A reliable video conferencing platform with fun extras!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is free for one on one and group meetings up to 40 minutes! I often surpass that so I now have Pro, which is pretty affordable. I like the background options and the fun effects we can do like hats and glasses on less serious zooms. I love we can share video and sound for collaboration and jackbox games! I also like the recording feature for important meetings you may need to look back on. Lastly, I like that I have a consistent URL to give clients to join me and it's not changing all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I open it and click to Start my meeting, it just sits there. It's easy to fix by quitting Zoom and going back in. It would also be nice if Zoom could recognize cat faces instead of just human faces so when they join me, they aren't blurred out like the rest of my background. ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I collab visually with my clients for logo design, color palettes, and website imagery and copy - aka visual branding. It helps to eliminate the back and forth critiques via email and gets us to a delightful end result much quicker.
Best Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way the admin portal allows our Help Desk technicians easily perform all admin tasks with minimal effort. Users do not report any issues with their meetings and the Outlook add-in is extremely convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I dislike with using the Zoom platform. Customer support is great and always attentive when contacted the few times we've had to contact support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is always adding new features. We receive, what seems like, an email every week detailing all the new features coming really soon or already implented. Zoom has made our work from home extremely reliable during the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy to use. The most helpful part about the platform is its user experience. People of any age and any background can use it. I've used other competitors, but they don't even come close.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions, it has been tricky to join a meeting. This is usually because of operator error. It would be helpful if meeting creators were notified of any specific attendees that haven't joined yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped my union get work done remotely, especially during the pandemic. Our team continues to be more productive, and our performance overall has increased.
Love it, always works
What do you like best about the product?
Always works. No video communication platform runs as smoothly as Zoom. Adding the integration to G-Suite has helped to speed up the scheduling process exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are not too many downsides. The biggest hassle may be knowing how settings are set for each meeting (can't join without host, who can screen share, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being efficient with my time. Having zoom meetings really speeds up conversations that aren't meant to take forever. It's easy to schedule lots of meetings and be efficient.
Great Business Tool, Even for Law Office Work
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is incredibly user friendly and the application integrates well into other applications (like Google calendar). I don't spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to do things, and I really appreciate that!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive for non-profits who would really benefit from a price break. I do a lot of work for non-profits and the collaboration we've been able to broker with Zoom as been amazing, but sadly the tool remains out of the reach for community organizations who could use it the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have more meetings because I don't have to have them in person. During Covid-19 I was able to safely take client meetings and get documents prepared via Zoom so that we could then do signings outdoors where it was safe. Now I can do a whole bunch of Zoom client meetings dramatically increasing my productivity!
Zoom works great for meetings and classes!
What do you like best about the product?
I routinely conduct classes and meetings using the Zoom tool to bring together participants from a wide geographical area. It kept us in touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute time limit on the basic is a limiting factor that may cause reluctance to join. Having multiple screens overcomes most of the viewing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Participants in my meetings are located throughout the largest county in CONUS, Zoom allows us to get together, overcoming the miles and costs of driving.
Absolutely revolutionary for the scalability of our business
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is bar-none. It's easy to have a college grad or a baby boomer hop on without any difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, the sound input from multiple participants could use work as far as people interrupting one another
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, it was common to only meet face to face to see clients and teammates. Now it's at the click of a button.
Great for team presentations & collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple people can participate in presentations via chat or by video and the meetings can be recorded and downloaded locally on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high at $14.99 per month when I seldomly use it at most once per month.

Zoom brings multiple people together who are spread 30 minutes apart.
Business Zoom Review
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows face to face communication with the ability to share screens. In my business, this is exactly what is needed to accomplish goals. I like it much better than any other competitor on the market. Zoom is essential in the accounting business. From discussing books & records with clients to remote working, zoom is the best product on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the technical issues of joining from a phone rather than a computer. Also for people who don't have zoom downloaded on their computer, it could be better to use the browser link but I have found problems with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the screen share function which allows me to see what my client is seeing. If a client has an issue or if a discussion is needed to go over a project, share screen works wonders!
Easy to use, reliable and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has given us an affordable way to communicate amongst our team and with our vendors and clients as needed. The system is easy to use and we have rarely encountered any issues when needing to meet virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be distracting to the host to have to manually admit people when a meeting has already begun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us to communicate and train a remote workforce and has given us the flexibility for a hybrid and/or remote workforce. This has been helpful to our organization in being more efficient and productive.
