ZOOM Kept Classes Going!
What do you like best about the product?
It's actually very easy to assist people with getting set up in Zoom and figuring out how to join a class.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to view all meeting attendees on the same screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can facilitate hybrid classes, for those who don't want to attend in person.
Great for Micro-businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to quickly schedule meetings with clients and potential clients. I work with clients all across the USA, and love that we get to meet face to face anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was a little less expensive for 1-person businesses like myself. But it's really worth having the paid version over the free version for longer meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to work with clients remotely. It has expanded my business, and allows clients to trust me with face to face meetings that would previously all taken place via email before zoom.
Could not function without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Instant access to teams regardless of location, I like how you have the option to turn off video, mute yourself and add a fun background if you like. I also like being able to customize my profile picture
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that i dislike about zoom so I really had to think about this one. Sometimes we have sound/mic issues when connecting to other devices, but that's about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving many problems for us. It means our team does not have to commute to the office anymore, we can all work remotely. If I'm late for a meeting because of traffic, I can easily pull over and still listen in on the meeting

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom for its simplicity. I'm able to connect in 1-1 and large groups effortlessly via Zoom. Within the last couple of months, I started leading larger networking groups via Zoom and everything has mostly run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing a good tutorial can't help with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to easily connect with my clients 1-1 and run my group classes. I do all of my presentations on Zoom. It is also a great virtual networking tool.
Reliable Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use and more importantly it is easy for new users to jump onto as well. It also has a clean aesthetic and is not too busy. For larger team meetings we find the polls functionality useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sharing your screen it can make it hard to navigate back to the chat and use other tools. Would be nice if this user interface was cleaner and more user-friendly. Also, there are many updates so I do find team members feel they constantly have to restart Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with our clients and teams easily in a reliable manner. There are very little bugs with Zoom so we appreciate the easy access and connectivity it offers /

What do you like best about the product?
Connect well, and has lots of functions. I like the sharing screen and whiteboard very much. The video is very clear and can change the background to any pictures that we like.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no historical record of which date and time I had a meeting. Sometimes my company wanted me to show the proof of the meeting. I don't know how to show it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me have the online meeting. I can share screens all the time and everyone in the meeting can see what am I talking about! Everything becomes earlier during this covid period
I love using Zoom for my meetings
What do you like best about the product?
More user-friendly than Microsoft Teams OR Go To Meeting - easy to use and more universal. Most of the people I work with prefer Zoom over the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really have a downside other than it took me a while to get used to it - but once you get it - it's great! It was a fast learning curve. Don't like the constant upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting with COVID, it made it possible to communicate easier than just a conference call. Now it saves me time and travel by being able to connect visually as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the convenience, the ease of use, and Zoom's ability to work with a vendor-agnostic suite of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
An integrated voting tool would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years, I have been using video tools for remote meetings and to view machines for remote diagnostics. Zoom is the most user-friendly tool and it works on devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great because it is user-friendly and can be used anywhere that has internet access. It has allowed us to grow our business because of its screen share capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app on the computer doesn't download right on our client's computer making it cut into our session time and creating some frustration while we figure out how to get it to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work with people remotely all over the country and world. This has allowed us to niche our business to strictly digital organizing services and has made it easy to grow our team since we all work remotely.
Zoom is amazing!! They make the process of everything so easy.

I like best how you can have so many different people in one room. I also love how you can schedule appointments in advance. I also love how well the brand recognition is!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more features added to zoom. There is not a whole lot of other things that I could complain about. Zoom has been amazing so far! Thank you so much for this experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of connectivity when it's not always convenient. I love how I can connect with my clients via Zoom for my Teletherapy practice. My clients also love it as well.
