Very good!
What do you like best about the product?
Connect well, and has lots of functions. I like the sharing screen and whiteboard very much. The video is very clear and can change the background to any pictures that we like.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no historical record of which date and time I had a meeting. Sometimes my company wanted me to show the proof of the meeting. I don't know how to show it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me have the online meeting. I can share screens all the time and everyone in the meeting can see what am I talking about! Everything becomes earlier during this covid period
I love using Zoom for my meetings
What do you like best about the product?
More user-friendly than Microsoft Teams OR Go To Meeting - easy to use and more universal. Most of the people I work with prefer Zoom over the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really have a downside other than it took me a while to get used to it - but once you get it - it's great! It was a fast learning curve. Don't like the constant upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting with COVID, it made it possible to communicate easier than just a conference call. Now it saves me time and travel by being able to connect visually as well.
Easy to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are that the platform is easy to use in app or desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the app, some of the options are to hidden, especially the sharing screen option to allow others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet with our partners that are all over Arizona. Quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the convenience, the ease of use, and Zoom's ability to work with a vendor-agnostic suite of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
An integrated voting tool would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years, I have been using video tools for remote meetings and to view machines for remote diagnostics. Zoom is the most user-friendly tool and it works on devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great because it is user-friendly and can be used anywhere that has internet access. It has allowed us to grow our business because of its screen share capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app on the computer doesn't download right on our client's computer making it cut into our session time and creating some frustration while we figure out how to get it to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work with people remotely all over the country and world. This has allowed us to niche our business to strictly digital organizing services and has made it easy to grow our team since we all work remotely.
Zoom is amazing!! They make the process of everything so easy.

I like best how you can have so many different people in one room. I also love how you can schedule appointments in advance. I also love how well the brand recognition is!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more features added to zoom. There is not a whole lot of other things that I could complain about. Zoom has been amazing so far! Thank you so much for this experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of connectivity when it's not always convenient. I love how I can connect with my clients via Zoom for my Teletherapy practice. My clients also love it as well.
Onboarding with Zoom in a Remote Work Environment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom connects me to my colleagues who, like me, were brought into the organization remotely and have never met in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I would change about Zoom.

I use Zoom mostly for onboarding new employees and for staff meetings. It's extremely convenient to use.
Zoom is your business best friend
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to reach out and stay in contact, ease of use, dependable, ability to get signatures and share client presentations
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are connection issues, certain clients have challenges with signing online. Better integration with clients trying to sign docs (when sharing) on their phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining contact with clients during Covid was huge. Now that many clients are familiar with Zoom, I can stay in contact with more clients. Prior to Zoom, I would visit I them and speak in person.
As Good as Face-to-Face Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to connect with my students without any difficulties. So far, I haven't any serious glitches during my classes. I like this compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I can only think of one problem. I noticed that when I have a lot applications open at one time or when I screenshare a rather ram heavy app, the audio glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the education sector as a private tutor. It helps me reach more clients without any time spent stuck in traffic. Zoom has helped me become more efficient.
Zoom is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Speaker view , zoom rooms and live streaming into multiple applications and social media platforms. Zoom is always getting add on and upgrades that allow for more robust usage. I love that I can record my shows and download them to disburse to youtube, dropbox or email them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on pro, Im not at the next upgrade level right now, so it would be great to be able to have at least 250 join at the Pro level. Thats the only downside of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to do virtual meetings. I can do my coaching and strategy sessions virtually. I can run group masterminds and youth sessions. Allows me to schedule meetings closer and allows clients to not have to drive to meet due to their tine schedules. Recording my prgram with mt cohost in another state.
