What do you like best about the product?

We use Zoom Workplace regularly for team meetings, and the Whiteboard feature is probably what I use the most. It makes it easier to explain ideas, workflows, and plans without switching to another tool. I also like the Scheduler because it saves time when setting up meetings and keeps everyone on the same page. Most people already know how to use Zoom, so meetings usually start without any confusion.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest drawback is the free plan limit. Sometimes discussions are still going and we have to wrap up earlier than planned. I also feel some newer features make the interface a bit crowded compared to when I first started using it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Zoom Workplace, a lot of discussions happened through calls and messages, which often led to things being missed or misunderstood. Now we can schedule meetings in advance, discuss everything in real time, and use Whiteboard whenever we need to explain something visually. This has made team discussions more organized and helped us make decisions faster.

not compatible with newest processor like no sound while playing video

I use zoom for internal meeting and external meeting so I think it helped me for discussing

What i like the most is that it just works. setting up meetings is simple, the call quality is good, and it's easy for everyone on the team to use.

Sometimes meeting take a moment to connect, and a few settings can be confusing when you're trying to change them quickly. We also had occasional issues with screen sharing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped us handle meetings with remote team members and clients more easily. Communication became quicker, and we could collaborate without needing to be in the office.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoom Workplace enables me to meet folks outside of my organization and area. I can also attend live workshops and programs I wouldn't otherwise be able to attend. Zoom Workplace has opened up so many opportunities!

The only downside to Zoom Workplace is when Internet service is disrupted, which brings the whole meeting to a stop.

Zoom Workplace is helping me be able to meet others in my field and to learn from them. I'm astounded at how well we have all been able to adapt to online learning and professional meetings!

I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use, which helps me with client meetings by bridging the gap between distance. I'm really happy with all aspects of it and don't have any complaints. The initial setup was very easy, making it convenient to get started.

Zoom Workplace bridges the gap between distance for client meetings, making it easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?

One of the original and best dedicated video conferencing platforms. It became a household name during the pandemic and now is more stable than Teams, especially with large audience. It can be used onver the web or in the app. The UI is straightforward and uncluttered, without any unnecessary gimmicks like some competitor products.

What do you dislike about the product?

As a standalone meeting platform it is great, but competitors like Teams integrate with the office 365 platofrm better and enable documents to be shared. This is a bit of a weak point for Zoom. There are filters and backgrounds, some questionalble for professional use which is the main market.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With larger cross-org announcments from senior leaders, all hands meetings etc, this is much more stable than Teams. We use that for day-to day comms but it freezes and becomes buggy with a very large audience over 1000. We sometimes invite guest speakers to present, when we use Zoom to benefit from the smooth, reliable experience.

What do you like best about the product?

It keeps everything I need for daily work in one place. Joining meetings is quick, collaboration feels seamless, and I rarely face connectivity or audio issues, which helps me stay focused and productive throughout the day.

What do you dislike about the product?

some advanced features can take time to learn, especially for new users.

It makes meetings, file sharing, and team discussions more efficient, helping us stay connected and complete tasks faster.

What do you like best about the product?

It's efficient in getting Zoom chats and collaboration done. Effective and clear to understand where chats are, phone options, and different tabs.
Boy does it sometimes completely lock up and just sit there, or completely crash though. Good ol' zoom being its normal self I guess.

What do you dislike about the product?

Crashes, and the gifs disappearing. No longer being able to easily insert photos into conversations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to easily onboard users with a single login for communication services, chat, video, phone, and remote desktop.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoom is a well known platform globally. The new AI features capture notes in real time which allows customer-facing positions to focus more on the conversation instead of manual note taking.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly I do not have any negatives to list. Very rarely the performance lags.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Note taking. Virtual meetings. A core technology for our company to stay aligned. Integrations with other systems allow for content to be shared across other key platforms.

It has good sound quality. The AI feature also really helps when it comes to capturing and transmitting the minute details of meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m kind of bothered by the panel button when I’m sharing my screen. The default placement sometimes covers an important part of what I’m presenting, and when I try to move it out of the way, it can be a bit difficult to reposition.

It really helps our team communicate easily in remote and hybrid situations, and it’s been our top pick for handling this obstacle.
