Zoom is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great platform for my organization. I love that I can schedule several meetings and keep them recurring on the calendar. We do a lot of meetings and trainings, so it's nice to not have to worry about creating a room every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it wouldn't log you out when you sign in from different computers. My account is associated with my organization so everytime a team member signs in, it will log out someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've noticed the connectivity to be more stable.
Beyond Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Although my clients nor I made much use of the feature, I found that the "breakout rooms" were what I enjoyed best when they were used, especially in the much larger gatherings where it was easy to feel left out of the discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there wasn't anything about zoom that I disliked. All of the features that we used functioned as expected. And the only times where they didn't it was down to the individual's internet connection and not the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the beginning of the pandemic through today, it has allowed us to hold meetings while also allowing our participants to feel safe. While most of us are comfortable meeting in person in smaller groups, the majority of us prefer the ease that zoom allows us to hold our larger meetings. Without zoom, my business and that of my clients would not have been able to function at the level that it has.
Excellent Stability
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's overall stability and video/audio quality are far superior to any competitors my team has used, and we've used them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - Zoom does everything I need it to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with Zoom started during the Covid lockdown. I used it to keep my newly work-from-home development team connected. We had a team session we'd all connect to first thing in the morning, and we'd stay connected all day. No drops, no session time limits. When one of us had a question for the team, it was as easy as un-muting the mic and asking. Video was always clear, audio stayed in lock-synch with the video, and screen sharing was easy and natural. In my opinion, it was and is a superior method of connection even to having the team in an office together.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly and easy to use. It is one of the best tools I have for meeting with my team as well as others in my organization virtually. It is a great way of communicating in the current world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found nothing I dislike about Zoom. In fact, I have suggested and recommended to friends and family that they have their own Zoom accounts so that they can seamlessly communicate with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy to meet with my team on a regular basis. I am able to connect with them as well as others in a virtual format that is safe and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of attending all meetings. With busy schedules, Zoom allows educators to attend meetings remotely - allowing us to maximize our time and ensure we are in our buildings more frequently. This ensures we better attend to the needs of our students, parents, and faculty.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often have no excuse for missing a meeting :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect with others more efficiently. We can present to parents (who are able to attend the meeting from the convenience of their homes). We can meet with fellow educators (during the day from our own buildings). We can hold staff meetings in the evening. Zoom provides many opportunities to engage with our consitituencies - which we never even thought of using pre-COVID.
Since covid I have used zoom on daily basis. It has been amazing
What do you like best about the product?
That its basically free. And that you can use it all over the world. I have meetings in ghe USA, Europe, Africa, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to have meetings with more than 2 people unlimited time, you need the paid version

Communication and connection problems. It helps with a lot of things. I travel less thanks to zoom

I love how userfriendly it is and how you're able to use it on any device.

Sometimes the connection or random audio issues can be problematic.

I am able to work with people all around the US and provide services for majority of my clients who are in need of therapy services. It's ultimately a great way to connect with others.

can get everyone on a virtual meeting. Zoom events is great to manage events. Liked the registration, and setup. The best feature was that it could help us send event reminders as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom events recording feature did not work as expected. Had trouble recording the full event. More features need to be added to zoom recordings to make it easier for the users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us meet virtually when we are not able to meet in person. It helped us put together a virtual event and manage 100+ attendees easily. Our partners loved the virtual event
Easy, fast, a wonderful way to stay in touch, teach, and have fun!

You can see people, teach people, and have fun without worrying about exposure to Covid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, and some people don't know how to mute themselves, share screen, etc. Need a good, basic tutorial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with people from other areas is much easier and more effective than just using the telephone. We can get a lot done in a shorter time frame.
It's Effective and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very effective and efficient in the sense that it allows you do ur meetings without any glitch and you get to communicate with people as if you are all a conference hall. I will definitely recommend over and over again as it has helped me moved alot and win in my business without having to leave the corner of my room sometimes. There are newly added features and I think its great.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is the music part which I have tried to do several times, there ahould be an option to add the misic of your choice to music you want ur attendees to listen to while they join the meeting link. Aside this I dont think I have seen any negativity with zoom.

Zoom has been solving many problems as you get to communicate directly even with family and friends and it brings about connection with my clients on many occasions.
