The best web conferencing/teaching/webinar tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom as both a participant and a host for about five years - and I have found it to be the most valuable tool in my workplace arsenal. My company doesn't use Zoom systematically, but I have an exception to use Zoom rather than Teams and Webex because it is so much more reliable, easy to use, functionally superior, and participants love it. As a facilitator, I find Zoom very efficient to manage groups that are around 20-30 participants, and engage with them in ways that 'wows' them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom platform has been improving regularly throughout the years that I have been using it. If there was one thing I would say is a dislike, I would say some of the customizations are a bit clunky - like you can customize the waiting room, but you can't have multiple wait room logos/sayings for different meetings you have scheduled - so you can't customize that as part of a template, you will need to change that for every meeting or go with a very generic saying in the wait room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved to entire remote trainings and workshops since 2020. Zoom has given me the opportunity to have the same high touch experience in a virtual environment. It is a great replacement for in-person sessions.
Easy communication platform to meet a variety of meeting needs
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to navigate and customize to meet meeting needs. It is simple to use as a meeting host as well as a meeting participant. Very little connectivity issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time limits on free version. I wish that there was a way to have a meeting longer than 40 minutes without purchasing a paid subscription. All in all, this is a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the past few years, zoom has made it easy to maintain regularly occuring meetings when in person meetings weren't an option. Now though, it is nice to use zoom in place of in person meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy to use. By selecting a link or entering a meeting ID and password I am immediately entered into a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom behaves differently on different platforms, such as PC versus notebook versus phone. It takes me a few minutes sometimes to adjust to the difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am no longer in the working world, but I still use Zoom a lot! I am able to take yoga and dance classes from my home. This started during the pandemic, but I will continue to enjoy it as long as it is offered. It means I don't have to drive somewhere and park my car, and I can also take care of urgent phone calls without disturbing my classmates. Also my cats can take the classes with me!
Great service to host meetings, workshops and classes virtually.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule meetings and having them integrate into my calendar. Also all the audio/screen sharing is pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio lags for people on the receiving end seems to happen a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to offer services to a wider breathe of people as I can now hold sessions virtually.
Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to schedule meetings with the client and it will automatically be placed into my Outlook calendar. It's also very easy to learn, everything is very intuitive, so I can pick up any new feature pretty quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are not nearly as intuitive as everything else on Zoom. It would also be great to have a two-way chat between the host/co-hosts and the waiting room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is an excellent platform for us to host all of our client meetings on. We've been able to adapt our in-person teachings to online very well using zoom. We enjoy using the chat feature and the polls, we're hoping for more features to enhance learning will come out
I can’t do my business without Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom almost everyday. It's been invaluable meeting with clients and being able to share my screen, have them share their screen, or they can hold documents up to the camera for me to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to keep a record of prior meetings. Maybe I can do that already, but I'm not sure. I can't think of anything I'd improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sometimes prefer to meet with clients via Zoom than in person because I can have everything I need available and clients can have all of their documents available.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can connect to people anywhere! IT'S AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about zoom. ENJOY IT!

It allows me to still see clients if they are not local to where I reside. Allows me to connect more with individuals around the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many other platforms for teaching and presentations and zoom is my far one of the best platforms I have come across. I like the fact that you can use virtual backgrounds
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to share the audio portion of the zoom call I wish there was more integration. Let's say I wanted to share with someone a song I was playing for a particular training purposes, Zoom makes this more difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect to my clients on a virtual level instead of having to meet with them in person. With all the concerns of Covid and illness going on in the world it is the best way to manage those concerns.
Zoom has changed the way we communicate effectively in a positive way
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is that always works. We tried so many other video meeting apps, but Zoom is the most reliable. We never had any issues!
What do you dislike about the product?
A small dislike is the account tiers are user based. We wish there was an option to add another admin to the account without having to pay for another license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been a life-saver during COVID and is now widely accepted. Currently, it saves us a lot of time meeting customers online instead of in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has changed the way we connect to others effectively. It offers an agnostic solution that allows anyone from anywhere to connect and collaborate.

Screen share slows the system down often.

Zoom addresses connectivity despite location, enables time-sensitive collaboration, and enables processes like mediation to flow smoothly through the use of break rooms
