What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how dependable it is for everyday communication. Meetings run smoothly, audio and video quality stay clear, and collaboration tools like chat and screen sharing work without issues. It makes teamwork easy, whether people are in the office or working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, all working well and good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of disconnected communication across teams and locations. It brings meetings, chat, and collaboration into one place, reducing delays and confusion. This helps teams communicate faster, stay aligned, and work more efficiently, especially in remote and hybrid work environments.
Clear Meetings with Minor Time Constraints
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Zoom Workplace for scheduling meetings with my team and clients. It's one of the best for clear, noise-free meetings and comes with useful features like screen sharing and screen recording. I find it incredibly easy to create meeting links and notify participants of calls, which helps resolve communication problems with clients and teammates. I enjoy the functionality of being able to write and draw within calls, as it makes understanding explanations much easier. Switching to Zoom Workplace was partly because of this, and I find the setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very disappointed in one thing that was it will have a particular time limit for the calls, like it was supported 2-hour calls only. I feel bad about that. I would suggest increasing the time limit for the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to schedule meetings with my team and clients, solving communication problems with noise-free meetings, easy link creation, and screen sharing.
Great Transcription and Browser Access, But Updates Can Interrupt Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is my go-to platform for meeting with my supervisor and running online classes. I find the transcription tool especially valuable, as it allows me to catch up on anything I might have missed during a meeting by reading the transcript. Another feature I enjoy is the ability to join sessions directly from my browser, which gives me access to all the same functions and features as the desktop app. Inviting others to my meetings is also very straightforward, just a single click is needed. Additionally, I appreciate being able to disconnect my audio at any time, which comes in handy on occasion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app tends to update frequently, and I find it frustrating when it decides to update right as I’m about to join a meeting. My PC also becomes noticeably slow whenever I open Zoom. Additionally, I’m not a fan of having to manually share the audio from a specific page every time I share my screen; I wish this process were automatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect & Meeting my supervisor virtually for feedback when we are not in the office. Also, brainstorming together on the whiteboard.

It's great that these integrations help reduce app switching, keep conversations anchored to the work itself, and make projects easier to manage. The initial setup was quite easy, especially for teams already familiar with Zoom.

Zoom Workplace is powerful and versatile, but that breadth sometimes comes with complexity and noise. With smoother onboarding, smarter defaults, and stronger performance at scale, it could feel even more streamlined and productive.

Zoom Workplace solves information silos, unclear communication trails, lost context between chats and meetings, app overload, and improves coordination in hybrid teams.
Crystal Clear Communication with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like the clarity and optimization I can set in Zoom Workplace, making the video and audio quality great. It helps with seamless communication, allowing us to connect with the team, share insights, and take feedback effectively thanks to its very good video conferencing capabilities with multiple participants. There's minimal lag, and I can raise my hand virtually without any interruption, with sound quality being very good. Setting it up was also very easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sound issues will come, but it's totally fine. It depends upon the device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for clear video and audio calls, enhancing communication with clients and colleagues without lag. It's great for team feedback, providing good sound quality for smooth collaboration.

I like how easy it is to use Zoom Workplace. Meetings start quickly, and the video and audio quality are reliable. Everything, including chat, calendar, and calls, is in one place. It saves time and helps teams communicate better.

Sometimes, Zoom Workplace can use a lot of system resources, especially on older devices. Some features are only available in paid plans, and updates can sometimes be a bit disruptive. Overall, the downsides are small.
