Generally positive experience

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way zoom has a lot of useful features for running virtual events, while still being fairly easy to use for folks who aren't technologically savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little easier to change your display name and audio/video settings, both before joining a zoom and while attending a zoom. These features are a little hard to find sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it much easier for my organization to create meaningful experiences for worldwide audiences and stay connected to colleagues in different locations.

An invaluable business and personal tool

What do you like best about the product?
That Zoom just works "out of the box" on virtually any machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Scheduling function is quirky and inelegant, but it gets the job done. The Chat function is limited (can't change the fonts, can't upload images).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was invaluable personally during COVID to keep me sane and in contact with friends. Otherwise, I've done job interviews and many technical discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with potential clients and not have to worry about the software not working. Zoom is dependable and I love the fact I can record the meeting, if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain things that are hard to configure. It's not very intuitive, at times. For example: I don't want to have to admit people into a meeting and I don't know how to easily change that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of connecting with people when I'm unable to travel. It's also saving my travel budget. People are used to meeting via web conference now because of COVID.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom never fails. People do not get lost logging in, or sharing screens
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not like news re early security breaches, but that was corrected. Could use more clarity about improving transmission for global clients (with shorter bandwidth) Should audience turn off video to improve reception for all?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has connected more people to new and emerging businesses - fixing the digital divide - improved diversity of input. My business has grown because of easy access to our courseware via Zoom.

Zoom Provides Connection

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with people from all over the world and not have to get everyone together in one room. The audio and video quality is very good and people have an easy time accessing the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would mute participants as they enter the meeting. When people join, their microphones are automatically on and any background noise bleeds through. This is a problem when someone is speaking and random noises appear when a new person joins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the team, which is spread out, to meet quickly. Since we are in different parts of the state and country, it is easy to get everyone together for a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. I like the security features, and the fact that it is considered HIPPA compliant by many insurance companies.
I also like that it allows you to send invites to others when scheduling a zoom call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mobile version easier to set up meetings than the desktop version.
I also wish when you copy an invitation it also created a calendar invite on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with others all over the country, many of whom may not have access to behavioral services. It's also beneficial for the individuals that I work with whom are immuno-compromised and meeting in person is not an option.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's super easy to get logged on and run meetings. The virtual webinars are also a great resource to make the most of events and all the features on Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have heard others mention that potentially Zoom is not safe. However, i've never had any issues. In the event a participant needs to be removed, I know that's a possible feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization that I am with using Zoom for virtual instructor trainings. It works awesome and has been a god send especially in the era of COVID. Thank you for making a great tool for education!

Zoom - The Best All Around Communication Platform

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple items that we love about Zoom. We love the Zoom Room platform and the wireless sharing capabilities. We love the quality of the video and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging item we found is joining 3rd party (non-zoom) meetings. While we would love it if every one of our clients used Zoom, the unfortunate fact is that they do not. Joining GoToMeetings, Chime, etc from a Zoom Room is challenging, but there is hardware that allows you to use a laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest items that Zoom solved for us is remote work AND collaboration. With a national company, we have workers across the US and the power of Zoom really brings us together.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom because you don't have to be a tech wizard to use it. Very simple for me the speaker and for my audience to participate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot get the software to turn off the auto record feature. very much a pain in the ass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me talk to more of my clients, quicker and cheaper. Helps me be able to do my craft, education/training / coaching/ facilitation much easier than traveling and much easier than all of the other platforms.

Zoom Kept My Business Thriving

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to use and has everything I need to deliver a powerful on-line learning program. I like the break-out rooms, chat features, whiteboards and ability to tile participants for easier visability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't go there often, but when I do, I find the Zoom.com site really difficult as a "help" tool. If I have a question, it isn't easy to find my answer. My sense is that the site was up and running before it grew during Covid, but my hope would be that you make the help site easier for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I facilitate leadership development and I'm an executive coach. During Covid, Zoom solved the challenge of not being able to be in person, and it continues to solve that problem. It also makes it easier for me to take on new clients who live further away.
