Zoom - one of the best virtual meeting platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and how accessible it is to record and conduct business meetings with clients and customers. My favorite is recording the calls and then being able to share them with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. I only left the paid version because I wasn't getting a return on my investment. Perhaps if there is an affiliate link to support those who purchase the paid version, we can earn more money to continue using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with clients virtually, being able to share my screen, even recording my meetings to be able to share with clients and return back to for learning purposes are all ways that Zoom assists me.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like testing the mic features and the breakout rooms. The sound system is good and the visuals are good. Hardly any buffering or lag which is nice. I like the remote availability by having it on your phone and tablets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to make it easier for the elderly. Maybe a cleaner invite without too many words and a way to make the calendar feature not have duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solved by having interactive white boards. Usually we got to use a shared google sheet. Itʻs nice to be able to download that sheet in different formats too (i.e. jpg, png, pdf).
Loved using Zoom before it was cool! ;)
What do you like best about the product?
We decided to be a cloud-based business when we opened in 2017, and Zoom has been a huge benefit to us. We have clients across the country, and can share more than just ideas - we can display reports for our clients to review, we can demonstrate a software technique through screen share, and we can record meetings for future reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, not a thing. Occasionally there are some glitches but they're usually due to network connection or time of day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with my clients without needing to drive or fly, saving all of us time, money, and stress (no one like bumper to bumper traffice or long airport security lines). I can also record a meeting and send the video to my client so they can review it later.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily have classroom interaction and can connect to my students across the country. It was extremely beneficial during the pandemic when everyone needed a way to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the microphone settings go out and the connection is unstable. The tech can be tricky also with getting the microphone to sound clear and work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a clear video connection that is easy to use and universal. I also love that you have a free version. FaceTime wasn't always efficient because not everyone has smart phones.
I am very satisfied with Zoom for my Spanish classes
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand how to do its features. During the pandemic, it helped me to continue teaching Spanish to my clients and my students. I like it better than Google meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't dislike. It helped many overseas people to communicate and continue with the business. Zoom is a great tool. I can see that zoom is constantly making improvements—no need for me to suggest more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching Spanish online to my students, using the features Zoom provides, made the classes more exciting and helped me write on the screen answers and reviews of my classes. Helping my Spanish-Speaking clients with technology classes and having the advantage of seeing them via video. Being able to connect with my family in Mexico and see them.
The Gold Standard
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best platform I've used. Having used Zoom well before the pandemic, I was aware of its features, but as we've become more accustomed to communicating and working remotely, Zoom has risen to the occasion with plenty of valuable upgrades and integrations. I appreciate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very focused on being as efficient as possible, I would appreciate more integrations (though there are plenty) so I am less reliant on third-party tools like Zapier to connect various tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to conduct more meetings in less time, which is always a big help.
Great for connecting with my yoga clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to set registrations for meetings. That allows me to know ahead of time who is planning to come to yoga class and to make sure they have any required waivers signed before hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom updates regularly, which is great for functionality, but can make it a little tricky for some people to come to class on time if they haven't used the program in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me organize my yoga classes, and the option to set meeting templates makes regular class planning quick and easy for me and for my yoga students!
Zoom kept us going
What do you like best about the product?
We like the fact that in spite of all the issues between 2020 and 2022, we were able to utilize zoom in order to keep our 12 step meetings going and our Bible studies active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our connection did drop a couple of times but I don't think it was due to zoom. Overall we have had a very good relationship over the few years we've been using zoom.

We do like the new whiteboard feature however we haven't had an opportunity to use it yet but plan to incorporated into our midweek Bible studies has a tool to better equip those who join us on zoom.
Easy Choice for Business Calls
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive for all users, no issues accessing call link via computer. Recording feature is nice and lots of other product integrations are great too (miro, polly, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The link to dial in is not easy or intuitive - always a bit clunky. Security concern from a few years ago is still a concern and our team keeps a close eye to see if any other breaches occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to connect with all remote employees. Recording feature is one of the top features for Zoom that keep us from using other vendors. Nice to save on cloud or on your local device.
Zoom is easy to use and we feel confident that meetings are private.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has be very important to our client that have limited transportation available to them. They are able to not miss appointments and get the service they need by joining a Zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been nothing that we have encountered with Zoom that I would say that I dislike about it. I have also not heard of any other staff members say that there is something that they dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to still have meetings with clients, staff and other organizations during a time when things were shutting down due to COVID. This allowed us to still operate when with out it we would not have been able to provide a lot of our services.
