What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and navigate. Implementing it with existing programs is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy most features except for the time limit on free accounts. For a 1 on 1 meeting I feel a time limit shouldn't exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made adapting to a more virtual/hybrid climate possible and reaching the furthest parts of our market possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can set up ZOOM meetings for my team, send out the link to invite them ahead of time so that we can all save gas money of driving to meet together. Then as the leader of the meeting I can leave the meeting and have a colleague continue to run the meeting even though I am not online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not having to power as the leader to mute or unmute individuals within the group. Sometimes there are individuals that are not technically savvy to find the mute/unmute button, but for most people that is a simple process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic I was able to meet with my students virtually as a class, but even now I can continue to have them join my class if they are absent so they don't fall behind academically.

What do you like best about the product?
I like connecting to zoom via computer audio
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound glitches in and out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom keeps adding better features and online tools to make the experience better. I am way more productive with sharing my screen as an online music teacher as a result of using zoom. It is fast, and there isn't much of a sound delay most of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
We use zoom for our phone screening process and it has been so helpful! Between syncing to google calendar and not having to give out my personal cell number for these calls has been great. Also scheduling panel interviews and allowing the team to join and get ready before the candidate enters is also extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with zoom is that with our ats we cannot switch around hosts and we have to create a whole new meeting link to send to the candidate if we need to switch out interviewers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping with interviews - we used to do them in the office and do a tour but between covid and business growth, it is impossible to do other tasks in the office. We can do the interviews quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to access, the tools it includes are useful, and my students find it very accessible. Recordings are good and show up very quickly; generally access to recordings has also been easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of learning to use it were tricky - for example, using backgrounds or adjusting how I look or lighting, etc. I'd also like a somewhat clearer reminder about when recording is on or off; I've paused it and forgotten to resume a few times - my fault, but I wish there were a clearer indicator. It was also hard at times to manipulate the hovering/disappearing tool bar. Finally, I'd like to be able to see more participants while sharing my screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When COVID began, I was working as a tutor and remote teacher; Zoom was absolutely essential; I'd have been out of business without an affordable and reliable platform and Zoom was there.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to serve clients all over the US and beyond, making my one-person business capable of reaching a large market with ease. I love meeting clients and teaching classes on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a couple of days where Zoom updates happened automatically when I logged in to start a meeting, causing confusion and making the meeting start late, but in the three years I've used the platform, I think this may have happened twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to reach clients and work with them without worrying about location logistics. It's also a valuable tool for me because it's reduced my business travel costs and time spent going somewhere instead of being productive.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is its functionality. I appreciate having the option to place attendees in a waiting room, which allows me the flexibility to admit them at my discretion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything that I dislike at this point. I enjoy being able to change my background, utilizing the chat feature, and having the availability of the whiteboard. And then there's the webinar function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our office to connect when we are working virtually. It also allows us to host meetings, which we weren't able to do prior to us purchasing a subscription.

Making meetings great!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can handle business On the road or wherever is convenient to me. I really feel that zoom is a game changer. In regards to other competitors I definitely feel so much easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about zoom is the fact that there are still many people will just do not know how to use It. They get confused in regards to the meeting ID and password or the links just don't work to sign into the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel that zoom really solves the problem of making meetings Assessable so that we do not have to cancel meetings due to other peoples availability. I do not believe that my business necessarily has increased but I definitely feel that my productivity has.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Zoom is its wide adoption which helps to minimize potential issues when meeting with clients who may not be familiar with many other videoconferencing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom seems to take longer than others to implement new features and technologies than other conferencing software. However, when Zoom does release new features they are typically more polished than usual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to solve the problem of effectively coordinating and communicating with primarily external stakeholders. It is instrumental in replacing the missed parts of meeting in person.

Video Teleconferencing as It Should Be Done!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease in getting into a conference. The ability to record and use links in chat. The ability to have 100's of people on a Webinar with no degradation of sound or video is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bandwidth hog causing latency in the video. Use of backgrounds makes the problem worse. Zoom controls in the bottom of the window are less than inituitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The encryption has stopped Zoom bombing by random idiots. The whiteboard has been very valuable in explaining concepts. As a result we are able to better understand long distance partners and employees.
