Zoom makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a consistent platform for communication with built in accountability measures keeps things concise and easy to access. Having the ability to record meeting and reaches information is a great feature too
What do you dislike about the product?
Time limits and the occasional lag time between speakers. Sometimes the tech just doesn't work at our speed and it gets hard to deal with. We have had Zoom completely freeze on us a few times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's gives us the ability to review and revisit topics proving fantastic review and accountability in all aspects of our business.
Great Way to Connect in Rural Community
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to connect instantly with colleagues in my remote community without having to drive far distances. I can also meet with colleagues in the city without driving across the state.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to store recorded zoom sessions for a bit longer without having to delete other recorded zoom sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect on my computer and my mobile device. I never miss a meeting with so many options.
Game Changer for Recovery Meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
When COVID-19 shut down all of our meetings, we had to act fast and find a reliable online meeting option for our members. Free options were not sufficient and did not have the bandwidth but Zoom delivered and at a decent price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps offer lower price for non-profits. Also, stop asking for a sign in code for when I log in from different locations around the globe when leading meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved our face-to-face meeting shutdowns during COVID as well as allowed us to reach out to other members from across the globe, not just local members. This has allowed for great expansion of the ministry.

Simplicity of the platform and the strong features within it. After trying it against others, there really is no comparison. It is just the best by miles than any other I have tried.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support is a bit week. Not enough for a game changer but love reps and quicker responses to Cuatomer Servide issues would be better. I think this is an issue that they need to address. It's. It a game changer as I rarely needed them. They are just awesome and flawless
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with clients during and after Covid and we are now doing a large portion of our sales on zoom now.
Extremely user friendly and inexpensive
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to put up backgrounds, effortless to send invites , free but even the paid version is relatively inexpensive. No other comparable service as as easy to use. Can use it for a family call, a business meeting or even a seminar. I like the chat function too.

Scheduling conflicts. I don't have to travel as much so it is easier to schedule calls, etc. I can have more than one meeting in a day. I don't know if it has increased but it is certainly easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful attribute of Zoom is the ease and speed of connection with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful attribute of Zoom is when I am a host for a meeting and cannot mute an attendee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to connect with others that are a part of our organization without the need for geographic proximity.
Zooming Through Webinars
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's webinar software is really great. I have found that I really enjoy this add-on to the Zoom product because it gives me a lot of customizability when hosting webinars. I am able to email numerous panelists invites, without disrupting my regular attendee list, customize backgrounds, and nametags, and also host practice sessions where we can fine-tune our webinars before the big event.
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-user friendliness of the software/website. Zoom's website and account interface is beyond frustrating. Everything feels like it is hidden and I can never find anything quickly. I also don't like that the front-facing website is the commercial site, over my own account page. There also isn't any type of rollback feature, so if you make any change to an event while it is live or active, be prepared to lose any of those previous changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making webinars and webinar recordings very easy. We tried to replicate this process with Teams and there is just no comparison. The other bonus is that Zoom is so easy to integrate into other software like HubSpot and more. It makes it easy to keep everything connected and in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Don't do business in 2022 or beyond without Zoom! It's a new necessity for the virtual workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the team features could be a little bit more user-friendly. Switching the billing from an existing account onto a team, for example.

Zoom is solving our team communication needs as a fully remote business.
Zoom, the gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
It allows meetings that can't happen in person to still take place while keeping a face-to-face component. It saves on travel expenses. It saves time--allowing individuals more time with family and doing other activities they love. And, even when a meeting is scheduled as an in-person meeting, it allows those that may feel a little under the weather or otherwise unable to attend the meeting to still have the option of joining in via Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can no longer get out of a meeting I would not like to attend! Or, at least, it sure limits my excuses for evading a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It Increases our meeting turnout, and it has helped connect individuals that might otherwise not have connected.
IT WORKS ALL THE TIME
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, and attractive to look at and since I do zooms in multiple languages the interpretation feature is essential. Sometimes people want me to use facetime or whereby, but I prefer zoom. Whereby does have a great-looking screen, that green background stands out
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional glitches. Zoom does not recognize that I am the host. I'd love an easier way to give link to people who do not use gmail, yahoo etc. More info from time to time, Like how to use a personal mailbox.
