ZOOM has been easy to use in a variety of settings.
What do you like best about the product?
Setup is very easy. Sharing screens is easy -after a bit of getting used to. I like the ease of switching Views and Chat is useful. I have used ZOOM for meetings of a community advocacy group, church council, small group meetings, family conversations, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have overlooked latecomers because I did not see the "Waiting Room" sign - and I had no audible notification. I'm guessing there is an audible notification that I have missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM could remind users when they have chosen a poor lighting setup. It amazes me how users can appear satisfied when their background is brightly lit and their faces are dark.
Zoom is simple to operate and making communication easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to book and share the link. Easy to operate when there are multiple people on the call. The breakout rooms are really cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing of screens and using the presenters view of a presentation is not that easy and requires to be relearned everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving on travel and being able to see the person during the communication. Actually, shortens discussions.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, just send a link, and you can connect. You can record the meeting and share it with other members that might not have had the chance to attend the webinar
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. I want to learn more about the tools that are in Zoom. Hopefully, I will have some time to learn all the tricks of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many members that are out of state, and this allows me to long on and have a face-to-face with my members. Such ease of use is so important. Send a link and connect.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about zoom is easy, and fun, to navigate. Easy to schedule, add to calendar, and send link invites. The whiteboard is fantastic! There are a lot of features about zoom that I enjoy, like the chat ability in and out of video sessions, screen sharing, multiple participants, filters....etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about zoom is when there is video freezing and dropping calls in the middle of a session. This is disruptive to the services I provide through telehealth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been providing me with a virtual office to continue providing mental health services since the pandemic. Zoom has provided me the space to continue working when everything shut down, and I have found comfort and success working with individuals and families through zoom.
Zoom is a wonderful addition to our school.

Zoom allowed our teachers to stay connected to their students.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited audio capabilities. We would like better audio choices for singing and instruments.

When students could not be in person it allowed our children to stay connected to their classmates and teachers.
Something great that came out of Covid!
What do you like best about the product?
During the pandemic we had to find a way to communicate, we had been using Skype but it was just too tough for people to join. So we decided to give Zoom a try. We loved it! It's so easy to use and user-friendly ~ it's totally changed the way we do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found many downsides to using Zoom. It can be annoying when it needs to update right as you're starting a call but it's usually fast and not too much of an issue. My only other complaint is that I still haven't been able to figure out how to change the share video settings while I'm on my phone vs the computer (which is so easy).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us connect when we are miles apart now. We don't have to be in the office all of the time to be able to do our jobs efficiently now. Makes life a lot easier.

I use it for teaching. It's easy to annotate and I like the new whiteboard feature

Sometimes, my students can't login with my link because zoom indicates that there's another meeting in progress when there isn't.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient and easy to use. I don't have issues explaining to other people how to use it. This is my most preferred app to use as well. My clients love how easy it is too.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the only thing is not being able to have it logged in on more than 2 devices. I have 3 different devices and it would make it easier to have all 3 logged on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know of any problems. Zoom has always been easy for me to understand and use.

What do you like best about the product?
Never have any problems using it. Love the recurring meeting function. We use Zoom mostly for small group training.

Haven't found any downside yet. We only use it for simple meetings, never used breakout rooms or whiteboard.

We started using Zoom when we first started working from home in March 2020. We have several hundred volunteers and needed to keep the sense of community. Now Zoom is a tool we use very often and take for granted we will always use.

I love the convenience! In a click, I'm in my meeting.

There are always positives when holding face-to-face meetings--it's easier to access the emotional responses of those in attendance.
So, when someone goes off camera or just leaves, there is no way to engage that person. Was it technical trouble or boredom or anger on their part?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom lets me hold meetings with people around the world. Sure, we have to compensate for time zones but the larger view of having a global connection is truly awesome.
