywhere and always have a connection with my clients and employers, and can jump on meetings at any time as long as I've got a computer and an internet connection.
Reliable Service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and continues to improve over time. I especially appreciate being able to download voice recordings separately for my podcast. I have used other recording platforms for my podcast, and I keep coming back to Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be spotty if Internet connections are low making it hard to carry a conversation. I used to have more of an issue in the past, though, than I have recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to connect face to face with people in other places that I would not have otherwise met. I have ease with business calls, and it's been great for helping me get my podcast started.
Zoom Saved my Business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, as long as you have a good internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the prices were lower. For a small business like mine, it's a bit pricey. I'd even like a pay-as-you-go option, since there are some weeks when I don't need it, but I'm still having to pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When everything closed for COVID, Iwas no longer able to provide in person instruction for my clients. Zoom provided me the opportunity to safely work from home and continue to have revenue. It's also enabled me to reach clients who aren't even in my geographic area.
Simple platform with tons of options
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and accessible to everyone. I use it for both business and personal calls and it's always working. The pro version suits my needs best but it would be great it were free!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the options I need for zoom is the ability to make everyone only see myself and not each other for business calls as that can be distracting. To have this feature I have to upgrade for $50 and that's just not worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely with my interns and zoom has allowed me to be on with my interns all day without interruption so I can supervise them but also connect as if we were really in office together
The most reliable telehealth platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
The technology has been consistent which is incredibly important for running telehealth therapy sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very little to complain about. I guess the registration system for the webinars can be difficult for some users since its one more step, but I'm unsure how that can be resolved.

It saved my career during the pandemic. More clients can access therapy now which has improved my business
Compared to competitors Zoom is the best
What do you like best about the product?
I've never had connectivity issues, and no one I've sent meeting requests to has had an issue getting into the meetings. It's also so simple to schedule a meeting and I like that I can easily change the times zone
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to extend meetings. I wish it were cheaper.

Scheduling meetings and providing a hosting platform. This has allowed me to host meetings, and review plan with collaborators
Zoom connected our small business
What do you like best about the product?
We can connect from anywhere we are so people can be on the road or even sitting in the backyard at home and hop on a quick meeting or regularly scheduled meeting to keep our business moving in the right direction
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any issues, honestly. Our team can hop on from the office, from the road, from home and in the warehouse all at the same time - its easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small business with all of our team scattered, during COVID it allowed us to keep meeting face to face and now its allowed us to be more productive by having meetings from wherever we are but still "in person" because we can see one another and share screens to work collaboratively
Zoom is my favorite virtual conference program
What do you like best about the product?
I love the video quality that zoom offers, but I mostly greatly appreciate the facial filters. Working from home all the time, I don't always put on makeup so having filters that can enhance my image makes me feel a lot more confident and the video looks sharper. Google Hangouts always throws me for a loop when the quality and facial redness seem so prominent. I also like that everyone is very familiar with the app so there's very little issue when it comes to knowing what to do. It's a very intuitive and user-friendly software so it's not often that I have problems. I also like that I can incorporate it with my calendly software so when someone would like to schedule a meeting it will automatically create the zoom link and share it with everyone who needs it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only annoying thing sometimes is that I wish there was a setting to automatically allow participants to share their screens without needing to give permission. I also have issues sometimes when clicking on the zoom link but it doesn't start the meeting because it says the host must start it, even though I'm logged in. It's a little cumbersome sometimes to have to go log into the zoom website to start the meeting again. Other than that, I think zoom is more beneficial than detrimental.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to meet with people all over the country and grow my business without having an issue with locations. I am also easily able to show exactly what I am looking at to reduce miscommunications. As a web designer that runs my own business, it's vital for me to be able to share my screen and meet with clients about their current website and what we need to change in revisions. I think it also gives a much more personal touch to business when you're able to see who you're talking to vs just talking over the phone or through emails.
Zoom started strong and continues to get better.
What do you like best about the product?
I joined Zoom for corporate needs before the pandemic and became more reliant on it. As we expanded, Zoom continues to create options to meet our growing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was limited by bandwidth initially but then Zoom added the ability to save to the cloud which was exactly what we need AND we also got multiple "views" post post-production support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security was a concern early on but that was resolved quickly. As previously stated, the capacity to have multiple views on the cloud recordings helps with post-production development.
