Utilizing Zoom for Telehealth

  • August 29, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom integrates with Calendly so that scheduling telehealth appointment is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to zoom is not having a face to face experience however that is not an issue with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conducting psychoeducational assessments in remote areas during the height of the pandemic would have been impossible without Zoom. Now that face to face meetings are occurring, zoom continues to provide a solution to those who are not yet comfortable with in person sessions.

Zoom enabled my business to soar

  • August 29, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's usability makes it easy for almost anyone to use it effortlessly. That made it so easy to move even computer newbies to Zoom for workshops and coaching
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like better user management including alerts to keep in touch with clients built into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pandemic forced me to leave public events for 2 years, but Zoom made it easy to go virtual and get the job done!

Zoom continues to be a user friendly platform to host virtual meetings efficiently!

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to mute all participants upon entry. And poll features. AND the raise hand/reaction function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is that when participants talk over each other - Zoom automatically starts cutting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel, conference room bookings. This means spending less time commuting to work, or time finding a space to work in.

Zoom. The solution we needed but had no clue how

  • August 29, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Constant updates. I mean they roll out new features seemingly every week. Just when we start to notice a bug or glitch to our workflow, I get a notification that there is an update. Problem solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The native 25fps is the most destructive, non-linear, editing option there is. As a post production editor, I find myself banging my head on the wall if I want to edit anything into the finalized files and match the frame rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most obvious solution was quarantined employees being able to still attend meetings. It unlocked another option, however. After the team was allowed to meet in person again, many of them were finding the cost of gas to attend a weekly meeting was not matching the return. This gave us the option to continue live broadcasting our weekly meetings to more than our closest team members, and begin a new consultative approach to a wider audience.

Easy and consistent!

What do you like best about the product?
As a financial planner and wealth manager, I need easy-to-use software for my clients. Zoom is so easy for folks of all technology levels to use and it's wonderful for meeting with clients. Two thumbs up!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found Zoom to be consistently easy to use. The only place that we ran into a challenge was setting up a large webinar that had lots of people. In the end, it all worked out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the pandemic still happening, Zoom makes it fast and easy to be able to connect with people face-to-face. Even when covering complex financial topics, it's easy to collaborate, ask questions and get real-time feedback. I use it all the time!

Zooming right along!

  • August 29, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom since 2017 and it's my preferred way of video conferencing. I find it so much more intuitive and easy to use than other platforms. It also seems less buggy than others!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only times I've run into issues with Zoom is with one of my company laptops that doesn't have the Zoom app on it. Due to security reasons, I'm unable to add the Zoom app to the computer so I have to rely on the Web version, which seems to lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a business with clients across the country. I'm unable to meet with them in person and Zoom allows me to meet with my clients face-to-face without traveling. It's a huge time and money saver.

Outstanding small business service

  • August 29, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Zoom kept a pricing model that works for small businesses.
The ability to mute, block video, and do break-out rooms are good for larger groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat feature text limit could be a bit larger and that would be helpful.
Sometimes the zoom drops when you join via mobile, even with good reception and no movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to work with clients remotely. This saves travel cost, but is also excellent for impromptu meetings and collaboration. It's also helpful when remote teams can see the same content

Zoom made mediation possible with no impact on outcomes

  • August 29, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Meetings on zoom work with clients busy schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about zoom. Everything works as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, I was able to transition to zoom with ease. I have continued to mediate cases using zoom and it has saved my clients a lot of time. They can meet in the comfort of their homes and offices without the delays and headaches of traffic!

Wonderful Success with Zoom Meetings

  • August 29, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of copying the Zoom meeting information and forwarding to our clients. The link is great for clicking and attending meeting. The quality of the picture and voice are great. Overall, I have no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there is a volume problem, but most of the time it can be fixed by the client signing off and back on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently do not have any problems.

Zoom has helped our organization tremendously!

  • August 29, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
At our organization, we love the features zoom allows for including breakout rooms, polls, whiteboards and even the silly filters - that helps to really liven meetings that may run a bit longer than we all would like! Allowing for co-hosts and multiple share screens is helpful as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two downsides to Zoom as I see it. One is navigating the "alternate host" feature. Some of our staff is not under the organization's Zoom account and it is difficult for us to open meetings for other staff while on other zoom meetings. Another downside is getting kicked out of zoom meetings once the system identifies another "host" has logged in. We have a small staff, but plenty of zoom meetings and some that happen simultaneously, so that feature becomes problematic quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped our organization tremendously by allowing us to work with each other no matter where we are. This has helped our organization learn new ways to work and prioritize rest/relaxation for employees who may want to work from remote locations other than the office. It has also allowed us to reach a wider base than we have been able to in the past.
